Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berfokus pada penyuluhan mengenai sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk merekap presentasi dan perkembangan tahfidz santri di SMP Bina Insan Mandiri, yang dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan sistem yang efisien dalam mengelola dan menyajikan data mengenai kemajuan santri dalam hafalan Al-Qur'an, mengingat selama ini pencatatan dan pelaporan perkembangan santri masih dilakukan secara manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan waktu. Dalam program ini, tim pelaksana melakukan serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan aplikasi, pelatihan kepada guru dan pengelola santri tentang cara menggunakan sistem informasi yang telah dibuat, serta sosialisasi kepada orang tua santri mengenai manfaat penggunaan sistem ini.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology in da'wah activities is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of message delivery and program management. YukNgaji Bogor, a branch of the YukNgaji da'wah community, faces challenges in managing data and monitoring the progress of Executive Class participants, which was previously done manually. This research aims to analyze the current processes, as well as design, build, and test a JavaScript-based web application using the Research and Development (R&D) method, Agile Kanban approach, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The research results in a centralized web application that facilitates participant data management and progress monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated web-based personnel information system to manage employee absence and permit data in the company S M, which currently still uses a manual and non-integrated system. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with an object-based system approach using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system documentation. The system was developed using the Prototype Method, with PHP and MySQL-based technology to ensure the system is easy to access and develop. The sampling technique was carried out through direct observation and interviews with the company's HRD department to obtain a comprehensive picture of the needs of the personnel system. The final result is expected to facilitate the management of personnel data, including permit applications and absence reports, as well as improve the efficiency of HRD work in the company.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology has become a crucial need in various fields, including da'wah (Islamic outreach), to enhance the effectiveness of message delivery, program management, and participation monitoring. YukNgaji Bogor, a rapidly growing da'wah organization, faces challenges in managing its Executive Class. Manual participant data management via WhatsApp and reporting using spreadsheets lead to inefficiency and difficulties in comprehensive participant progress monitoring. A previous attempt using WordPress encountered server performance issues. This research proposes the design of a web-based system using JavaScript to address these challenges. This E-Kajian system is expected to provide centralized and efficient participant data management, real-time participant progress monitoring, and more accurate and informative study reporting. The implementation of this system aims to improve the operational efficiency of the study program, support the development of YukNgaji Bogor, and extend its benefits to participants.

Abstract

The majoring of students in Senior High Schools (SMA) in the 2013 Curriculum is carried out when new students enter class Often students experience confusion in choosing subjects, due to students' lack of understanding of the subjects they will take. To overcome this, SMAN 1 Leuwisadeng opened direct consultations with BP/BK teachers to provide direction in choosing majors according to students' interests and abilities. However, the major system at SMAN 1 Leuwisadeng is still done manually. As technology develops, this can be overcome with data grouping techniques obtained from data mining results. Data mining is an activity that includes collecting, using data, history to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data sets [1]. In this research, researchers used the C4.5 algorithm to predict students in determining the direction they would take. The accuracy results obtained in this program were 92.31%. Thus it can be concluded that data mining using the C4.5 Algorithm classification method can speed up the process for all students.
