Abstract

The rapid growth of the beauty industry requires aesthetic clinics to improve the quality of service as an effort to maintain competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Although Islamic leadership has been widely studied in the education, Islamic banking, and health service sectors, its implementation in the context of beauty clinics is still relatively limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic leadership at INS Beauty Aesthetic and its implications for improving service quality. The research uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. Data was obtained through indepth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of the study show that the principles  of tawhid, shura, 'adl, amanah, and ihsan have been implemented in leadership and service practices at INS Beauty Aesthetic. These values are realized through honesty in delivering information, participatory decision-making, fair treatment of customers, responsibility for maintaining service safety, and providing friendly and attentive service. The analysis shows that the implementation of Islamic leadership is in line with the concept of SERVQUAL because it supports strengthening the dimensions  of assurance, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy. Thus, Islamic leadership not only functions as an ethical and spiritual foundation, but also contributes significantly to building service quality and enriching the study of Islamic leadership in the beauty service industry.
