Abstract

This study analyze the effect of students’ perceptions to the attitudes and motivations to become entrepreneurs. In addition, this study also analyze the infl uence of the advantages of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial barriers to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sample was students who have taken courses in Entrepreneurship Management Department. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Partial least square (PLS) used to analyze data.The results of this study were 1) there is a signifi cant effect between perception and benefi ts of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurship motivation, 2) there is no signifi cant effect between students’ perceptions of the attitudes to entrepreneurship, 3) there is no signifi cant effect between entrepreneurship constraints on entrepreneurship motivation, and 4) there is a signifi cant effect between motivation towards entrepreneurship attitude.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study program as part of the organization in the field of education needs to evaluate the quality of services provided to the customers, in this case to the students, non-educative employees, and educative employees. Evaluation of service quality can be done by finding gap or gap between actual service expected by student, non-educative employee, and educative employee, with perception of service quality received by students, non-educative employees, and educative employees. Based on this gap it can be seen whether or not fulfilled consumer expectations. Satisfaction occurs when consumer expectations are met, and conversely, dissatisfaction will occur when expectations are not metTherefore the quality of service should start from the customer's needs and end on the customer's perception. This shows that the quality of good service is not only seen from the perception of service providers, but also seen from the customer perception. While the customer perception of the quality of service is a comprehensive assessment of the benefits of a service.Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as a method for designing and developing products and services. The concept is how organizations design and develop products or services in accordance with the voice of customer and combined with the voice of engineer which is a reflection of the technical ability of the organization in fulfilling the customer's desire. In other words QFD is a tool to change customer expectations into production requirements. The essence is to translate the voice of the customer so that the organization knows what the customer needs and wants.The study of satisfaction with the QFD method is to measure perceptions of performance and expectations. If performance perceptions exceed expectations there will be satisfaction. Respondents in this study are 400 students of FEB UAD management program with sampelproportioned stratified sampling technique. The results showed satisfaction in mahsiswa using QFD method based on voice of customer.Keywords : Student satisfaction, Quality Function Deployment, Voice of customerCorrespondence to      : hendro.setyono@yahoo.com ABSTRAK  Program studi sebagai bagian dari organisasi di bidang pendidikan perlu melakukan evaluasi atas kualitas jasa pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, dalam hal ini kepada para mahasiswa, karyawan non edukatif, dan karyawan edukatif. Evaluasi kualitas pelayanan dapat dilakukan dengan cara mencari kesenjangan atau gap antara pelayanan yang sesungguhnya diharapkan oleh mahasiswa, karyawan non edukatif, dan karyawan edukatif, dengan persepsi kualitas pelayanan yang diterima oleh mahasiswa , karyawan non edukatif, dan karyawan edukatif. Berdasarkan kesenjangan ini maka dapat diketahui terpenuhi atau tidaknya harapan konsumen. Kepuasan terjadi ketika harapan-harapan konsumen terpenuhi, dan sebaliknya, ketidakpuasan akan terjadi ketika harapan-harapannya tidak terpenuhiOleh karena itu kualitas pelayanan harus dimulai dari kebutuhan pelanggan dan berakhir pada persepsi pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang baik bukan hanya dilihat dari persepsi penyedia jasa saja, melainkan dilihat juga dari persepsi pelanggan. Sedangkan persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan merupakan penilaian menyeluruh atas keunggulan suatu jasa.Quality Function Deployment (QFD) sebagai metode untuk perancangan dan pengembangan produk dan jasa.  Konsepnya adalah bagaimana organisasi merancang dan mengembangkan produk atau jasa sesuai dengan voice of customer dan dipadukan dengan voice of engineer yang merupakan cerminan dari kemampuan teknis organisasi dalam memenuhi keinginan pelanggan tersebut.Dengan kata lain QFD merupakan alat untuk mengubah harapan pelanggan kedalam persyaratan-persyaratan produksi.  Esensinya adalah untuk menerjemahkan suara pelanggan agar organisasi mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan pelanggan.Penelitian kepuasan dengan metode QFD ini adalah untuk mengukur persepsi kinerja  dan harapan. Jika persepsi kinerja melebihi harapan maka akan terjadi kepuasan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 mahasiswa program studi manajemen FEB UAD dengan teknik pengambilan sampelproportioned stratified sampling. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, commitment organization and organizational culture of organizational citizenship behavior partially at PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta, this research conducted in 2 places, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia Kota Baru and PT. Telkom Indonesia Pugeran. For the distribution of questionnaires as many as 98 respondents consisting from permanent employees through two stages, namely, the first to do the distribution of validity test questionnaires of 30 respondents, and the second did the distribution of analysis test questionnaires of 68 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using Multiple Linear Regression. Validity and realibility test of the questionnaire which was used as a tool showed that the questionnare is valid and reliable for use. Test result shows the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for PT. Telkom Indonesia. Variable Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for PT. Telkom Indonesia. Organizational Culture Variable significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees PT. Telkom Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources and with a wealth of this nature, Indonesian people are able to get care from nature. Indonesia is the largest swallow nest producer in the world, with an average production of 500-600 tons (2011 period). The purpose of this study was to find out the factors of Indonesian bird nest exports to China. SWOT is the analytical method used in this study. Strategic planning methods are used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a project or business speculation. A target pattern of structure that is mutually supportive and complementary leads to a comprehensive goal. As preparation for planning, in order to be able to choose and set strategies and objectives so that programs and projects are arranged that are effective and efficient. The results of the analysis using SWOT show that the strategy can be applied by swallow nest breeders in Indonesia is a strategy that uses the power to take advantage of opportunities and instead take advantage of opportunities and make them a force. This strategy uses the company’s internal strength to take advantage of external opportunities. Swallow nest farmers can use the strategy of previous breeders who have exported swallow nest products by fixing some weaknesses and avoiding or surviving against the threat of the company by creating a more competitive strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the interest rate for time deposits at state-owned banks in Indonesia in the 2009-2014 period. The sample used in this study is state-owned banks in Indonesia, as many as 4 banks. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The method used in this study is quantitative research and the data obtained are secondary data where the data is already available in report form. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) showed a regression coefficient of -0.674775 with a prob value of 0.5915, which meant that the CAR had a negative and not significant effect on deposit rates, while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) showed a value of regression coefficient of 0.109967 with a value of prob. 0.6871 which means that the LDR has a positive and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits and Return on Assets (ROA) shows a value of -10,63718 with a prob. 0.4255 which means ROA has a negative and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits. Based on the F test shows a prob value of 0.300476 so that simultaneously, CAR, LDR and ROA have no significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits.

Abstract

The research aims to comparehealth of BPR in terms of financial performance. The object  of  the research  is  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  and  PT  BPR Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera  for  a period of 2012,2013 and 2014.  Banking  financial  performance used  on  this  research  is on financial aspects that be measured by the ratio of the suffciency minimum obligation (CAR), the ratio of the quality of assets productive (KAP), an allowance the formation of productive assets (PPAP), the ratio return on assets (ROA) that reflect the ability of a bank in generate profit, the  ratio  of  BOPO ( the  load operational  against operational  income)  that  reflects the burden of operational compared with earnings obtained, while for liquidity measured by CR and LDR. From this research obtained the results of that overall shows the  level of  financial performance  of  a  healthy.  The  ratio  CAR  in  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  shows  the  average 15,21% larger from PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera that shows the average CAR 12,70% and both banks included in category of healthy. The rati of the quality of assets productive (KAP) in PD BPR BKK  Kebumen  shows the average 5,68% larger than PT Dana Mitra Sejahtera which  shows  the  average  quality  of  assets productive  5,27%  and  both  banks  included  in category  of  healthy.  The  ratio  of  PPAP  inPD  BPR  BKK  Kebumenthat  shows  the  average 100% and PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera which shows the average 95,68% and both banks included  in  category  of  healthy.  The  ratio  ROA  in  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  shows  the average 3,64% larger than PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera which shows the the average ROA 2,24% and both banks included in category of healthy.the ratio of BOPO in PD BPR BKK Kebumen  shows  the  average  72,13%  less  than  than  funds  PT  BPR  Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera which shows the average BOPO 75,68% and both banks included in category of healthy. The ratio of CR in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 25,82% larger from PT BPR Dana Mitra  Sejahtera  thatshows  the  average  CR  21,02%  and  both  bank  included  in  category  of healthy. The ratio LDR in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 98,90% and included in  category  of  less  healthy  and  this  is  different  from  PT  BPR  Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera  that Shows the average 78,33% in categories healthy. The ratio of non performing loan (NPL) in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 3,87% and dutifully included in the category of while from PT BPR Dana MitraSejahtera which shows the average NPL 5,25% greater than that  required  in  category  5%  so  dutifully  enough.  Of  a  whole  the  assessment  of  the  level second health BPR in PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera it has value 99.90 % better than PD BPR BKK kebumen in that it has value 99.05 %.

Abstract

Timeliness of the submission of Go's financial statements public is important for disclosing accounting information used by market participants in the investment decision-making process. This study aims to find empirical evidence about the factors that are affect the timeliness of financial reporting of manufacturing sector companies the consumer goods industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors tested in this study are return on assets, current ratio, and total assets. The population in this study is the Industrial Sector Manufacturing Company Consumer goods a total of 40 companies are then taken as many samples 28 companies use purposive sampling techniques. Analytical techniques used logistic regression with a confidence level of 5%. The results of the study shows that profitability has a significant effect on accuracy financial reporting time, whereas liquidity and company size are not significantly influence the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine what factors affect the Price to Book Value (PBV) of shares in foreign exchange banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2014 using indicators of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Performing) financial ratios Loans), LDR (Loan to Deposit ratio), Net Interst Margin (NIM), ROE (Return on Equity) and BOPO (Operating costs per Operating income) as independent variables and PBV (Price to Book Value) as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study amounted to 19 foreign exchange banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2014 period. The statistical tool used to test the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable is the T test, while to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously the F test is used. The results of this study indicate that the partial test results of the T test are the first variable, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with a value of 0.019 significantly influences the Price to Book Value of banking industry shares, the second variable Non Performing Loans (NPL) with a value of 0.018 significantly influences the Price to Book Value of banking industry shares, the third variable is Loan to Dept Ratio (LDR) with the value of 0,000 has a significant effect on the Price to Book Value of the banking industry shares, the fourth variable Net Interest Margin (NIM) with a value of 0.003 has a significant effect on the Price to Book Value of the banking industry shares, then the fifth variable Return on Equity (ROE) with a value of 0.080 has no significant effect against Price to Book Value of banking industry shares, and the sixth variable Operational Cost per Operating Income (BOPO) with a value of 0.002 has a significant effect on Price to Book Value of banking industry shares.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attraction on tourist visiting decisions (study of zoo tourists Gembiraloka Zoo Yogyakarta), both partially and simultaneously. Population in this study are visitors who visit Gembiraloka Zoo Yogyakarta. Samples taken were 60 respondents with the sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling. Types of data are primary data and techniques data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested first with validity and reliability tests. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and F test coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS program statistical tools 20, it can be concluded that the price variable (X1) has a significant effect on decision to visit tourists with a sign value of 0.018. Place (X2) no significant effect on the decision of visiting tourists with the sign value is 0.089. Product (X3) has a significant effect on decisions visiting tourists with a sign value of 0.033. Employees (X4) are influential significant to tourists visiting decisions with a sign value of 0.019. Simultaneously the price, place, product, and employee have a significant effect to the decision to visit tourists with a sign value of 0,000 Coefficient the resulting determination of 0723 which means that at 72.3% the decision to visit the Gembiraloka Zoo in Yogyakarta is influenced by all four variables are used, and the rest are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Engish: Human resources are important aspect in an organization. Student needs to be managed and developed in a manner that benefits for them and the progress of departement.Online learning be implemented in full during covid-19 pandemic. The development of their interests and talent to be challenges for departement.The purpose of this research is to formulate a model of student  interests and talents in management deprtment. In addition, the purpose of this research is to find a map of student’s interests and talents on the academic and non academic so as to improve their performance at national and international levels. The questionnaire used as a method of collecting the data and focus group discussion used as a method of formulate model of development student’s interests and talents .The result of this research are : 1) students study of management departement has an interest joining Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) competitions  and business plan competition but of less intention to join the debate. 2) Students has an interest in some sports (badminton, football and  futsal) and had achievements in arts (dance, music, calligraphy and movie maker). 3) Development strategy of student’s interests and talents through several phases : the mapping of potentials students and scheduling of competition in a year, collaboration with the student organisations to get talented students, the commissioning of counterpart lecturers, the making of community, the establishment of a community, the delivery of the competition and evaluation of the program. Bahasa: Sumber daya manusia menjadi aspek penting dalam suatu organisasi. Mahasiswa sebagai bagian penting dari program studi perlu dikelola dan dikembangkan dengan baik sehingga dapat memberi manfaat untuk mahasiswa dan kemajuan program studi. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara full online selama pandemi covid-19. Pengembangan minat dan bakat mahasiswa menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi program studi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan suatu model pengembangan minat dan bakat mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peta minat dan bakat mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen pada bidang akademik dan non akademik sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi di tingkat nasional dan internasional.Kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan data dan focus group discussion digunakan sebagai metode untuk merumuskan model pengembangan minat dan bakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen memiliki minat mengikuti lomba Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) dan Business Plan Competition namun kurang berminat mengikuti lomba debat. (2) Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen memiliki minat pada beberapa cabang olahraga diantaranya badminton, sepakbola dan futsal serta memiliki prestasi di bidang seni berupa seni tari, seni suara, seni musik, seni kaligrafi dan film. (3) Strategi pengembangan minat dan bakat melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: pemetaan potensi mahasiswa dan inventarisasi lomba-lomba dalam satu tahun, bekerjasama dengan organisasi mahasiswa untuk penjaringan mahasiswa, penunjukan PIC dosen pendamping, pembentukan komunitas, pembinaan komunitas, pengiriman lomba dan evaluasi program
