Abstract

Masa emas perkembangan anak usia dini merupakan periode krusial bagi pertumbuhan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat diterapkan untuk membangun dasar literasi, matematika, sains, teknologi, rekayasa, dan seni (STEAM) di RA Muslimat, Bekasi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan 20 siswa usia 5-6 tahun sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan berbagai keterampilan dasar. Hasil utama menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan minat dan partisipasi yang kuat dalam kegiatan pramembaca, pramenulis, numerasi, pemecahan masalah, dan kreatif. Meskipun beberapa siswa menunjukkan kecepatan belajar yang berbeda, pendekatan diferensiasi memungkinkan pengajaran yang fleksibel sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar individu. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini untuk mengakomodasi gaya belajar yang beragam dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk pemahaman guru yang terbatas tentang diferensiasi dan kurangnya sumber daya. Pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan dan dukungan institusional direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze conflict comprehensively in a novel. Object of this research is the novel “9 Summers 10 Autumns: From The City of Apples to The Big Apple” by Iwan Setiawan tells the story of a boy from little village who pursues his dreams in United State of America. This study discusses the psychological conflict experienced by main character, especially the conflict that happens when he has been solving the problem to reach every target what he wants. The study uses a qualitative method to determine how to analyze and collect research data, which is used to determine psychological experience. The result of this study found that as a condition when someone has been born is not a reason to create a big dream, sometimes this condition also gives trouble in relationship with friend of the same age and always haunted by feelings of guilt so punishing himself and experience the inner conflict. The data collection which we obtained from the observation, documentation, and combined. As well as the technique of analysing data which used is qualitative data analyzing, it is Reading or studying the data, Learn the keyword and write model was found. The wisdom of this study was a parents should support every dream from their children and did not give some tight limitation that made kids felt hards to achieve their dreams.

Abstract

Anti-corruption education for early childhood is crucial in fostering an integrity-driven generation. This study examines the use of Betawi Ondel-Ondel stories to convey anti-corruption values to young children. Unlike previous research that often employed conventional character education methods, this study focuses on utilizing local cultural elements as an innovative learning approach. The research aims to evaluate the potential of Ondel-Ondel stories in teaching values such as honesty and justice, integrating these principles into daily learning activities. The motivation behind this research is to connect character education with engaging cultural aspects relevant to children. The methodology includes literature review, symbolic analysis of Ondel-Ondel, and observations and interviews with educators. Findings indicate that the Ondel-Ondel character significantly enhances children's understanding of the importance of honesty and justice. Policy implications suggest the need to incorporate local cultural elements into the anti-corruption education curriculum to make learning materials more engaging and relevant. This study aims to assist educators and policymakers in designing innovative and impactful teaching methods.
