Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi pengembangan Program WUB yang telah dilaksanakan, namun belum memberikan dampak maksimal. Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa Analytical Network Process (ANP). Hasil identifikasi permasalahan selama pelaksanaan program berupa ketidaksesuaian bantuan dengan kebutuhan dan skala ekonomi bisnisnya, juga metode dan materi pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat beberapa prioritas kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan di masa mendatang, yaitu pendampingan, sosialisasi program, lanjutan bantuan alat dan pelatihan/bimbingan teknis, pembentukan Forum Komunikasi Pesantren Binaan Kemenperin serta pameran. Hasil perumusan strategi dengan ANP adalah peningkatan komunikasi pemerintah dengan pesantren dalam penentuan jenis pelatihan maupun spesifikasi alat, pendampingan kepada pesantren, membangun networking dan kolaborasi antar pondok pesantren, merumuskan kembali kurikulum, silabus dan metode pelatihan serta memberikan informasi terkait akses sumber bahan baku, sparepart dan pasar bagi pondok pesantren. Diharapkan program ini dapat mewujudkan Pesantren mandiri dan menjadi kekuatan ekonomi saat santri kembali ke masyarakat

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendampingan terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar internasional. Artikel ini membahas pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada UMKM penghasil produk olahan tempe dalam rangka mempersiapkan produk untuk pasar ekspor. Melalui pendekatan berbasis brainstorming dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, program pendampingan ini berfokus pada peningkatan inovasi produk, pengembangan kualitas, pengemasan modern, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang sesuai dengan standar ekspor internasional. Hasil dari pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kualitas produk serta memperluas jaringan pasar globalnya melalui pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi dengan pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan sektor swasta juga terbukti efektif dalam memberikan dukungan teknis dan finansial. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi dan keberlanjutan program yang memerlukan pendampingan jangka panjang. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat program pendampingan serupa di masa mendatang, termasuk pentingnya penguatan jaringan distribusi internasional, peningkatan akses pendanaan, dan inovasi berkelanjutan dalam produk dan pengemasan.Abstract:  Coaching for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in increasing the competitiveness of local products in the international market. This article discusses the coaching provided to MSMEs producing processed tempeh products in order to prepare products for the export market. Through a brainstorming-based approach and collaboration with various stakeholders, this coaching program focuses on improving product innovation, quality development, modern packaging, and digital marketing strategies that comply with international export standards. The results of the coaching show that MSMEs have succeeded in improving product quality and expanding their global market networks through training and ongoing support. Collaboration with the government, educational institutions, and the private sector has also proven effective in providing technical and financial support. However, there are still challenges in technology adoption and program sustainability that require long-term mentoring. This article provides recommendations for strengthening similar coaching programs in the future, including the importance of strengthening international distribution networks, increasing access to funding, and continuous innovation in products and packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for developing MSMEs based on the creative economy to enhance the welfare of local communities. Using a literature review and qualitative approach, the research analyzed 15 scholarly articles retrieved from Google Scholar during the 2016–2024 period. The findings indicate that strategies such as product innovation, digitalization, cross-sector collaboration, and accessible financing significantly impact the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. Case studies from various regions in Indonesia, such as NTT’s woven crafts, Penglipuran Village in Bali, and Yogyakarta's batik industry, provide evidence that creative economy-based approaches not only increase community income but also preserve local cultural values. This research offers practical insights for MSME actors, policymakers, and local communities to strengthen the contribution of MSMEs to sustainable economic and social development.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of coronary heart disease continues to increase every year. The monocyte/high density lipoprotein (HDL) ratio has recently been proposed as a new predictor and prognostic indicator in cardiovascular disease. Obesity is one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease that can be measured using body mass index (BMI). Purpose: To determine the relationship between the monocyte/high density lipoprotein (HDL) ratio and body mass index (BMI) in patients with coronary heart disease. Method: This observational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach used research subjects with coronary heart disease at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Waru during the period of January 2023 - January 2024. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling. The correlation test of the monocyte/high density lipoprotein (HDL) ratio with body mass index (BMI) was carried out using SPSS software version 29. Results: Body mass index in coronary heart patients was found that most patients were included in the type I obesity category as many as 9 people (30%). The monocyte/HDL ratio in coronary heart patients was found to be an average of 20.28. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the monocyte/HDL ratio and BMI in coronary heart patients. Suggestion: Further researchers can conduct similar research in hospital institutions with a larger sample size.   Keywords: Body Mass Index; High Density Lipoprotein; Monocyte.   Pendahuluan: Penyakit jantung koroner terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Rasio monosit/high density lipoprotein (HDL), baru-baru ini diusulkan sebagai prediktor dan indikator prognosis baru pada penyakit kardiovaskular. Obesitas merupakan salah satu faktor resiko penyakit jantung koroner yang dapat diukur menggunakan indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan rasio monosit/high density lipoprotein (HDL) dengan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) pada pasien dengan penyakit jantung koroner. Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional ini menggunakan subjek penelitian dengan penyakit jantung koroner di Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga, Waru selama rentang waktu bulan Januari 2023 – Januari 2024. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara purposive sampling. Uji korelasi rasio monosit/high density lipoprotein (HDL) dengan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dilakukan dengan piranti lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil: Indeks massa tubuh pada pasien jantung koroner didapatkan sebagian besar pasien termasuk dalam kategori obesitas tipe I sebanyak 9 orang (30%). Rasio monosit/HDL pada pasien jantung koroner didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 20.28. Simpulan: Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara rasio monosit/HDL dengan IMT pasien jantung koroner. Saran: Peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian serupa pada instansi rumah sakit dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.   Kata Kunci: High Density Lipoprotein; Indeks Massa Tubuh; Monosit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to calculate Indonesia's electronic export potential to 14 countries during the period 2007-2022 using a panel-gravity approach using the PPML technique. The results of this study confirm the positive and significant relationship between Indonesia's electronics exports and the main component of the gravity model, namely Indonesia's GDP and trading partners. Another variability is the economic openness of trading partners has a positive relationship and exchange rates have a positive but not significant relationship. Variability of distance, and trade agreements have a negative relationship with Indonesia's electronic exports. The results for electronic export potential show that Indonesian electronics still have a lot of leverage to increase its exports to 9 countries. Thus, the position of the electronics industry as a potential industry can be carried out by targeting these countries. But to capitalize on the potential benefits of electronics exports, policymakers need to strengthen infrastructure and regulations related to the electronics industry.

Abstract

Consumers are currently vying for laptops as desirable electronic goods. Customers consider price, brand, and quality while making laptop purchases. The study's goal covered the considerations while buying a laptop. Utilizing tools from linear regression analysis, the study methodology combines quantitative descriptive methodologies. The Likert scale is used to collect data using SPSS version 27, and 200 students are sampled from the student body of APP Polytechnic who utilize laptops. The t-test results indicate that purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by price, brand image, and quality. The F test findings show that the variables together have a 13.7% influence, with other factors accounting for the remaining 86.3%.
