Abstract

This study explores and discovers the relevance of the educational model introduced by KH Ahmad Dahlan in facing the Era of Society 5.0. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature analysis approach to understand the educational principles adopted by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. The results showed that the values of Islamic education instilled by KH Ahmad Dahlan such as honesty, justice, and integrity as well as social care have significant relevance in the Era of Society 5.0. Through a qualitative approach, it was found that the leadership model can positively contribute to the development of the character and competence of the younger generation in facing the challenges of digital transformation. Researchers found that the education taught by KH Ahmad Dahlan is inclusive education where all children from various groups have the right to education. The leadership model of Dr. KH Ahmad Dahlan is a prophetic leadership model in establishing the Muhammadiyah organization.

Abstract

This study aims to explain directive and instructional leadership. Literature study is used as a method in research. Data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals with similar topics, then used as writing and conclusions. Study results show that using directive and instructional leadership In a leadership model that is directive and instructional, a leader will provide direct guidance to his team members to achieve the goals achieved. Abstract

Contingency is a leadership theory which argues that leadership effectiveness is determined by the suitability between leadership style and the environmental situation. This research was conducted to determine the contingency or situational educational leadership model. This research uses qualitative methods and the data collection technique used in this research is library research, namely the research object used by searching for and collecting data or literary information in the form of books, journals, magazines, reports, and the others. The research results show that there are at least three contingency leadership models, namely Fiedler's Contingency Model, Hersey and Blanchard's Contingency Model, and Robert J. House's Path Goal Theory Contingency Model.
