Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess how the Islamic Religious Education Policy responds to the emerging challenges in the globalized era. Qualitative methods, centered on case studies, are employed for this research. During the research process, data collection is conducted through interviews, Observation and documentation were used as methods. Afterwards, the data was analyzed using three techniques: summarizing data, presenting data, and making conclusions while ensuring the validity of the data. Islamic Religious Education encounters various challenges amidst globalization, such as moral crises, insufficiently qualified teaching staff, inadequate welfare for educators, a cognitive-centric approach to learning, suboptimal madrasah management, and negative community perceptions towards madrasahs. To address these challenges, several strategies for Islamic Education are proposed, including the development of an Islamic education paradigm, the implementation of effective educational practices, the enhancement of teaching resources' quality, and the creation of education tailored to the characteristics of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri Susukan 04. Rumusan masalahnya adalah apakah model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Susukan 04 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada siswa kelas V SDN Susukan 04 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitin yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Susukan 04 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Bahwa pelaksanaan siklus I dan siklus II hasil belajar IPA melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri meningkat sebesar 43%. Peningkatan hasil belajar tersebut di ikuti dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari siklus I sampai dengan siklus II meningkat dengan nilai konversi sebesar 96,4 berperingkat amat baik(A). Demikian pula di ikuti dengan peningkatan keterampilan guru dengan nilai konversi sebesar 95 berperingkat amat baik (A)

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe solutions to various challenges faced in elementary education, particularly at SD N 02 Sripendowo, through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media in the era of Society 5.0. This era demands the integration of advanced technology with human needs, including in the education sector. A descriptive qualitative method was employed in this research, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the main challenges in elementary education include limited learning facilities, low digital literacy among teachers and students, and a lack of innovation in instructional methods. The use of ICT-based learning media has proven to be an effective solution in overcoming these obstacles, such as through the implementation of interactive educational videos, digital learning platforms, and regular training for teachers in technology use. Thus, the integration of ICT in the learning process at SD N 02 Sripendowo positively contributes to the improvement of learning quality and prepares students to face the challenges of the Society 5.0 era.
