Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, serta (3) pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 302 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 172 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 7.71 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 6.85 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil F hitung 155.95> F tabel 3.05 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar.Kata kunci: kedisiplinan murid; kemandirian berlatih; motivasi belajarAbstract: This research aims to determine (1) the effect of learning motivation on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, and (3) the effect of student motivation and discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The research population was SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta students, totaling 302 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 172 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on the learning independence of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 7.71 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 6.85 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, and (3) there is a joint influence of learning motivation and student discipline on the independent learning of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of F value 155.95 > F table 3.05 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Based on these results, learning motivation and student discipline need to be improved to increase independent learning.Keywords: independent learning; learning motivation; student discipline
