Abstract

Drugs are substances or drugs either natural, synthetic, or semi-synthetic, which cause the effect of decreased consciousness, hallucinations, and stimulation. The term drug refers to a group of substances that generally pose a risk of addiction to its users. Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood, which begins at the time of sexual maturity between the ages of 11 or 12 years to 20 years. Purpose of community service To make students know about the dangers of drugs and know about the types of drugs. The implementing method provides directions to students to stay away from drugs and other types of drugs and provides leaflets about the dangers of drugs. The obstacle that occurred during the activity process was that there were some students and students were not aware of the socialization of this activity, so they did not attend the activity. The solution is the school will give an announcement on the wall to invite directly to the school to attend this activity. The Results On Tuesday, 08.00 am to 12.00 noon, students who attended were given material related to knowledge about the dangers of drugs. This is done to help students understand about the dangers of drug abuse. At 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the speakers explained the prevention efforts in drug abuse. Then proceed by asking again the things that have been explained about the dangers of drugs with prevention efforts. The conclusion is that students who participate in counseling on the dangers of drugs are to know what drugs are and become provisions for them later.

Abstract

According to Permenkes No. 43 of 2019 Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts in their working areas. The Puskesmas Information System is an arrangement that provides information to assist the decision-making process in implementing the management of the Puskesmas to achieve the target of its activities. The method we use is lecture and question and answer discussion. The tools we use during the counseling are brochures and banners. The counseling will be held at the Rejosari Health Center on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. From 08.00 to 11.00 WIB. The counseling materials that will be provided include understanding the flow of the puskesmas, providing information related to the units in the puskesmas and directing the instructions for the service flow at the puskesmas. At the end of the process of counseling the service flow at the puskesmas, visitors and patients can understand the existing service flow.

Abstract

Chikungunya is a disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) which is characterized by symptoms of high fever and very severe joint pain. The first Chikungunya case that occurred in Indonesia was in Samarinda City in 1973 and was recorded as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), then the case disappeared for approximately 20 years after which it began to appear again in 2001 in Sumatra where it was also recorded as an Extraordinary Event. (KLB). Recorded Chikungunya cases in 2001-2003 reached 3,918 total cases without deaths. This counseling aims to find out how high the death rate is caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) and find out how to prevent and treat the Chikungunya virus. The method used is outreach which is expected to increase public knowledge regarding Chikungunya disease such as symptoms, prevention and treatment methods.
