Abstract

The accelerated growth of economic activities, large-scale industrial expansion, and technological advancements have intensified competition, including among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Green supply chain management (GSCM), which integrates environmentally conscious practices into supply chain activities, has become a crucial strategy for balancing industrial growth with environmental preservation. This study examines the impact of GSCM on firm performance, mediated by green innovation, in food and beverage SMEs in Cimahi City, Indonesia. SMEs in this sector significantly contribute to the regional economy while generating substantial waste, underlining the need for sustainable practices. The findings reveal that GSCM positively influences Green Innovation, with a strong effect, but has a weak and insignificant direct impact on firm performance. Green Innovation plays a significant role in improving firm performance, with a positive and significant effect. Additionally, Green Innovation acts as a mediator, partially influencing the relationship between GSCM and firm performance. These results underscore the importance of GSCM and Green Innovation in enhancing firm performance and promoting environmental sustainability in SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak harga terhadap keputusan pembelian serta kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan melalui 7 langkah metodologi. Langkah-langkahnya meliputi: operasionalisasi variabel, perancangan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, pengumpulan data dari responden menggunakan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel, pengolahan data, analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS, dan pengujian hipotesis. Langkah pertama dan kedua akan termasuk dalam laporan usulan penelitian yang akan diseminarkan, sedangkan langkah tiga hingga tujuh akan dilaksanakan setelah laporan usulan dinyatakan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk tugas akhir. Penelitian ini melibatkan 90 responden dari mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, dengan data direncanakan dikumpulkan selama lima belas hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani terkait laptop merek Asus. Kedua, kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mereka. Ketiga, kombinasi antara harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di kalangan mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga dan kualitas produk merupakan pertimbangan penting bagi mahasiswa dalam memilih laptop Asus.

Abstract

The majority of residents in Cimahi City are Muslim, comprising 94.4% of the population. Muslims, whether as buyers or sellers, must ensure that the food available is halal—from the selection of ingredients and the production process to distribution. This study examines the influence of halal supply chain management (HSCM) on the production performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 179 food and beverage MSME respondents in Cimahi City. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the analytical tool. The findings indicate that halal SCM in purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution positively affects production performance. Furthermore, all three aspects combined have a significant positive impact on production performance. It can be concluded that food and beverage MSMEs in Cimahi City are highly committed to maintaining halal standards by implementing halal supply chain management—from procuring halal materials through the manufacturing process to food distribution. Recommendations include maintaining production performance by applying halal supply chain management and conducting regular evaluations for food and beverage MSME operators to ensure product quality and sustain customer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan hand and body lotion Nivea di Bandung Raya. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi berganda. Instrumen digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data dari responden dengan usia 17 tahun keatas serta pernah memakai hand and body lotion Nivea ialah objek yang dinilai dalam studi ini. Responden dalam studi ini berjumlah 120 orang. SPSS versi 25 dan uji sobel merupakan alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen data. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antar variabel, namun terdapat satu hipotesis yang gagal menolak H0, menyatakan jika harga tidak dapat berpengaruh pada minat beli ulang. Hasil studi menjelaskan jika harga dan citra merek mempengaruhi minat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Yang menjadi pembeda studi ini dengan studi sebelumnya ialah objek yang diteliti pada studi ini adalah hand and body lotion Nivea. Sementara total sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel, dan teknik analisis data dapat disesuaikan dengan objek yang dinilai oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pengelola objek yang dinilai untuk merumuskan strategi atau program yang tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory control of perfume seeds at PT. Pioneer Gait Sampono (case study of aromania perfumery Karawang). The aim is to find out how far the inventory control of aromania perfume seeds has been running effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, to test the validity and reliability by using a triangulation process including source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there are constraints on the supply of perfume seeds, where consumer demand is not fulfilled due to empty supplies resulting in lost sales or disruption of the sales process at the company, but with the always better control analysis method used, it can control every good inventory starting from the process. ordering, receiving goods, checking goods, storing goods, the process of releasing goods, the lead time of goods arriving to the safety stock.
