Abstract

Produk tekstil atau fashion merupakan salah satu kebutuhan primer manusia. Namun meskipun menjadi kebutuhan primer tidak menjamin bahwa menjalankan usaha di bidang fashion menjadi sesuatu yang mudah. Masih banyak pelaku usaha bidang fashion belum mampu mempertahankan usahanya untuk terus bersaing dengan ekosistem UMKM, hingga akhirnya mundur.  Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah pelaku UMKM fashion yang jumlahnya berubah-ubah setiap tahunnya. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan akan kinerja usaha produk fashion masih terbilang rendah. Untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya pelaku usaha harus memiliki berbagai kompetensi diantaranya kompetensi manajemen, organisasi, strategi dan kompetensi lainnya yang diperlukan dalam mengelola usaha. Selain kompetensi pelaku usaha juga harus dapat berorientasi pada usahanya, sehingga pelaku usaha terus mencari peluang untuk pengembangan usahanya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelaku usaha fashion muslim di Kota Cimahi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan kompetensi wirausaha secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha. Variabel orientasi wirausaha usaha secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha. Serta kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi wirausaha secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha.

Abstract

At this time, MSMEs are an important part of the economy in Indonesia, one of them is in the West Java region. It was recorded that in 2021 the number of MSMEs in West Java was 6,257,390 and West Bandung Regency was the area that experienced a significant increase. The categories of the business are accessories, batik, embroidery, craft, fashion, services/others, convection, culinary, food and drink. However, the covid-19 pandemic has caused business actors, especially the embroidery sector that must be work harder in order to survive in the pandemic era. The lack of entrepreneurial innovativeness in business success is can influence a decrease in sales and the success of a business can be seen from business actors who making mass adjustments in terms of production (mass customization). Therefore, business actors are required to be able to maintain their business. On this research using a descriptive and associative methods. Descriptive research explains that characteristic or gap can be used as a basic to solving business problem. On this research, descriptive research explains characteristic and variable function like entrepreneurial innovativeness, mass customization, and business contuinity. The location of this research is in West Bandung Regency, and the research subject were 70 embroidery business actors in West Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques is using library research, then continued with distributing questionnaires and interview. Data analysis techniques is using path diagrams assisted by SEM-PLS software. The result on this research show that entrepreneurial innovativeness mediated by mass customization has an effect on business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supply chain management performance of audio system products at CV. Create Bloom. Another objective is to find out the material flow, information flow, and product flow run by CV. Cipta Mekar. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, performance assessment is carried out using the Scor Model. The results showed that the material flow did not run properly. The flow of information with a circular communication pattern and the simultaneous dissemination of information did not go well. In the product flow there is a shortage of stock and there is no quality control process. The results of the Scor Model show that the daily inventory performance is not good. In this case, there are still many things that need to be improved in the supply chain management of audio system products on CV. Cipta Mekar.

Abstract

Vocational high school 3 of Cimahi has 3 business units there are culinary, designer and laundry business with the standard like a Hotel. Product Inventory is one of the problems on VHS 3 of Cimahi. The gap arises because of uncertainty of information such as demand and delivery schedule. The important aims of this issue is supply chain management is doing well coordination between a several activities and connected with all off the supply chain until the product can flow smoothly and arrived on time, from the production process until distribution, and ensure the distribution from company to distributors, then the distributors until the product arrives to customers. This society service program provides the solution to increase the student competence on VHS 3 of Cimahi where at the student are equipped with supply chain management knowledge which has benefits if applied by students in the future, it will improve good coordination.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysisof the ornamental plant export procedures carried out by PT.Cihideung Flora Nusantara. The focus of this research is on the export procedures for ornamental plants,with the aim of understanding the stage and steps taken by one ornamental plants exporting company in conducting exportactivities. The methode employed in this research is descriptive analysis, which depicts the procedures established by the company in carrying out export activities. The findings indicate that there is no specific procedure developed by the company to address damage occurring during export activities,particularly in the shipping process. Additionally, due to the company’s human resource limitations, there is an overlap in the job responsibilities of the workers. The author suggest a solution, emphasizing the need for introduction of the new procedures in the company, especially when customers report damages. Moreover, the addition of more staff is recommended to alleviate the workload and prevent overlapping job responsibilities among employees.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a textile manufacturing company that provides knitting, dyeing, finishing and printing processes for all high quality fabrics. Companies face warehouse capacity problems, at certain times experiencing capacity shortages. If the warehouse does not have sufficient capacity, products will be stored in the line aisles, thereby impacting warehouse operations. The purpose of this research is to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation of the warehouse layout for finished tubular fabric products and to determine improvement efforts using the class-based storage method. This research method uses a qualitative approach using the term social situation. The data sources for this research are observation, interviews with key company informants and documentation in the form of details of warehouse area and warehouse stock data. Test validity and reliability using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this research, with improvements made using the class-based storage method, can minimize the material movement distance by 57.98 meters and increase the capacity to 181 pallets with a total capacity of 108,600 kg. From the research results it can be concluded that the application of the class-based storage method can overcome the problem in the warehouse of finished products of tubular fabric

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine innovation, product quality and perceived price on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variabel. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitive. The analysis used in this research was test of validity, test of reability, classical assumption test and sobel test. Population in this research was customer of mie kasuka and sample used was 100. Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Program of Science (SPSS). The result innovation can’t influence on repurchase intention and custumer satisfaction. Product quality positive influence on repurchase intention and custumer satisfaction, price perceived positive influence on repurchase intention but can’t influence on customer satisfaction. Custumer satisfaction positive influence product quality on repurchase intention, but can’t influence innovation and price received on repurchase intention
