Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengkaji strategi penguatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) agar berkelanjutan di Dataran Tinggi Dieng, sebuah kawasan yang memiliki potensi besar namun juga menghadapi tantangan signifikan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara mendalam tantangan, peluang, dan prospek bisnis masa depan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM lokal. Tantangan yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan akses permodalan, inovasi produk yang stagnan, dan strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal di era digital. Di sisi lain, kawasan ini memiliki peluang besar dari kekayaan sumber daya alam (pertanian dan geowisata) serta pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata yang stabil. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi kasus pada beberapa UMKM terpilih. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kunci keberlanjutan UMKM di Dieng terletak pada tiga pilar strategi utama: 1) penguatan manajemen keuangan dan diversifikasi sumber permodalan, 2) inovasi produk berbasis kearifan lokal yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi, dan 3) pengembangan ekosistem pemasaran digital dan kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha. Sebagai luaran dari kegiatan ini, diimplementasikan program pendampingan yang fokus pada pelatihan literasi keuangan, pengembangan merek digital, serta fasilitasi kemitraan dengan sektor pariwisata. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial dan membuka jalur pasar baru bagi UMKM. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa keberlanjutan UMKM di Dataran Tinggi Dieng tidak hanya bergantung pada intervensi sesaat, tetapi juga pada pembangunan ekosistem usaha yang sinergis, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada masa depan.

Abstract

In order to produce superior and competent lecturers, every higher education institution must implement the Tridharma of Higher Education. Tridharma of Higher Education, hereinafter referred to as Tridharma, is the obligation of Higher Education to provide education, research, and community service. (PP-12 of 2012).Archiving is a letter of office work or administrative work that is mostly carried out by every business entity, both in government and private businesses (Surojo, 2006). Archived information is that which is collected and can be accessed and used. (Georgia Archives, 2004). Archives are very important to obtain material or data that can be used as consideration for decision making.At LPPM Pamulang University there is no system for detecting research and service reports so it is still difficult to know which lecturers have done research and service. The goal to be achieved in this research is to develop a desktop-based application that can help overcome the problems experienced by LPPM Pamulang University. In archiving incoming report data, a system must have a goal or objective. The target of the system will determine the required input system and the resulting system output.The RAD method is very suitable to be used to design a system, so it can be easy to arrange a series of systems that are being built. In conducting administrative and research archiving, it is very necessary to have a system role so that it is easy to store and manage data in such a way.

Abstract

The process of recruiting new employees is one of the important aspects in a company to get the right individuals to fill open positions. PT XYZ, as a company engaged in Transportation services is faced with challenges in the recruitment process of new employees which is still carried out conventionally. This causes a process that takes a long time, is less objective, and has the potential to cause bias. Therefore, this research aims to develop a Decision Support System (SPK) to help PT XYZ in the process of recruiting new employees.
