Abstract

This research aims to find out how the HR development strategy process is implemented to improve employee performance and what the results of SWOT analysis and HR development strategies are in improving employee performance at Kopsyah BMI. The research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and the analytical tool used in analyzing this research is the SWOT Matrix. The results of the analysis show that the process carried out by the company is 1) Holding a training program or training in collaboration with the BMI Institute to be able to improve the competence of employees. 2) Hold job fairs at the best schools around the branch office to find prospective employees who are competent in their fields. 3) Providing recruitment information via social media so that it can be known to many people or prospective employees. 4) Hold training programs related to the use of transaction tools and data input.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the company's management approach in supporting employee health and wellbeing through an extension programme in Industry (UMMI Hospital). This approach was taken to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of health and wellbeing in the work environment. By adopting a qualitative method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, medical staff, and selected employees at RS UMMI. The study findings highlighted the company's management strategy in designing and implementing an effective extension programme, including topics such as healthy lifestyle, stress management, and the importance of a balanced diet. The study also evaluated the impact of the extension programme on employees' health and well-being as well as organisational culture at UMMI Hospital. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for other companies looking to implement similar programmes to improve employee well-being and overall organisational productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital creative economy's influence on young women's consumptive behavior. With the development of technology and the internet, young women are increasingly exposed to various digital content influencing their lifestyles and consumption patterns. Data were obtained through a survey involving young women aged 15-18 years in the Jatiranggon sub-district, Jatisampurna district, Bekasi city. The results of the study showed a significant correlation between exposure to digital creative economy content and increased consumptive behavior in young women.
