Abstract

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu perbankan yang  menghadapi persaingan dengan bank lainnya. Hal ini menuntut pihak manajemen harus memanfaatkan kemampuan yang ada secara maksimal, agar dapat memenangkan persaingan. Untuk memenangkan persaingan salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kinerja manajerial. Dalam usaha mencapai tujuan perusahaan maka diperlukan sistem akuntansi manajemen yang baik. Fungsi mendasar dalam akuntansi manajemen adalah menyediakan informasi yanng sangat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan dan membantu manajer mengendalikan aktivitasnya, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansiterhadap kinerja manajerial pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Indikator untuk mengukur karakteristik informasi adalah broadscope, agregasi, integrasi dan timeliness. Adapun kinerja manajerial diukur dengan faktorkemampuan manajer dalam membuat perencanaan, mencapai target dan melakukan kiprahnya diluar perusahaan. Penelitian ini terdiri atas variabel karakteristik sistem akuntansi manajemen sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja manajerial sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh karakteristik sistem akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial. Variabel yang paling dominan atau besar pengaruhnya adalah Timeliness (tepat waktu).

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga (pribadi) juga sama pentingnya dengan pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Berawal dari pengelolaan keuangan pribadi menjadikan para pelaku UMKM mahir dan mudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usahanya. Kebanyakan pelaku UMKM menerapkan manajemen uang saku dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tanpa memisahkan uang pribadi dan uang usahanya. Ketidaktepatan pengelolaan keuangan membuat maraknya pinjaman online Ilegal digandrungi dan ramai dipergunakan seakan menjadi alternatif solusi dari permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan. Banyaknya pinjaman online ilegal dengan berbagai syarat sederhana yang menawarkan solusi permasalahan hidup ditengah pandemi ini akan membuat para peminjamnya terjerat. Melalui PKM ini, pelaku UMKM dalam hal ini Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Mega Buana akan diberikan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang cara mengelola keuangan keluarga demi masa depan yang sejahtera dan waspada pinjaman online ilegal. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini adalah: 1) pemberian materi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, 2) pemberian materi mengenai waspada pinjaman online illegal, 3) simulasi games terkait materi, 4) praktek pengelolaan keuangan keluarga.

Abstract

Many elementary school (SD) students today still do not know computers let alone computer applications, even though today the role of computers is very important. For this reason, computer applications should be taught since elementary school so that they have expertise in the field of computers as a provision for continuing the junior high school level, because at the junior high school level informatics lessons have been included in the compulsory curriculum, especially schools that have adopted driving schools. For this reason, this community service activity participants are students of SD Negeri 47/IV Jambi City, especially class IV, where the school has not implemented online office applications, therefore, this service aims to provide computer science about basic office applications. The implementation method for this service activity is with the following steps : (1) Introduction to basic Office applications, namely Word and Power Point, (2) Practice how to edit with Word and make presentation slides, (3) Directions for using Office applications by providing brief exercises, (4) evaluation

Abstract

This study originated from the problems that occur in the data processing system purchases and sales that are running, namely: if required information quickly, then the search takes a long time, frequent errors in inputting data purchases and sales as well as the slow creation of reports that must be given to the head office. This study aims to to design information systems purchase and sales at PT. Hok Tong Jambi uses Visual Basic 2019 so that it can be a solution to the problems that occur. The research method applied in this study is the development of waterfall method. The design of this research is started from Log in Input design, main Menu design, purchase Data Design, purchase Input design, purchase price Input Design, Sales Data Design, Sales Input design, demand data Input design, outgoing goods demand Input design,sales table Input design, purchase and sales report Filter Input design. Based on the discussion and the results of Information Systems Design purchase and sale at PT.HOK TONG JAMBI that has been done, it can be concluded that through the use of Microsoft Visual Basic simplify the process of searching and processing data purchase and sale transactions. With this purchase and sales information system, the purchase and sales transaction process can produce purchase and sales transaction reports.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate appropriate marketing strategy planning alternatives through analyzing the approach of internal factors and external factors as an effort to face competitors from Aulia Jambi Toothpick Chips. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained was 30 respondents consisting of 5 from internal, namely the management of the Aulia Toothpick Chips factory employees and 25 from external, namely consumers. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) through an internal and external factor approach with the calculation of the IFE and EFE matrix table analysis and the QSPM method. The results of IFE internal factors and EFE external factors, obtained a Strength value of 2.08 and Weaknesess of 1.08 while the Opportunities value is 1.92 and Threats is 1.38. Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis quadrant diagram using the IFE and EFE approaches, it can be concluded that the x, y axes are at the Quadrant I point, so the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Growth Oriented Strategy). So that the right alternative strategy for Aulia's Toothpick Chips MSME players is the S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy. The S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, which is referred to as an aggressive growth strategy, is through the use of digital marketing for the marketing system, providing special offers and maintaining product quality.
