Abstract

Abstract - High employee performance is important in achieving organizational goals, especially in the world of public services that can be focused again is at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) General Ahmad Yani Metro whose employee performance of which most (76.8%) are civil servant (PNS) is in the spotlight, because based on the results of the 2017 annual report and news coverage related to service to patients, General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital received complaints from patients and visitors. This research itself aims to determine the effect of leadership and emotional intelligence on the performance of PNS General Ahmad Yani Metro Public Hospital. Processing research data obtained from 215 civil servants (PNS) in General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods and the research instrument is a questionnaire. The results support all proposed hypotheses: Leadership has a positive effect on the performance of civil servants in General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital, Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect on the Performance of Civil Servants in General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital, and Emotional Leadership and Intelligence together positively influences the performance of Civil Servants in General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital Keywords: Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance Abstrak - Kinerja pegawai yang tinggi adalah hal yang penting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi, terutama dalam dunia layanan publik yang dapat difokuskan lagi adalah di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro yang kinerja pegawainya yang mana sebagian besar (76,8%) adalah pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) menjadi sorotan, karena berdasarkan hasil laporan tahunan 2017 dan pemberitaan media masa terkait dengan pelayanan pada pasien, RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro mendapatkan komplain dari pasien dan pengunjungnya. Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja PNS RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Metro. Pengolahan data penelitian diperoleh dari 215 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan instrumen penelitiannya adalah dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif pada Kinerja PNS di RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Metro, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif pada Kinerja PNS di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro, serta Kepemimpinan dan Kecerdasan Emosional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif pada Kinerja PNS di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro. Abstract

Kelompok sadar wisata Desa Sungai Langka telah terbentuk, namun perannya belum optimal dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat desa sehingga manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh masyarakat dari destinasi wisata belum optimal. Kegiatan ini bertjuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Desa Sungai Langka. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok sadar wisata tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Sungai Langka dan berhasil mengidentifikasi masalah untuk meningkatkan peran kelompok sadar wisata. Untuk mengoptimalkan peran pokdarwis dibutuhkan pendampingan berkelanjutan pada kelompok sadar wisata agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi wisata di desa dan dibutuhkan pula upaya lanjutan untuk memasarkan berbagai destinasi di Desa Sungai Langka secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan berbagai aktor dan sumber daya agar wisata yang ada di Desa Sungai Langka dapat lebih dikenal dan berkembang

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world. The increase cases in countries infected of Covid-19 has resulted in the government making policies to prevent Covid-19, including the implementation of social and physical distancing which requires people to stay at home and health workers at the front line. This often causes flatness in various situations and conditions, such as people experiencing a decrease in sleep quality and accompanied by symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress. This study using the literature review method aims to produce a literature review on the relationship between depression in patients and the community with the incidence of Covid-19. The search databases used were Science Direct, Google Scholar, PubMed/NCBI, Elsevier and JHQ (Journal for Healthcare Quality) and Journals from the National Library of Indonesia (PNRI). The keywords used in the search are depression, mental illness, covid-19, physiological effects. 649 articles were identified, then the articles were selected according to the inclusion criteria set based on the PICOS (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes, Study design) method. The source of the article was clear, published in 2010 – 2020, then checked the feasibility of full text articles conducted on 50 articles. The final results obtained from the selection process are 10 articles that will be carried out in a literature review process. It can be concluded from the results of a literature review that there is still low research that examines the effect of progressive muscle relaxation related to symptoms of depression or other preventive measures to overcome depression in patients and the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Based on the performance measurement, the 2016 Performance Indicator agreed between the Director General of Health Efforts Development of Ministry of Health and the President Director of Abdul Moeloek Hospital has not fully achieved the set target. The authors suspect that the target is not achieved is due to lack of performance and employee job satisfaction. This is the impact of the management of human resource management that is allegedly less targeted, especially in the areas of human resource development and employee compensation is not appropriate. This research is survey with Path analysis. Functional employee of General Hospital. Abdul Moeloek numbered 669 employees. Samples taken by 250 respondents. The conclusion of this research is that the research support the proposed hypothesis, that is (1) there is relationship of human resource development and compensation to the employees, (2) there is influence of human resources development and compensation partially to employee job satisfaction, (3) the influence of human resource development and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees of RSAM, (4) there is influence of job satisfaction on RSAM employee performance. Suggestion from this research is employee development must be done continuously according to employee requirement and compensation in the form of remuneration succeed to improve job satisfaction and employee performance, therefore must be maintained.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Employee performance in the banking industry is decisive to compete globally. Compensation, transformational leadership, and employee satisfaction are important factors to improve employee performance. This study aims to examine benefits, transformational leadership, and employee satisfaction and its effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Metro Branch Office, Lampung. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to all employees of 54 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. This study presents that all data is valid and reliable and meets the classical regression assumptions. The results of the study explained that compensation, transformational leadership, and employee satisfaction have positive and partially positive effects on employee performance.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu posisi kunci dimana seorang pemimpin harus dapat mempengaruhi, mengarahkan dan menunjukkan kemampuannya agar semua tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Kinerja pada dasarnya berfokus pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan juga hasil yang diperoleh setelah melaksanakan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari seluruh karyawan PT Kembu Mandiri di Provinsi Papua sebanyak 54 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan spss 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Saran yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah: pemimpin perusahaan harus lebih mendengarkan pendapat karyawan dalam menyelesaikan masalah antara pemimpin dan karyawan, karyawan harus memiliki rasa kepedulian sosial antara karyawan yang satu dengan karyawan yang lain. Dan juga karyawan harus menaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Cyberloafing, or employees engaging in non-work-related internet activities, has become a prevalent issue for many companies. Finding out how organizational commitment and workload affect cyberloafing behavior in nurses at the Lampung Province Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD) is the goal of this study. The basic data for this study came from a Likert scale questionnaire. There were 115 nurses in the research sample, and SPSS 29 software was utilized for the multiple linear regression analysis of the data. The study's findings provided evidence in favor of the premise that organizational commitment and workload significantly and negatively influence cyberloafing behavior. The recommendation for the Lampung Province Mental Hospital is to help create an atmosphere where nurses can feel content and at ease at work, as well as to inculcate positive values in them. The Lampung Provincial Mental Hospital ought to establish guidelines for the equitable distribution of nursing responsibilities. To lower the amount of cyberloafing among nurses, the Lampung Provincial Mental Hospital must also implement specific internet usage guidelines.

Abstract

Workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector are particularly susceptible to stress. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how job stress affects employee engagement while controlling for mindfulness. Stress at work is the independent variable that is employed. Employee involvement is employed as the dependent variable. Mindfulness is the moderating variable employed. All of the Generation Z workers in the Bandar Lampung coffee shop sector made up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was the technique employed, and the sample size consisted of 133 workers from coffee shops. A Likert-scaled questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool in this investigation. Simple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are used in this research analysis technique. The study's findings suggest that work stress has a substantial and detrimental impact on employee engagement and that mindfulness does not mitigate this effect in the case of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector. The study's conclusion is that the coffee shop should focus more on the responsibilities assigned to its staff members' tasks and modify the workload in accordance with their skill levels. The coffee shop has to learn more about the needs that its employees have at work.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an economic downturn, causing changes in work patterns. This has an impact on employee resilience, to improve resilience a high-performance work system is needed. In practice, PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung City implements this system, but there is gender inequality in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to see if there is an effect of a high-performance work system on employee resilience and whether gender differences moderate this effect. The method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis and MRA which is processed by SPSS software version 23. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis that a high-performance work system has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience and gender differences strengthen the effect of a high-performance work system on employee resilience. Suggestions for PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung City to further consider providing financial rewards based on individual performance. Suggestions for PDAM Way Rilau employees of Bandar Lampung City to share some things with friends, it is hoped that the burden of problems borne by oneself will become lighter, so that it can increase resilience.

Abstract

Media sosial TikTok telah menjadi platform yang sangat populer dikalangan generasi muda, termasuk mahasiwa. Popularitasnya yang luar biasa ini, memunculkan kekhawatiran mengenai dampak penggunaan TikTok yang berlebihan terhadap kesehatan mental penggunanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas dan kecanduan media sosial tiktok terhadap kesehatan mentan mahasiswa keperawatan Institut Citra Internasional Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey analitik melalui pendekatan penelitian cross- sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi ilmu keperawatan kelas reguler Institut Citra Internasional angkatan 2022 yang terdata aktif dalam akademik kemahasiswaan, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan uji chi square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau α (0,05).  Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan tiktok dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa (p=0,000, POR=29,167) dan kecanduan tiktok dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa (p=0,007, POR=5,011).  Saran pada penelitian ini diharapkan untuk dapat mengontrol diri dan jangan berlebihan dalam penggunaan tiktok sehingga kesehatan mental tetap terjaga
