Abstract

Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) adalah upaya untuk menumbuhkan budi pekerti peserta didik atau siswa melalui penumbuhan budaya ekosistem literasi sekolah. Literasi sebagai kegiatan yang tak hanya sekedar membaca dan menulis, namun juga mencakup keterampilan berpikir menggunakan sumber-sumber pengetahuan yang ada, baik dalam bentuk cetak, visual, digital maupun auditori.Masa Pandemi Covid 19 membuat perkembangan literasi di sekolah khususnya di madrasah tidak dapat berjalan seperti yang diharapkan. Tetapi walau begitu kegiatan literasi gerakan literasi di madrasah harus tetap berjalan. Adapun alternatif implementasi gerakan literasi sekolah di madrasah di masa pandemi covid 19 adalah bisa melalui pembacaan juz amma sebelum belajar,membaca buku dan menulis, pembacaan kosa kata bahasa inggris dan bahasa arab, serta kegiatan mading.

Abstract

Fokus artikel ini adalah pada manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kompetensi guru merupakan suatu hal yang urgen pada pengembangan keprofesionalan guru, karna tanpa adanya guru yang kompten dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang guru, maka proses pembelajaran di sekolah/madrasah tidak akan berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini akan berimbas kepada hasil pembelajaran yang akan tercapai. Kepala madrasah sebagai leader di sebuah madrasah mempunyai tugas dan kewajiban yang salah satunya adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Dengan kemampuan manajerialnya kepala madrasah dituntut untuk dapat membuat berbagai program yang bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang dipimpinnya, sehingga guru yang kompeten merupakan mitra yang handal bagi kepala madrasah untuk dapat memajukan madrasah yang dipimpinnya.

Abstract

The role of welfare services provided by foundations is crucial in enhancing the quality management systems of Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools (SMP IT) in Jambi Province. These services address various aspects of school management that directly influence the educational experience. This study explores the contribution of foundation-supported welfare programs to creating a conducive learning environment, improving teacher competencies, and fostering student development. A conducive learning environment is essential for achieving educational excellence. Foundation support provides schools with the necessary financial resources to improve infrastructure, procure teaching aids, and ensure that learning spaces are comfortable and well-equipped. These improvements create an atmosphere that motivates students to engage in learning actively. Additionally, welfare services significantly impact teacher development. Foundations often fund professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teachers' pedagogical skills anpd subject matter expertise. Empowered and well-trained teachers are better equiped to deliver high-quality education, positively influencing student outcomes. Student development is another area supported by foundation welfare services. Scholarships, extracurricular activities, and character-building programs funded by these services play a pivotal role in shaping well-rounded individuals. These initiatives ensure that students not only excel academically but also develop the character and values aligned with Islamic principles. The findings of this study highlight that a well-structured welfare service system encompassing financial support, professional development, and resource allocation can significantly elevate the overall quality of school management. This research underscores the importance of foundation support in creating sustainable educational excellence in Islamic schools. Such support ensures that these institutions can fulfill their mission of producing a generation that is not only knowledgeable but also morally upright and socially responsible. Through the integration of welfare services, foundations play a vital role in shaping the future of Islamic education in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The focus of this article is on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence or artificial intelligence in improving learning efficiency. Artificial Intelligence is the process of designing a machine to behave like a human or other term called cognitive tasks, which is how machines can learn automatically from programmed data and information. Artificial Intelligence as an application that also offers a way to invite users to participate who are not found on outdated documents or in an unchanged environment. Artificial Intelligence will make the data a collection of the learning processes already carried out by the user, and then will provide alternatives and ways of solving them and which are learning solutions that suit the needs of the user. Artificial Intelligence has the ability to encourage and accelerate the discovery of new learning boundaries and the creation of innovative technologies in learning, this is expected to increase effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

The focus of this article is to describe Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS] or Blue ocean Strategy as a new strategy model in the management of Islamic education institutions. The author seeks to describe the adoption of the world's blue ocean strategy into the world of education and answers what principles are accepted and rejected from theory . Adoption of the Blue Ocean strategy or a blue ocean strategy implemented by applying universal principles .Prinsip Blue Ocean strategy to be adopted by both are indicators that focus provide excellent service to consumers while indicators that can not be adopted is a strong indicator of economic motivations ( commercialization). Generally the Blue Ocean Strategy can be applied quite well and can be used as an alternative to the development of management of Islamic education institutions.
