Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procurement of non-medical logistics related to the availability of goods at Hospital X Bandung. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews and direct observation. The findings show that the non-medical logistics procurement process involves several stages and parties, including the Head of Non-Medical Logistics Department, Logistics Manager, Director, Finance Department, and Business Actors. The accumulation of goods in the logistics department is caused by overstocking and inadequate storage space conditions. To address these issues, it is recommended to improve the inventory management system, provide training to staff, optimize storage space, improve coordination between parties, and conduct regular evaluations. This study emphasizes the importance of effective and efficient logistics management in supporting hospital operations and improving the quality of health services.

Abstract

Aromatherapy is beneficial for maintaining and enhancing physical, physiological, and spiritual well-being by consuming flowers, roots, fruits, resins, bark, and other aromatic compounds from plants. In Indonesia, around 90% of the used cooking oil produced is not managed properly, leading to environmental issues and contaminating soil and water, as well as public health. To reduce its negative impact on the environment and public health, it can be processed into valuable products such as aromatherapy candles. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of using used cooking oils and its benefits for the community of Sinarsari Village so that they can utilize this waste more sustainably and efficiently. The Tim PPK Ormawa HImasiter IPB (Student Association of Nutrition and Animal Feed) plays a significant role in promoting new innovations that benefit the community, one of which is the creation of aromatic candles with the aim of learning how to recycle used oil into useful products. The results of this comprehensive evaluation will assist the implementing team in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of this program.

Abstract

Sengketa tumpang tindih tanah merupakan salah satu konflik yang kerap muncul di Indonesia, termasuk di Batang-Batang, Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi sebagai alternatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah sengketa tanah yang melibatkan banyak pihak yang mengklaim hak atas area lahan yang sama. Metode penelitian kualitatif dipilih karena sesuai dengan analisis peran mediasi dalam menyelesaikan sengketa tumpang tindih tanah di masyarakat batang - batang sumenep.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pengolahan data guna memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses penyelesaian sengketa tersebut. Penemuan menunjukan bahwa proses mediasi memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam penyelesaian masalah konflik agraria secara damai, cepat dan lebih efesien di bandingkan proses jalur hukum.
