Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction of employees of CV Indo Samudra and PT Lumbung Nusantara Nastiti, and to determine the perception of discrimination on job satisfaction of employees of CV Indo Samudra and PT Lumbung Nusantara Nastiti. The type of research used in this study uses quantitative research, using associative methods. The population in this study amounted to 158 and the sample used was 135 employees of CV Indo Samudra and PT Lumbung Nusantara Nastiti with the sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the T test. The results of the T test test show that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees of CV Indo Samudra and PT Lumbung Nusantara Nastiti and perceived discrimination has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. This research used a sample of 195 employees of the Public Works Department in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses simple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics which are processed using the SPSS version 23 statistical application. The results of this research show that the leadership style variable is proven to have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables and supports the first hypothesis. The motivation variable as a moderating variable in this study was proven to have no effect on the influence of the leadership style variable on employee performance and did not support the second hypothesis. Based on this, it can be concluded that this research supports the first hypothesis, but does not support the second hypothesis in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how procrastination at work is impacted by adversity quotient and work stress. The issue in this study is whether procrastination at work might be influenced by one's adversity quotient and level of stress. This kind of study is known as casual research, which is a technique for looking at a variable's informal relationships. With a total of 100 responders, the nurses in Bandarlampung are the subject of this study. Multiple linear regression analysis utilizing SPSS software version 18 is the research methodology used in this study. The findings indicated that: 1) procrastination at work is negatively impacted by adversity quotient, and 2) procrastination at work is positively impacted by job stress. Researcher recommend that hospitals improve supervision and manage work-related stress for all nurses. It also recommend that nurses improve their capacity to handle a variety of issues by managing stress levels.

Abstract

The millennial generation that now dominates the world of work tends to prioritize work flexibility and compensation to improve their performance in the work environment. Work flexibility is considered as one of the important factors that can improve employee productivity and performance. Fair and competitive compensation is also a crucial aspect in motivating employees to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and compensation on the performance of millennial generation employees in insurance companies in Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a sample of 198 millennial generation employees in insurance companies spread throughout Indonesia. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tools to test the influence between variables through the IBM SPSS 26 application. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, namely that work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study provide implications for company management in designing work flexibility policies that provide freedom for employees to determine their start and finish hours, so that optimal employee welfare and performance are created.

Abstract

Employee creativity plays a vital role in en5suring organizational success, particularly in the face of growing industrial competition. PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Lampung, operating in the aquaculture sector, must cultivate a workforce that is both creative and adaptable to change. However, enhancing employee creativity remains a challenge. This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge management on employee creativity at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Lampung. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 210 permanent employees across various divisions through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that both transformational leadership and knowledge management have a positive and significant impact on employee creativity, with knowledge management showing a more dominant effect. The study implies that to boost employee creativity, organizations must strengthen their knowledge management systems—particularly in terms of documentation, training, and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, leaders should adopt an open, inclusive leadership style that nurtures creativity and supports employees in developing their innovative potential.

Abstract

The health agency is a service that requires experts in providing services. Therefore, health agencies are competing to meet the main requirements, namely qualified medical personnel with the right standards. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and psychological contract on employee performance partially and simultaneously, with 202 civil servant employees at A. Yani Metro Lampung Hospital as subjects. The method used in this research is a questionnaire/questionnaire and literature study, with data testing techniques in the form of validation tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression (t test and F test). The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously there is a positive influence between organizational commitment and psychological contract on employee performance. So it can be interpreted that when the organizational commitment and psychological contract of an employee are high it will affect the higher the employee's performance results, conversely when the organizational commitment and psychological contract of an employee are low it will influence and have an impact on the low performance results of the employee.
