Abstract

Safety climate is an important component of the responsibility of health services and the safety climate survey provides a measure of the safety climate within the organization and identifies opportunities to improve service. Implementation of safety climate in healthcare has been done in many developing countries or developed countries, assessment of safety climate on healthcare by using questionnaires. Low safety culture has a positive contribution to the errors in health services, unsafe therapy, and a variety of other unexpected accidents (medical errors, unsafe therapies, and unintended injuries). Based on this background, this study aims to evaluate the existing safety climate at the regional general hospital in Yogyakarta province, and to know the general picture of the safety climate condition in the hospital. This study was conducted at the emergency department at the hospital with 3 hospitals in Yogyakarta with 84 respondents consisting of nurses, doctors and midwives working in the unit. The results obtained from this study resulted in a valid and reliable questionnaire for each dimension with validity> 0.3 and reliable over 0.6, and also the validity results from questionnaires on other hospitals resulted in consistency of psychometric questionnaires. In this study also shows the index level of each dimension to the hospital. Overview of each hospital on the safety climate can be illustrated based on the level obtained that RSUD II and RSUD I leadership, communication, and also teamwork already has a pretty good level, while RSUD III 3 dimensions that are at level 1 for the dimension of leadership , personal and communication. The personal dimensions of the three hospitals are at level 1 explaining that personal dimensions are still poor in all three hospitals. And also from result of test of Mann Whitney can be seen that there is no difference of perception between doctor and nurse so that equation of perception toward interest of safety climate same between doctor and nurse at RSUD Yogyakarta

Abstract

Noise is all unwanted sounds to some degree cause hearing loss. In the operation of PT.Surveyor Indonesia laboratory operation using some machines that cause noise that disrupt the workers. From result of research of noise level happened 68.93-89.12 dB and already exceeded the threshold in accordance with regulation of KEP-48 / MENLH / 11/1996. From the results of questionnaires distributed with the number of respondents 30 people. Tested the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of validity test value 0.631-0.944 this value> from r table value 0.361 can be summed up all valid questions. The reliability test results of 0.601-0.908 this value> of the cronbach alpha value of 0.600 can be summed up all reliable questions. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -0.321-0.031-X1 + 0.076X2 + 1.114X3. Where X1 = communication, there is a negative relationship, X2 = physiology, positive relationship occurs, X3 = Psychology positive relationship occurs. The results of double correlation analysis test R = 0.701 this shows a strong relationship between noise to communication, physiology and psychology. And the result of coefficient test of regresi together with test F, obtained F arithmetic 8,392 and F table 2,975 so F count> F table thus Ho rejected Ha accepted meaning there is influence signifikan between noise to communication, physiology and psikolgi worker.

Abstract

Tas travel merupakan sarana penyimpanan barang yang sangat penting bagi seorang dalam melakukansuatu perjalanan apalagi professional yang dalam pekerjaan saring berpindah dengan berbagai perlengkapanyang harus disiapkan. Lebih dari 85% orang Indonesia melakukan perjalanan internasional dan nasional untukbersantai sedangkan selebihnya untuk urusan bisnis ataupun pendidikan. melihat peningkatan yang cukup besarmaka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan tas travel yang multifungsi untuk mempermudahmasyarakat yang melakukan perjalan sehingga penggunaan tas travel lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode perancangan produk yaitu Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil karakteristik Perancangan TasTravel yaitu Bentuk tas travel persegi panjang, Bentuk gagang tas travel persegi panjang, Warna tas travel birudan merah bata, Ukuran tas travel dimana panjang 51 dan lebar 26 cm, Tinggi gagang tas travel 45 cm, Tinggibadan tas travel 43 cm, Hiasan/motif pada tas travel polos, Bahan tas travel polimer Bahan gagang tas travelplastic, Bahan roda tas travel aluminium steel, Fungsi tambahan pada tas travel adalah tempat minum dan jashujan

Abstract

Keluhan pada sistem muskuloskeletal adalah keluhan yang dirasakan oleh seseorang pada bagian otot dan rangka dengan tingkat keluhan yang berbeda - beda , keluhan hingga kerusakan ini yang biasanya diistilahkan dengan gangguan muskuloskeletal . Pada umumnya gangguan muskuloskeletal terjadi apabila sistem muskuloskeletal menerima beban yang melampaui kapasitasnya dengan durasi pembebanan yang panjang. Pembebanan berlebih pada otot yang menyebabkan otot mengalami kontraksi melebihi 20% dari kekuatan maksimumnya , yang akan berdampak pada kurangnya peredaran darah ke otot . Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Perbaikan Fasilitas Kerja Pada Alat Pengkilap Panci Untuk Memperbaiki Postur Kerja Pada Perusahan CV. XYZ. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment ( REBA ) dan menggunakan Standard Nordic Questionnaire ( SNQ ) sebagai instrument penelitian . Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei analitik yang bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara sikap kerja dengan keluhan musculoskeletal dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Dari hasil kuesioner SNQ pada 6 orang pekerja menunjukkan bahwa keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dialami pekerja pengkilap panci berada pada kategori sakit terbanyak adalah pada leher atas dan leher bawah sebanyak 4 ( 66,7 % ) . Pada kategori sangat sakit terbanyak adalah pada tangan kanan dan pergelangan tangan kanan , tangan kiri dan pergelangan tangan kiri sebanyak 6 ( 100 % ) . Berdasarkan pengukuran dengan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment REBA dan Uji Chi - Squar e , dinyatakan terdapat skor REBA di antara 8 - 11 dimana skor tersebut berada pada daerah beresiko tinggi terhadap gangguan musculoskeletal dan pada skor REBA usulan yang dilakukan terdapat skor 5 dimana skor tersebut berada pada daerah beresiko Rendah. Sehingga untuk menanggulangi sikap kerja dan postur kerja yang salah berakibat pada timbulnya keluhan musculoskeletal diusulkan sebuah rancangan modifikasi alat kerja yaitu mesin pengkilap panci untuk menekan tingginya angka keluhan muscukuloskeletal pada pekerja pengkilap panci.

Abstract

Technological advancements in the globalization era have significantly influenced various sectors, including education. The University of Medan Area (UMA) library leverages technology to provide academic information services through its website. This study evaluates the usability of UMA's library website using Nielsen's Attributes of Usability (NAU), which include learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability tests, and non-parametric statistical methods. The results show a significant correlation between usability dimensions and user satisfaction. Learnability, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction exhibit strong correlations, while memorability demonstrates a moderate correlation. Recommendations focus on improving navigation, organizing content structure, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and integrating social media. These efforts aim to improve accessibility, user engagement, and comfort. The study provides essential insights for developing UMA's library website into a more user-friendly platform that effectively supports students’ and lecturers’ academic success.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a factory engaged in processing of palm oil derivatives in producing a fatty acid. The machines used in the processing process at PT. Permata Hijau Palm Oleo KIM II Mabar generate the noise. This research aimed to find out the existing noise level and noise mapping, also the proposal of noise control on the production floor. Then, the data collection method conducted through observation using the equivalent noise level (Leq) method and noise mapping was through surfer 14. The data collection conducted in 16 points on the production floor. Furthermore, the result and noise distribution pattern showed that the high noise level was in several points, those were point 5 (85.77); point 6 (86.82); point 7 (86.33), point 8 (88.18); point 10 (86.96); point 13 (86.85); point 14 (87.67). The allowed threshold value refers to the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No.Per.13/MEN/X/2011 is 85 dB. Thus, the company needs to perform noise control such as barrier usage, regularly and scheduled machine maintenance to prevent and decrease the effect of the noise.

Abstract

UKM (Small-Medium Business) Panggon Ngombe is one of the Small-Medium Businesses in Medan that produces Beverages. The processed product from UKM Panggon Ngombe is Boba Drink. UKM Panggon Ngombe has problems in marketing their products; one of the reasons is the unattractive product packaging and still not following customer needs. This study aimed to produce Kansei words that were priorities for beverage packaging improvements, to determine the importance of items affected consumer tastes, and to produce packaging category specifications and beverage packaging designs by using the Kansei Engineering method. Kansei Engineering is defined as a methodology to translate human psychological processes towards the expected product design, by defining consumers' expectations identified through Kansei words into product design. The sample used in the study used a survey method, it was a way of taking a sample with a questionnaire as a research tool in a population, and only 100 respondents were studied, so the conclusions showed were limited to objects. The results of the study produced Kansei words luxury, informative, aesthetic appearance, durable, practical, attractive, and hygienic. The importance level of the items obtained 7 Kansei words for bottle packaging, 6 Kansei words for plastic packaging materials, 7 Kansei words for brown and black packaging colors, 6 Kansei words for 600 ml packaging size, 7 Kansei words for packaging information, 7 Kansei words for circle logo shape, 7 Kansei words for comic san MS writing type, 7 Kansei words for yellow and white packaging writing colors, and 6 Kansei words for boba images on packaging. Specifications for beverage packaging in the bottles form with plastic packaging materials, brown and black packaging colors, packaging sizes 600 ml, yellow and white writing colors, circle logo shape, product information, and boba picture.
