Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior, with Locus of Control as an intervening variable among employees of the Small and Medium Industry Dupa Harum Jaya Perdana. The research employs a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents, specifically the 32 employees of IKM Dupa Harum Jaya Perdana, and utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, and Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. Additionally, Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Locus of Control, and Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Locus of Control. However, Financial Literacy through Locus of Control has a positive but not significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, and Financial Attitude through Locus of Control also has a positive but not significant effect on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Innovation and Creativity through Competitive Advantage in achieving Business Success in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buleleng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed by Google form media and directly with a measuring instrument in the form of a Likert scale, where the respondents were selected as owners of small and medium micro enterprises with a total of 99 business owners as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Innovation, Creativity and Competitive Advantage had a positive and significant effect on Business Success, Innovation and Creativity had a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, and Innovation and Creativity had a positive and significant effect on Business Success through Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures, Job Description, and Work Discipline variables on Work Productivity variables using multiple regression methods. The analyzed data shows that the Standard Operating Procedure (X1) variable has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, with a 95% confidence interval that is fully positive (0.067 to 0.641). The Job Description variable (X2) has an influence that is not always positive but still significant, with a 95% confidence interval that includes negative values (-0.016 to 0.441). The Work Discipline variable (X3) also shows an influence that is not always positive but significant, with a 95% confidence interval that includes negative values (-0.111 to 0.425). The F test shows that the regression model as a whole is significant (F = 122.867, p-value = 0.000), which means that the Standard Operating Procedure, Job Description, and Work Discipline variables together have a significant influence on the Work Productivity variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Competence, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Buleleng Regency. The data collection technique used was the Questionnaire technique. The sample taken in this study was 70 respondents using certain criteria. The data analysis techniques used are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Model testing used is the T Test and F Test. The results showed, 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by the t value of 3.012> t table 1.668 with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is indicated by the t value of 2.036> t table 1,668 with a significance value of 0.046 < 0.05, 3) Work Motivation has a persial effect on employee performance with a t value of 2.619> t table 1,668 with a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05, 4) Work Discipline, Competence, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as indicated by the Fcount value of (70,804)> f table of (2,744) with an F test significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than ɑ = 0.05 and the influence of the Work Discipline, Competence and Work Motivation variables as indicated by the Coefficient of Determination of 0.752 or 75.2% while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, communication, and workload on employee performance at the Central Wholesale Buleleng store. The method used in this research is quantitative using data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study were 30 people or all employees of the Central Wholesale Buleleng Store. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The results of the above research state that Motivation cannot have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Central Wholesale Buleleng Store, this can be seen in the Partial Significant Test (t test) which obtained the tcount value of the Motivation variable (X1) is 1.148 and the ttable value is 1.706 then tcount < ttable (1.148 < 1.706) and also the significance test results obtained a significance value of 0.262> 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. 2) The results of the above research state that Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Central Wholesale Buleleng Store, this can be seen in the Partial Significant Test (t test) which obtained the tcount value of the Communication variable (X2) is 1.762 and the ttable value is 1.706 then tcount> ttable (1.762> 1.706) and also the significance test results obtained a significance value of 0.010 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. 3) The results of the above research state that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Central Wholesale Buleleng Store, this can be seen in the Partial Significant Test (t test) which obtained the tcount value of the Workload variable (X3) is 1.744 and the ttable value is 1.706 then tcount> ttable (1.744> 1.706) and also the significance test results obtained a significance value of 0.030 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan pembelian pada Toko Sudhita Sembako. Gencarnya persaingan yang terjadi, menuntut suatu usaha untuk memiliki sebuah perancangan sistem untuk usaha yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dipaparkan secara deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada pemilik Toko Sudhita Sembako. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer. Dari hasil studi penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi yang ada di Toko Suditha Sembako cukup baik, namun kurangnya pengawasan menimbulkan terjadinya penurunan pendapatan dikarenakan kesalahan dalam penyimpanan dokumen. Hal ini menjadi kelemahan sistem informasi akuntansi pada Toko Suditha Sembako. Memperbaiki aktifitas operasional perusahaan menjadi tujuan peneliti untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dalam kemudahan melakukan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Studi ini berencana untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, lingkungan kerja, penempatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Cabang Singaraja. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan dalam eksplorasi ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan melihat perbedaan SEM, yang dikenal dengan visual rendition 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS). Konsekuensi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen berhubungan pada kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan sig. dimana hasilnya adalah 0,351 dengan nilai t-hitung > 1,96. Dampak lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan sig. dimana hasilnya adalah 0,102 dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96, yaitu 2,847 dan tingkat besar 0,005. Pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai positif dan sig. dimana koefisien 0,112 dan t-statistik > 1,96, dengan derajat kritis 0,045 < 0,050. Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan sig.dimana koefisien sebesar 0,464 dan t statistic sebesar 7,462 dengan nilai t tabel standar sebesar 1,96 dengan sig. 0,000 < 0,050.
