Abstract

This study examines the impact of Project Management System (PMS) implementation, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and Cloud Collaboration on construction project efficiency in Riau, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 190 professionals involved in construction projects and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that all three factors—PMS implementation, BIM technology, and Cloud Collaboration—positively and significantly influence construction project efficiency. Among these, BIM technology demonstrates the strongest impact, followed by Cloud Collaboration and PMS implementation. The high R² value (0.752) indicates that these factors collectively explain a substantial portion of the variance in project efficiency. This study underscores the importance of integrating advanced technological tools and management practices to enhance project outcomes in the construction industry. The results provide practical insights for construction firms in Riau and similar regions, suggesting that the adoption of BIM, Cloud Collaboration, and PMS can lead to significant improvements in project efficiency.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Cash Management and Credit Policy on the Liquidity and Profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 210 MSMEs through structured questionnaires employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that both Cash Management and Credit Policy have significant positive effects on the Liquidity and Profitability of MSMEs. Specifically, effective Cash Management enhances a firm’s ability to meet short-term obligations, thereby improving Liquidity, while robust Credit Policy practices directly contribute to both Liquidity and Profitability by ensuring timely collections and minimizing the risk of bad debts. These findings underscore the critical role of strategic financial management in sustaining the financial health and growth of MSMEs in Bandung City.

Abstract

In the industrial world, especially in manufacturing companies that convert raw materials into finished goods. Quality is the main thing that absolutely must be fulfilled in all products. There are several factors or parameters that can be used as a basic benchmark in determining the suitability of a product. As a manufacturing company engaged in the motor vehicle tire manufacturing industry, of course there are many parameters used to determine product suitability. One of them is the weight of the product. This research aims to group products based on their weight, namely Normal, Overweight and Underweight. The data grouping process is carried out using Data Mining rules by utilizing Clustering techniques. The Data Mining process is carried out using Knowledge Discovery in Database  steps. The method used to obtain process results is by using the K-Means algorithm. Data processed using Microsoft Excel and implemented using Rapid Miner V7.4 software. The data used in this research was obtained from the Curing department with a data sample of 4758 records. The results of this research are to find out the percentage value of each product weight condition, how many products meet the product eligibility requirements and vice versa. From this, it is hoped that a conclusion can be drawn about how the production process is generally performed.

Abstract

Environmental monitoring has become increasingly critical as climate change continues to pose significant global challenges, impacting ecosystems, economies, and human health. Predicting and managing these impacts requires advanced technological solutions, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful tool in this domain. This study aims to explore the integration of AI techniques, such as machine learning and deep learning, into environmental monitoring to enhance the accuracy of climate change impact predictions and improve management strategies. The methods employed include the application of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for land cover classification and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models for forecasting air quality levels. The results indicate that AI significantly improves prediction accuracy, with CNN achieving high performance in land classification and LSTM models providing reliable forecasts for air quality changes. The findings suggest that AI can be instrumental in transforming environmental monitoring, enabling more proactive and data-driven climate change management. Future research should focus on improving data quality, model interpretability, and expanding AI applications in various environmental contexts.
