Abstract

Abstract Bambu Pamali Village is one of the agencies in providing services to the community. Service is defined as a result/achievement by a person or group of people with efforts and abilities carried out in fulfilling the wishes and needs of the community in order to increase community satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the role of the Village Government in managing village funds in Kweel Village, Elikobel District, Merauke Regency, based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management and use of Kweel village funds are in accordance with and follow Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 and in accordance with the regulations, but there are still weaknesses in financial administration and low community participation. These are factors that hinder the Kweel village government in carrying out the development of Kweel village. lack of affirmation to the community and weak community participation so that the achievement of village goals is not optimal. To overcome these obstacles, active community involvement is needed in development planning so that it is in accordance with local needs so that the targets of development are in accordance with the wishes of the community. Abstract

Child violence is an inappropriate action in child upbringing. Violence includes actions that endanger the health and peace of children, resulting in physical injury or mental pressure on children. To prevent and address violence, mistreatment, exploitation, and neglect of children, a child protection system exists in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency in handling cases of child violence in Merauke Regency of South Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative, aiming to provide a general overview as a type of data collected from the field objectively with a phenomenological type. The results show that the effective of the Child Protection Agency in handling cases of child violence in Merauke Regency of South Papua Province is fully implemented optimally according to the effectiveness indicators which states that there are three indicators influencing effectiveness achievement: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The supporting factors are activeness and communication of employees, the intetnal environment is condusive to the counselor’s concern for clients however, the obstacle to the effectiveness of intensive mentoring is the finding of inadequate mentoring, client administration professionals who come from outside the region and there are no rewards for carrying out the handling.
