Abstract

The economic business of buying and selling is one of the businesses that supports the wheels of the economy and is also the most interested in the community. Large, densely populated cities are suitable land for business actors in the culinary sector. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the economy of a region or country. Strategies based on the marketing mix include: (1) Product, namely creating product differentiation so that it is different from other similar products, maintaining and improving product quality and using appropriate and attractive packaging (2) Price, namely setting a product price that can be reached by consumers (3) Place, which has outlets with attractive packaging designs and concepts, has roadside locations and opens several branches in several other places (4) Promotion, namely conducting sales promotions through sales directly (personal selling), word of mouth (word of mouth) and using social media and using advertising services. Strategies based on segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP) include: (1) Segmentation, which is to group consumers based on demographics in terms of age, occupation, and income to differentiate the packaging and prices offered (2) Targeting, namely setting targets for people living in the area around the outlet, consumers who know from social media and open branches in other places to expand the target market (3) Positioning, namely how to create a tagline which is a typical saying of the city of Solo, namely "Warmindo Riverside, not canned Indomie culinary cuisine" , the tagline means that Warmindo Riverside is not an ordinary Indomie culinary dish, but a different Indomie culinary dish, in this case Warmindo Riverside must really show that its uniqueness is a positive and attractive thing for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out more deeply about the influence of work discipline, leadership style, compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. The formulation of the problem found in this study is whether work discipline, leadership style, compensation and motivation have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri employees in Karanganyar and which of the four variables has the most influence on the performance of PT Asia Recycle employees Independent in Karanganyar. The hypothesis in this study suspects that there is a significant and positive effect of work discipline, leadership style, compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. And Work Discipline is the variable that has the most positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. The results of data analysis in this study describe that work discipline, leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. However, motivation does not have a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that the influence of work discipline is 0.224, the influence of leadership style is 0.288, the influence of compensation is 0.370 and the influence of motivation is 0.162 on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. Compensation is the variable that has the most influence on the performance of employees of PT Asia Recycle Mandiri in Karanganyar. This is shown from the calculation of multiple linear regression coefficients (b) = 0.370. This shows that if the compensation variable increases by one unit, while the variables of work discipline, leadership style and motivation are constant at zero or fixed, then employee performance (Y) will increase by 0.370. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the influence of compensation, work engagement and work-life balance on job satisfaction of the freelance writers in the Redaksi Airiz. The study used a sample size of 40 respondents, with non-probability purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used multiple regression test with T test to prove the partial hypothesis and F test to prove simultaneous hypothesis. The tool used to analyze the data using statistical application software SPSS 25. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis T test, the compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work engagement has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. And  work life balance does not significantly influence job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the F test found there is an influence between the variables of compensation, work engagement and work-life balance on job satisfaction. The results of the determination test (R2) in this study indicates that there is an influence relationship strong positive relationship between compensation, work engagement and work life variables balance on job satisfaction.Keywords : compensation, work engagement, work life balance, job satisfication, freelance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ad Views, Ad Attractiveness with Ad Credibility as a Mediating Variable at the Lowo Sukoharjo Building Culinary Festival. The method used in this research is quantitative method with PLS. The results showed partially that the advertising view variable has a significant effect on advertising credibility with, advertising attractiveness has a significant effect on advertising credibility, advertising views have a significant effect on buying interest, advertising attractiveness has a significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously, advertising views and advertising attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Lowo Sukoharjo Building Culinary Festival. Based on the research results, suggestions for managers to use other advertising stars from various groups such as entrepreneurs, sportsmen or public figures to attract visitors.Keywords: View Advertising , Ad Attractiveness , Consumer Purchase Interest, Ad Credibility

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a partial influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and Compensation (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) in RSUD Sukoharjo? Is there a simultaneous influence Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) And Compensation (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) Sukoharjo Hospital? Of the four variables, which variable most dominantly influences Sukoharjo Hospital Employee Performance (Y) RSUD Sukoharjo?. This study aims to determine the partial influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and Compensation (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) in Sukoharjo Hospital. Knowing the simultaneous Influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Environment Work (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and Compensation (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) at RSUD Sukoharjo. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of discount prices and promotions on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in Blackmores supplements in Surakarta. This research was conducted at the Blackmores Supplement health stand at The Park Solo Baru Mall. The population in this study were Blackmores Supplement consumers with a total of 136 consumers. The number of Blackmores Supplement consumers was 136 people, so the research took a sample of 100 people or 70.4% of the total population. The basis for this sampling is random sampling according to the specified sample size. Data collection used was personal documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is by using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). The path analysis used is Partial Least Squares (PLS), using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that discount prices have a significant effect on Blackmores Supplement customer satisfaction in Surakarta, Promotions have a significant effect on Blackmores Supplement customer satisfaction in Surakarta, Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on Blackmores Supplement customer loyalty in Surakarta, Discount prices have a significant effect on Blackmores Supplement customer loyalty in Surakarta, Promotion has a significant effect on Blackmores Supplement customer loyalty in Surakarta, There is a significant influence of discount prices on customer loyalty through Blackmores Supplement customer satisfaction in Surakarta and There is a significant influence of Promotion on customer loyalty through Blackmores Supplement customer satisfaction in Surakarta. Keywords : discount prices, promotions, customer loyalty , customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: Economic growth in Indonesia is influenced by various things, one of which is the capital market. The capital market is part of the financial market and a meeting place for investors and companies that have gone public. The Indonesian economy greatly influences the price of shares in circulation. This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, company size and profitability on share prices in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is qualitative which is used to examine a predetermined population or sample. In this research, samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique based on the determined characteristics of 21 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2019 period. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R test. research shows partial calculations that capital structure has a significant value (0.007 ≤ 0.05), meaning that capital structure influences share prices, company size has a significant value (0.000 ≤ 0.05), meaning that company size influences share prices, profitability has a significant value (0.367 ≥ 0.05), meaning that profitability has no effect on share prices. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that together the capital structure, company size and profitability variables have a significant value of (0.000 ≤ 0.05), which means they have an influence on stock prices in Indonesia.
