Abstract

The economic business of buying and selling is one of the businesses that supports the wheels of the economy and is also the most interested in the community. Large, densely populated cities are suitable land for business actors in the culinary sector. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the economy of a region or country. Strategies based on the marketing mix include: (1) Product, namely creating product differentiation so that it is different from other similar products, maintaining and improving product quality and using appropriate and attractive packaging (2) Price, namely setting a product price that can be reached by consumers (3) Place, which has outlets with attractive packaging designs and concepts, has roadside locations and opens several branches in several other places (4) Promotion, namely conducting sales promotions through sales directly (personal selling), word of mouth (word of mouth) and using social media and using advertising services. Strategies based on segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP) include: (1) Segmentation, which is to group consumers based on demographics in terms of age, occupation, and income to differentiate the packaging and prices offered (2) Targeting, namely setting targets for people living in the area around the outlet, consumers who know from social media and open branches in other places to expand the target market (3) Positioning, namely how to create a tagline which is a typical saying of the city of Solo, namely "Warmindo Riverside, not canned Indomie culinary cuisine" , the tagline means that Warmindo Riverside is not an ordinary Indomie culinary dish, but a different Indomie culinary dish, in this case Warmindo Riverside must really show that its uniqueness is a positive and attractive thing for consumers.

Abstract

The Effect of Trust, Convenience, and Risk on Purchasing Decisions Using the Shopee Paylater Payment Method in the Surakarta City Region. This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Convenience and Risk partially on Purchase Decisions using the Shopee Paylater payment method in the Surakarta area. To determine the effect of Trust, Convenience and Risk simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions using the Shopee Paylater payment method in the Surakarta area. To find out which variables have the most dominant influence on Trust, Convenience, and Risk on Purchase Decisions using the Shopee Paylater payment method in the Surakarta area.Based on the results of the study, the regression results were obtained: Y = 1.187+ 0.893 𝑋1 + 0.216 𝑋2 + 0.187𝑋3. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Individually, the variable that has the greatest influence is the Trust Variable with a regression coefficient of 0.893, followed by the Ease Variable with a regression coefficient of 0.216 and the Risk Variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.187. Hypothesis testing using the t test states that partially the independent variables consisting of Trust (X1), Ease (X2) and Risk (X3) affect the dependent variable in the form of Purchase Decision (Y) and hypothesis testing using the F test shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables Trust (X1), Ease (X2) and Risk (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Adjusted R Square figure of 0.926 (92.6%) indicates that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the variables Trust (X1), Ease (X2) and Risk (X3), and the remaining 7.4% is influenced by other variables and is not included in analysis of this research.  Keywords : Trust, Convenience, Risk, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Person Jobfit for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting for Employees? Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office?, is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees through Person Jobfit?. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. The hypothesis is that it is thought that there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was carried out at the Sukoharjo district food service office by taking a sample of 29 employees. Based on the research results, the results showed that the influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees was proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained was 16.793 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it was more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 16.793r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The second statement states that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 3.775 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it is more or less than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 3.775r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The third statement which states that there is an influence of Personal Job Fit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is not proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 1.890 > ) of 0.059 (significant), because it is more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 0.068r1.703 with a significance level ( < t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Personal Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. It has been proven that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting with Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable among Food Service Employees in Sukoharjo Regency is true. This is because the t-count value was 1.804 > 1.703. Because the t-count value is 1.804 > t-table 1.703, then Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable is not suitable to use. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, liquidity, and leverage on financial performance in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 – 2021. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 14 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector was obtained. The analysis technique used is classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. The results of the research show that the t test calculation (partial) shows that company size has a significance value of 0.025<0.05. Liquidity has a significance value of 0.001<0.05 leverage has a significance value of 0.299>0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test calculation (simultaneous) show a significance value of 0.003≤0.05. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that company size partially affects financial performance, liquidity partially affects financial performance, and leverage partially does not affect financial performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously between firm size, liquidity, leverage have an influence on financial performance. Keywords : Company Size, Liquidity, Leverage, Financial Performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is: Does training influence job satisfaction for Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service employees? Does motivation influence job satisfaction for Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service employees? Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service Employees?, Does Motivation influence the Performance of Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service Employees?, Does Training influence the Performance of Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service Employees through job satisfaction?, Does Motivation influence the Performance of Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service Employees through job satisfaction?. The research results showed that the effect of training on job satisfaction was obtained with a t-count value of 1.897 > t-table 1.678 with a significance level () of 0.058 (significant). There is an influence of motivation on job satisfaction because the t-value obtained is 4.579 with a significance level () of 0.000 (significant). Because the t-count value is 4.579 > t-table 1.897, there is an influence of motivation on the work motivation of Communication and Information Service employees. There is an influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance because the t-value obtained is 4.396 with a significance level () of 0.000 (significant). Because the t-count value is 4.396 > t-table 1.897, there is an influence of Brand Image on Purchase Intention. There is no influence of training on performance because the t-value obtained is 1.250 with a significance level () of 0.212 (not significant). Because the t-count value is 1.250 < t-table 1.897, there is an influence of motivation on the performance of the Wonogiri Regency Communication and Information Service. There is an influence of motivation on performance because the t-value obtained is 3.811 with a significance level () of 0.000 (significant). Because the t-count value is 3.811 > t-table 1.897, there is an influence of motivation on the performance of the Wonogiri Regency Communications and Information Service. There is no influence of discipline on performance through job satisfaction because the t-value obtained is 1.816 with a significance level () of 0.070 (not significant). Because the t-count value is 1.816 < t-table 1.897, there is no influence of training on the performance of the Wonogiri Regency Communications and Information Service through job satisfaction. There is an influence of motivation through job satisfaction because the t-value obtained is 2.986 with a significance level () of 0.003 (significant). Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi selama pandemic covid 19 adalah banyak perusahaan telekomunikasi yang go public berkembang dengan baik, dimana disisi lain pada saat pandemibanyak perusahaan yang mengalami kerugian besar bahkan pailit. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019 – 2021.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan jasa telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 – 2021 sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 16 perusahaan yang memenuhi kreteria. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan path analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas mampu mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap ukuran perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta profitabilitas dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui ukuran perusahaan Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

Abstract: The growth of e-commerce has brought many changes to the business sector, which was initially based in the physical world before evolving into the virtual realm. Lazada is one of the online shopping sites that is already familiar among e-commerce players through television and internet advertisements. This research aims to determine the influence of experiential marketing, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty on customer loyalty. This research is quantitative based on primary data from respondent questionnaires. The sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques with a total of 95 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is through multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. The research results indicate that Experiential Marketing (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) have an impact on Customer Loyalty (Y) among Lazada users in Tuban Regency. Experiential Marketing (X1) is the most dominant variable affecting customer loyalty (Y) among Lazada users in Tuban Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health. This study covers the field of human resource management. This study is quantitative. The population for this study were employees of the Surakarta Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health with a total of 59 employees. Sampling in this study used the basis of this sampling by random sampling according to the number of samples determined, so that each employee has an equal opportunity to be selected as a sample (Sugiyono, 20 10: 64). Data collection used was by using documentation and personal questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. The hypothesis that states that the Work Environment (X1) influences Employee Performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic has been proven true. The hypothesis that states that Work Motivation (X2) influences Employee Performance at the Surakarta Health Polytechnic has been proven true. The hypothesis that states Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health is proven to be true. Collectively, it influences Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health. So the hypothesis that states. The most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health is the Work Environment (X1) is proven to be true, because the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at Surakarta Health Polytechnic of Health is the Work Environment, because the value of b1 = 0.981> b2 = 0.160> b3 = 0.043 Keywords : work environment, work motivation and work discipline, employee performance
