Abstract

Saat ini, pemerintah sedang berusaha secara aktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Meski begitu, tanggung jawab dalam memperbaiki sistem pendidikan tidak hanya berada di tangan pemerintah. Kolaborasi berbagai pihak, seperti dunia usaha, sekolah, dan masyarakat, juga memegang peran penting dalam membawa perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran umum mengenai upaya dan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia yang selama ini dianggap masih memiliki banyak kekurangan. Pembangunan berkelanjutan dapat didefinisikan sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan saat ini tanpa mengorbankan kemampuan generasi mendatang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (library research) dengan mengambil referensi dari berbagai artikel ilmiah, situs web, dan jurnal internasional yang relevan. Kajian ini didasarkan pada hasil studi literatur yang diambil dari sumber-sumber akademik yang terkait dengan topik pembahasan. Dalam tulisan ini, ditekankan pentingnya pendidikan sejak dini di lingkungan sekolah sebagai langkah mendasar untuk mendukung tercapainya kesejahteraan pendidikan. Sebagai negara berkembang, Indonesia berada di peringkat ke-57 dari 115 negara dalam indeks pendidikan global pada tahun 2015. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak ruang untuk perbaikan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada peserta didik mengenai pentingnya pendidikan berbasis  (SDGs) sejak dini. Edukasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan dalam mendukung upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pendidikan di Indonesia yang masih menghadapi tantangan kualitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi kondisi pendidikan saat ini, termasuk peran pemerintah dan berbagai pihak lainnya, seperti lembaga pendidikan dan sektor swasta, dalam mengatasi masalah rendahnya kualitas pendidikan. Dengan adanya program SDGs, diharapkan permasalahan ketimpangan dalam pendidikan dapat diminimalkan dan kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan. Akhirnya, upaya ini bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan bangsa Indonesia melalui sistem pendidikan yang lebih baik dan merata.

Abstract

This research aims to educate both parents and children in sorting information on the TikTok application. The problem that will be described in this study is the lack of digital literacy education which causes a lack of awareness of credibility related to the actual facts, this study uses an analytical descriptive method with literature study techniques, the object of research is the user of the TikTok application. This research has the potential to be a reference for subsequent research.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of violence on children's psychological health and emphasizes the importance of early intervention in the context of child protection in Indonesia, in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The method used is normative juridical research with a doctrinal approach, which involves collecting and analyzing secondary data from various legal sources, including laws, official documents and related literature. The research results show that violence against children, whether physical, verbal or emotional, has a significant impact on children's mental health, causing psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression. Even though there is a clear legal framework, its implementation is still hampered by cultural factors, social stigma, and low levels of reporting of cases of violence. This research recommends the need to increase public awareness regarding the impact of violence as well as more effective law enforcement, including training for health workers and education for parents, so that children can grow up in a safe environment and support their psychological health.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a chronic health problem whose prevalence continues to increase globally, including in Indonesia. This condition is progressive and requires long-term therapy such as dietary management, fluid restriction, regular medication adherence, and dialysis therapy. The purpose of this study was to describe CKD patient adherence to dietary and self-management practices based on a literature review. The method used in this study was a narrative literature review, a type of literature review that collects and synthesizes information from various scientific journals descriptively. The search results were analyzed using the PICO method. The review results showed that CKD patient adherence to fluid and dietary restrictions improved significantly after receiving health education. Health education and family support play a crucial role in encouraging adherence, while the duration of hemodialysis also influences patient adherence. CKD patient self-management is improved through health education and dietary counseling. Good knowledge encourages proactive behavior, adherence to therapy, and improves patient quality of life, self-confidence, and independence, especially for patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis. Overall, health education, family support, and patient experience in undergoing hemodialysis therapy are the main factors that influence compliance and self-management practices of CKD patients.
