Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, company growth, and capital structure on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023. The research method uses MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) with quantitative data processed through the application Eviews13 software. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Company Growth does not affect Company Value. Capital Structure has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Profitability cannot moderate the effect of Liquidity on Company Value. Profitability cannot moderate the effect of Growth on Company Value. Profitability can moderate the effect of Capital Structure on Company Value. The implications of this research are that investors are expected to be more careful in choosing stocks to invest in, in addition, management can create strong financial stability, can implement an effective asset management system to manage assets optimally, can consider the optimal balance between debt and equity, and can identify and reduce inefficient costs.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, infused water kiwi dan kayu manis yang disimpan pada suhu ruang dan suhu kulkas masih memenuhi batas maksimum cemaran mikroba pada sari buah (SNI). Pada penyimpanan suhu kulkas dan suhu ruang masih memenuhi batas maksimum cemaran mikroba pada sari buah (SNI) untuk semua lama penyimpanan. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Surati (2017) tentang Tingkat Keamanan Minuman Infused Water dengan Diversifikasi Penyimpanan yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan dengan suhu ruang dan suhu kulkas jumlah bakteri pada semua penyimpanan masih dalam batas normal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada 2 jam penyimpanan sudah terdapat bakteri pada minuman infused water kiwi dan kayu manis, hal ini disebabkan oleh buah yang baru dipanen sebenarnya telah ditumbuhi oleh berbagai mikroorganisme dari yang tidak menyebabkan pembusukan sampai yang menyebabkan pembusukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelayanan Kesehatan dengan komunikasi perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Kepuasan pasien menjadi tanggungjawab pihak pelayanan Kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit Idaman Kota banjarbaru. Fasilitas dan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan harapan pasien, tidak menutup kemungkinan pasien tersebut akan selalu datang dan berobat pada layanan kesehatan tersebut. Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor komunikasi terapeutik perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Building Use Rights are one of the land rights regulated in the UUPA which can be used as an object of collateral for Mortgage Rights as regulated in the UUHT. The phenomenon that occurs when objects of Mortgage Rights are guaranteed with the status of Building Use Rights whose validity period has expired results in the abolition of the Mortgage Rights as stated in Article 18 paragraph (1) letter d UUHT. This research aims to formulate the problem, namely: What is the legal protection for creditors against building use rights collateral objects that have expired and are still encumbered with mortgage rights? And what are the legal consequences for land collateral objects with Building Use Rights that have expired and are still encumbered with Mortgage Rights? The theory used in this research is the Legal Protection Theory according to Satjipto Rahardjo, the Legal Consequences Theory according to Soeroso. The method used in this research is normative juridical (library law research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary sources of legal materials). The research approaches used are statutory, conceptual, case and analytical approaches with legal material collection techniques carried out by identifying and inventorying legal rules, book literature and other legal materials. Legal material analysis techniques are carried out using grammatical legal interpretation and systematic interpretation. From the results of the research, it was concluded that legal protection for creditors with HGB status collateral objects which have expired before the credit matures is by providing a credit period that is shorter than the validity period of the rights status, extending rights at the initial time of the credit agreement or extending credit by making a power of attorney. to the bank, change the rights from HGB to Ownership Rights, and ask for replacement collateral or additional collateral. As well as recharging Mortgage Rights on land objects of collateral which have expired and have been renewed within the credit period. The legal consequences of ending the rights status of HGB collateral objects which are still encumbered with Liability Rights will result in the abolition of the Mortgage Rights (Article 18 paragraph (1) letter d UUHT). Thus changing the position of creditors holding Mortgage Rights from preferred creditors to concurrent creditors who have individual rights which are rights arising from general guarantees regulated by Article 1131 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

One way to see the signs of disease in grapevines is a change in leaf color. Ordinary people detect diseases in grapevines only based on subjective vision. On this basis, we need a system that can help the layman to be able to detect diseases in grapevines based on the color of the leaves using the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification method. This algorithm uses simple calculations, so the process is carried out faster. In this study, testing was carried out using the Naive Bayes classification model with 800 training data and 160 validation data. The accuracy results obtained are 90% using the color historgram scenario on channel RGB interval 16 and GLCM with features of dissimilarity, correlation, homogeneity, contrast pixel spacing 5. 90% accuracy is also obtained in the color histogram scenario on channel HSV with interval 16 and GLCM with features of dissimilarity, correlation, homogeneity at pixel spacing of 5. Thus, it can be concluded that the Naive Bayes classification model can gain application in identifying diseases in grapevines through leaf color analysis.

Abstract

Ruang server merupakan ruangan yang menyimpan aset penting yang harus melakukan tugas secara terus-menerus selama 24 jam sehari. Banyaknya pengembangan bidang akademik dan fasiitas penunjang pun terus dikembangkan untuk melancarkan proses pelayanan di IT Telkom Surabaya, mulai dari bangunan baru, peralatan eksperimen, serta fasilitas penunjang lainnya seperti akses internet yang tersedia, pusat data serta sumber informasi. Peralatan fisik yang digunakan selama periode yang panjang dan seringkali menjalankan tugas yang berat, sehingga memerlukan pemeliharaan secara rutin. Maka dari itu diperlukan protokol keamanan untuk melindungi ruangan tersebut, termasuk pengaturan suhu dan kelembaban udara yang tepat. Untuk memenuhi persyaratan keamanan tersebut, diperlukan perangkat monitoring suhu dan kelembaban di dalam ruang server. Dengan cara menggunakan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler, DHT22 sebagai sensor suhu, LCD I2C sebagai media untuk menampilkan data, Telegram sebagai media notifikasi di smartphone dan Thinger.io sebagai platfom yang dapat memvisualisasikan dan melakukan perekaman data hasil pembacaan sensor dapat direpresentasikan dalam bentuk nilai numerik atau grafik yang menunjukkan perubahan suhu dan kelembaban seiring waktu. Alat ini memiliki manfaat untuk menghindari kebutuhan untuk datang langsung ke ruang server guna memeriksa suhu dan kelembapan. Selain itu, proses pengecekan suhu juga menjadi lebih mudah karena tersedia sebuah situs web yang memberikan informasi suhu ruangan secara real-time. dan mendapatkan  notifikasi  jika  terjadi  suatu  kondisi  suhu  dan  kelembaban  diluar  ambang  batas yang  telah  ditetapkan.
