Abstract

Leads Property Service Indonesia is a company operating in the services and services sector. PT. Leads Property Service Indonesia is widely known and many buildings use PT's services. Leads Property Service Indonesia for rent office space including the BRIpens Tower Building. To promote the office building area that will be rented only through the website so that there are problematic factors such as the lack of being able to go directly to provide brochures with clients because the website and social media promotions are more dominant and rental prices are less competitive with competitors in other companies. The solution is an evaluation so that it can become a future benchmark for marketing strategies for renting office buildings at the BRIPens PT Tower Branch Office. Leads Property Service Indonesia using the SWOT method. In essence, the SWOT method is a field of science that uses reasoning about the environment's internal strengths and weaknesses and also external opportunities and threats, then calculated using IFAS or EFAS using variables from these 4 parameters.

Abstract

The Employee Attendance Information System is a crucial component in human resource management at SMP Negeri 15 Jakarta, a vocational high school institution. This study aims to analyze the quality of the attendance information system using the McCall Method, which provides a comprehensive evaluation framework. The analysis measures indicators of correctness, usability, reliability, and efficiency. The evaluation results show that the attendance system achieved average scores ranging from 0.74 to 0.76, with a total score of 298 out of an ideal score of 140, placing it in the good category. While the system functions well and positively contributes to management, there remains significant room for further development. This study identifies factors influencing system quality, which can serve as a basis for future improvements. The recommendations derived are expected to support the development of a more effective and efficient attendance information system, enhancing employee discipline and productivity, and contributing to improved educational quality for students.

Abstract

An information system is an integration between information technology and human activities that play a role in the management, processing, and dissemination of information within an organization or a particular environment. Along with technological advances, website-based information systems have become an effective solution for companies in managing office inventory more efficiently and structured. This research focuses on the design of a website-based office inventory information system aimed at simplifying the performance of admins in the inventory data management process. However, this matter has weaknesses in its management such as still using Microsoft Excel so it is vulnerable to malware if employees want to request the data with a USB that becomes a corrupt file and the occurrence of inventory management errors that cause differences between the actual conditions or human error. Before designing the system, an analysis of the existing inventory mechanism was conducted using the PIECES approach (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) to evaluate the performance of the old system and identify improvement needs. In addition, system modeling was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) through use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this research is an efficient and integrated website-based office inventory information system.
