Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and digitalization on employee performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Surabaya, This type of research uses quantitative research methods. This study involves surveys and secondary data analysis involving employees in the Archives Unit. The results of the study indicate that fair compensation and effective digitalization both contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Adequate compensation serves as the main motivator in increasing job satisfaction, while digitalization speeds up the work process and facilitates access to information. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and compensation and digitalization have a positive effect on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional III (Persero).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource (HR) quality on the implementation of internal control systems at PT. Avia Avian. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of quality HR in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of internal control systems in companies. An effective internal control system is essential to maintain integrity, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze how HR quality can affect the implementation of internal control systems in companies. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a survey of employees in various departments of PT. Avia Avian. The data obtained were analyzed using regression techniques to examine the relationship between HR quality variables and internal control systems. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between HR quality and the implementation of internal control systems, where the better the quality of HR, the more effective the implementation of internal control systems. The implication of this study is that companies need to pay attention to improving HR quality as a strategic step to strengthen the existing internal control system, which in turn can improve the company's performance and compliance with established standards.Additionally, this research shows that continuous training and employee competency development can strengthen HR quality, which in turn contributes to the effectiveness of the internal control system. Companies that invest in improving HR quality will not only benefit in terms of compliance with regulations but also in enhancing operational efficiency and risk management. Therefore, it is crucial for the management of PT. Avia Avian to continue focusing on HR development to ensure the smooth implementation of internal control systems in accordance with applicable standards. This research contributes to the literature on risk management and internal control by highlighting the crucial role of HR quality in the success of internal control systems.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine how much influence the level of education and use of UKM accounting applications on the performance of UMKM. Data collection uses the method of distributing questionnaires directly to each UMKM respondent. In determining the population in this study is the level of education and use of UKM accounting applications in Madiun Regency. While in taking the sample using purposive sampling technique. The respondents were 60 UMKM who had met the previously determined answer criteria. In terms of data processing, the author uses the SPSS Statistics program version 26.0 for windows. The results of this study can be concluded that based on the t-test of the education level variable (X1), the t-count value is 3.456 with a sig value. of 0.001 less than 0.05 (0.001 <0.05) means that the level of education affects the performance of UMKM in the Madiun Regency area. The use of the UKM accounting application (X2) obtained a t value of 3.669 with a sig value. of 0.001 means that the use of UKM accounting applications has an effect on the performance of UMKM in the Madiun Regency area. Thus the results of this study state that the hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the influence of variables compensation and job characteristics on the work satisfaction of Production Unit employees at PT. Cemerlang. This research is causality research and the method used in this research is survey. The number of samples are 93 respondents and data collecting is conducted by filling out some questionaires. There are two groups of variables in this research. Those are independent variables which are compensation and job characteristics, and the other is dependent variable which is work satisfaction of Production Unit employees at PT. Cemerlang. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the influence of variables compensation and job characteristics on the work satisfaction. According to the results of regression analysis, find that simultaneously variables of compensation and job characteristics have significant effects on work satisfaction of production unit employees at PT. Cemerlang . Partially, the variable of job characteristic which is autonomy of job (X3) has the most dominant effect on work satisfaction of production unit employees at PT. Cemerlang.
