Abstract

Drug could be ruin psycal and psycologhical, drug also in close related to criminal and violence. Drug could be misused by people whose addicted. Misused of drug was out of under medic indication using, not under doctor receipes and have patology impact. This research aim to know the experience of drug addicted about drud comsumed at kelurahan andalas kecamatan andalas Padang City. This is qualitative research with fenomenology design. Participants of thise research chosen by snowball methode. 6 participant are have drug addict curriculum. This research has result 11 themes that are; first reason Initial progres fells banded to drug, type of drug wich consumed, how to got it, body response, psycologic response during consume it, behavior response during consumed, concequense reflection that happen, response of parent, encourage of decide to stop consumed it, and source of support. Researcher conclude, drug addicted able to stop consumed by own self strong motivation and supported by family support, best friends, and medical team. Support also needed to develope health of environment make a supporting group. Be expected to nurse at puskemas could empower family to create self help group.

Abstract

Aims: This study aimed to determine the impact of stunting on psychosocial development in preschool children in terms of motoric, cognitive, affective, language, personality, moral spiritual, social the working area of the Seberang Padang Health Center in 2022. Method: Research’s type is quantitative with a descriptive research design. The sample population in this study were Children age 3-6 years who experienced stunting in the previous year in the Seberang Padang Health Center Work Area, totaling sample is 32 people. Sampling using the proportional random sampling method The instrument used is the evaluation of psychosocial development. Data analysis is univariate. Result: This research was conducted on preschool children (3-6 years), where there were 13 girls and 19 boys. This study shows that less than half of the respondents (46.7%) analyze the impact of stunting at risk on psychosocial development with the following details: more than half (53.1%) the impact of stunting is at risk on psychosocial (motor) development, less than half (46.7%) the impact of stunting has a risk on psychosocial (cognitive) development, less than half (31.2%) the impact of stunting has a risk on psychosocial (affective) development, and more than half (53.1%) the impact of a risk on psychosocial (language) development. at risk for psychosocial (social) development. Conclusion: addressing stunting and ensuring proper nutrition during pregnancy and early childhood is crucial for optimal child development and long-term well-being. Discussion: the leadership of the opposite Padang health center should provide education to mothers regarding nutritious food and psychosocial monitoring of preschool children at least once a month.

Abstract

Since 2023, Mount Marapi has erupted 116 times. There were 36 heads of families who were victims of eviction due to the eruption of Mount Marapi. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of mindfulness therapy on psychological trauma due to the eruption of Mount Marapi at the X Koto Tanah Datar Community Health Center in 2024. This type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest design). The sample for this research consisted of 12 people. This research was conducted in March - July 2024. The results of the research showed that the average level of psychological trauma in the intervention group before and after trauma healing (mindfulness) treatment was 1.008 with a standard deviation of 0.174. With statistical tests obtained a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that There is an influence of providing mindfulness therapy on the level of psychological trauma due to the eruption of Mount Marapi in the work area of the Community Health Center. X Koto, Tanah Datar in 2024. It is recommended that the disaster working group at the Community Health Center create a trauma healing program because this Community Health Center is prone to disasters

Abstract

Indonesia is a country situated in the middle of two seas encircling continents. Indonesia is situated in the area of the world's most active earthquakes, as shown by its location on tectonic plates encircled by active volcanoes. Because of this, Indonesia is susceptible to a variety of natural calamities, including tsunami and eathquakes. An earthquake is a sudden, mild to strong shaking of the ground brought on by a shift in the earth's plates. Victims of earthquakes may have psychological and physical effects. For victims, it causes severe anguish and sadness. Examining the degree of trauma experienced by children following the earthquake in Kajai, West Pasaman, West Sumatra, Indonesia, is the goal of this study. In West Kajai Pasaman, West Sumatra, 303 post-earthquake children were the sample for this quantitative study, which used a descriptive research approach. According to the study's findings, mild trauma was experienced by 30.4% of post-earthquake children, moderate trauma by 62.7%, and severe trauma by 6.9% of the population. It is anticipated that this study would draw attention to the number of traumatized youngsters in Kajai village. The regulatory agencies will find these insights useful in reducing
