Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of location, service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction of Bengkulu City Attorney Coffee. In this study using non-probability sampling techniques, a sample of 90 respondents was taken. Data was taken using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program in 2024, the results of this study indicate that location has an effect on consumer satisfaction but service quality and price perceptions have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. The results also show that location, service quality and price perception simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on firm value. The independent variables used in this research are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR), while firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). The analysis employs panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model, selected based on the results of the Chow and Hausman tests. The findings indicate that ROA and DER have a positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas CR has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence PBV. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.877 shows that 87.7% of the variation in firm value can be explained by ROA, DER, and CR.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze children’s ability to retell simple experiences in front of the classroom and the factors that influence its development. The research uses a literature review (library research) method by collecting and analyzing relevant scientific sources such as journals, articles, and books related to storytelling skills, learning methods, and instructional media in early childhood and elementary education. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that children’s storytelling ability is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include self-confidence, motivation, and language competence such as vocabulary mastery and sentence structure. External factors include family environment, school environment, learning methods, and the use of instructional media. Various studies indicate that appropriate teaching strategies such as role-playing, storytelling based on experience, and the use of visual media (pictures, story cards, and videos) can significantly improve children’s confidence, fluency, and ability to organize stories coherently. Furthermore, teachers play a crucial role as facilitators, motivators, and models in developing children’s storytelling skills. A supportive and enjoyable classroom environment also contributes to improving students’ willingness to speak in front of the class. Overall, storytelling ability develops optimally when supported by effective teaching strategies, teacher involvement, and a conducive learning environment.
