Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif.Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Rembang dengan sampel sebanyak 162 pegawai.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang ber-bentuk angket.Uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM analisis.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja ber-pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.Kompensasi secara langsung tidak ber-pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Nowadays, everyone's needs and wants are huge. Needs and wants become difficult to distinguish because of the changing times that are increasingly advanced. Lifestyle makes people have a lot of demands. To fulfill this, it is not enough to just rely on a monthly salary. Therefore, we must look for ways to be able to utilize the finances we have to meet our needs and desires. One way that can be taken is by investing.Along with the mandate of service, it is deemed necessary to convey knowledge transfer to organizations that play an important role in the community. Among them are the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Jepara sub-district, Jepara district. It is considered important because there is still limited knowledge and stigma in the community about investing in sharia shares in the capital market. Sharia stock investment material in the capital market will be very helpful for people who will invest in sharia in the capital market and can become an investor.The result of service activities for ASN in the Jepara Satkordikcam environment is that ASN understands capital market theory, the basics of Islamic capital market, is able to practice open accounts through MNC Sekuritas, and is able to understand the management of family financial management

Abstract

AbstractThe economic structure of Jepara regency shown by the contribution of each economic sector on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). Three sectors are the dominant contribution in the year 2005 up to 2008 is the Industry sector with a range of 27%; Agriculture sector in the range of 23% and the trade sector with a range of 21%. The number of workers absorbed in the three sectors amounted to 78.67% of the workforce in the district of Jepara. Based on the calculation of LQ method, it is known that in the period 2005 to 2008 there were 4 sectors which consistently has a value of LQ > 1, namely Agriculture, Commerce, Transportation and Finance.Keywords: GDP, GDP, LQ method, superior sectorAbstrakStruktur ekonomi Kabupaten Jepara ditunjukkan oleh kontribusi masing-masing sektor ekonomi dalam Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Tiga sektor yang kontribusinya dominan pada tahun 2005 sampai dengan 2008 adalah sektor Industri dengan kisaran 27%; sektor Pertanian pada kisaran 23% dan sektor Perdagangan dengan kisaran 21 %. Jumlah tenaga kerja yang terserap di tiga sektor tersebut sebesar 78,67% dari angkatan kerja yang ada di Kabupaten Jepara. Berdasarkan perhitungan metode LQ, diketahui bahwa dalam kurun waktu 2005 sampai dengan 2008 terdapat 4 sektor yang konsisten memiliki nilai LQ > 1 yaitu Pertanian; Perdagangan; Pengangkutan dan Keuangan.Kata kunci: GDP, PDRB, metode LQ, sektor unggulan

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative method. Research respondents are employees of Public Works Department of Rembang Regency with a sample of 162 employees. Data is collected using questionnaire instruments. Statistical tests and data processing were performed using SEM Analythic. The results of the study indicate that compensation and work motivation have effect on employee job satisfaction. Direct compensation has no effect on employee performance. While work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work motivation indirectly through job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.
