Abstract

Pada masa Pandemic virus Covid-19, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi tidak normal atau terganggu, Yang mana dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan dengan cara jarak jauh (daring). Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 10 Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu dari satuan pendidikan yang dikelola Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jambi yang menerapkan pembelajaran daring sesuai peraturan pemerintah selama pandemic ini. Karena guru-guru memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda yang tidak semua nya memiliki pengetahuan tentang teknologi dalam menyampaikan pembelakaran daring membuat pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal, untuk itu diadakanlah pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Zoom Meeting, Bandicam, dan Microsoft Powerpoint guna peningkatan kompetensi guru Kata kunci: Daring, Pelatihan, Aplikasi, Guru The learning and teaching activity, nowadays, is going on abnormally or interrupted by pandemic covid 19. Schools hold long distance or online learning and teaching activity. The state junior high school 10 Jambi city is one of those which executes online activity in accordance with government policy. Teachers in the school have different background, some have good ability in operating technology but some others are not, which affect learning activity less-optimal. Therefore they need zoom meeting, Bandicam and Microsoft Powerpoint workshop to improve teacher's competence. Kata kunci: Online, Workshop, Application, teacher

Abstract

Many elementary school (SD) students today still do not know computers let alone computer applications, even though today the role of computers is very important. For this reason, computer applications should be taught since elementary school so that they have expertise in the field of computers as a provision for continuing the junior high school level, because at the junior high school level informatics lessons have been included in the compulsory curriculum, especially schools that have adopted driving schools. For this reason, this community service activity participants are students of SD Negeri 47/IV Jambi City, especially class IV, where the school has not implemented online office applications, therefore, this service aims to provide computer science about basic office applications. The implementation method for this service activity is with the following steps : (1) Introduction to basic Office applications, namely Word and Power Point, (2) Practice how to edit with Word and make presentation slides, (3) Directions for using Office applications by providing brief exercises, (4) evaluation
