Abstract

This study examines the application of monetary economics in shaping financial market dynamics. It investigates the relationship between economic policy decisions and financial market behavior, focusing on factors such as interest rates, inflation expectations, and central bank communication. The research design incorporates a comprehensive literature review to analyze existing theories and empirical evidence. Findings reveal the significant influence of monetary policy on market sentiment, risk perceptions, and asset prices, with implications for policymakers, investors, and market participants. The study discusses the concept of the "Greenspan Put" and emphasizes the importance of clear communication and transparency from central banks to mitigate uncertainty and volatility in financial markets. The implications of the research underscore the need for policymakers to consider broader market dynamics and potential unintended consequences when formulating monetary policy. A nuanced understanding of the relationship between monetary policy and financial market dynamics is crucial for promoting market stability and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang merupakan lembaga atau badan ekonomi yang ada di desa dan berbadan hukum serta dibentuk dan menjadi hak milik Pemerintah Desa, dikelola secara ekonomis mandiri dan profesional dengan modal seluruhnya atau sebagian besar merupakan kekayaan desa yang dipisahkan. Kehadiran Bumdes sejatinya sangat besar pengaruhnya pada bagaimana meningkatkan perekonomian di Desa, akan tetapi hal ini cenderung masih belum disadari. Kegiatan ini dilakukan tujuannya adalah meningkatkan literasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya kehadiran Bumdes dan apabila dikelola dengan baik akan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yakni dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan ceramah dan juga mendengarkan feedback agar mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat serta pengurus Bumdes. Kegiatan PKM ini harapannya adalah dapat membuat masyarakat setempat menjadi lebih mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana peranan Bumdes bagi Desa mereka. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini juga diperoleh banyak input dari masyarakat khususnya terkait dengan kegiatan lanjutan agar Bumdes yang ada di Desa ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kompetensi dan kompensasi serta motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Pada Pada PT. Pertamina Reg. VII Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 100 orang. Dengan menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Path Analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Dari hasil penelitian maka ditarik kesimpulan (1)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi terhadap motivasi pada pegawai Pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Reg. VII Sulawesi Selatan (2)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap motivasi Pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Reg. VII Sulawesi Selatan (3)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Reg. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable, at the Darkuthni Main Clinic in Tojo Una-Una Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method among all employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based structural equation modeling. The results indicate that compensation has a positive effect on performance, while work discipline has a positive effect on motivation. Motivation has been shown to improve employee performance and act as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and performance. These findings confirm that improving discipline can boost motivation, which ultimately impacts performance, while appropriate compensation can directly improve performance. The practical implications of this study are the need for management to prioritize discipline programs, strengthen motivation, and refine a fair and competitive compensation system.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of price and product quality on consumer activity in Retail Traders of Daya Wholesale Market.The population in this study is as many as 100 respondents with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique that was seeded was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, the conclusion of this study is that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores as seen with a calculated t value of 1.545 and a significance value of 0.126 (below 0.005). Non-financial compensation has a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores as seen with a t-value of 4,205 and a significance value of 0.000 (below 0.005). Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores, the R square value is 0.321, which means that price and product quality have an effect of 32.1% on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores.Keywords: Price, product quality, consumer satisfaction.
