Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi deteksi dini, respon pemerintah, dan model penataan konflik sosial antar kampung di Kota Mataram, khususnya antara Kampung Monjok Culik dan Karang Taliwang. Konflik berkepanjangan yang sering terjadi di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk perbedaan sosial, budaya, dan agama, serta masalah komunikasi antar kelompok. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas strategi penyelesaian konflik berbasis kearifan lokal dan intervensi pemerintah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian konflik memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik, mencakup peringatan dini, mediasi, dan pendidikan multikultural. Selain itu, kearifan lokal, seperti tradisi dan nilai-nilai budaya, berperan penting dalam menciptakan perdamaian yang berkelanjutan. Pemerintah daerah memiliki peran signifikan dalam menyediakan kebijakan yang mendukung pencegahan konflik melalui penguatan regulasi, fasilitasi dialog antar kelompok, dan pembentukan satuan tugas terpadu. Studi ini merekomendasikan model penataan konflik berbasis kearifan lokal yang menekankan pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah, tokoh masyarakat, dan kelompok lokal untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial di Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Religious-based social conflict in East Lombok Regency is one of the serious challenges that is an important concern for the local government because it has an impact on disrupting social stability, national unity, and community harmony. This has encouraged the local government through the National Unity and Political Agency (Bakesbangpol) to make efforts to detect and prevent early social conflict. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine early detection efforts in the prevention of religious-based social conflicts and the obstacles faced by the National Unity and Political Agency of East Lombok Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with inductive approach. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Result: The results showed that the implementation of early detection was still not optimal due to limited intelligence capabilities, low quality of human resources, and community awareness and participation. Conclusion: The implementation of early detection and prevention of Bakesbangpol East Lombok Regency has not been maximized, this is because Bakesbangpol has implemented all indicators that measure the success of prevention and early detection quite well. Researchers recommend intelligence training for members, routine patrols, and continuous socialization to the community as steps to prevent religious-based social conflicts

Abstract

The distribution of illegal cigarettes in Tegal Regency is a serious concern for the Tegal Regency Government because of the negative impacts it has on state revenues and community welfare. This has encouraged the local government to try to distribute illegal cigarettes to its members. One of the steps taken is to build cooperation between the Civil Service Police Unit and Customs. Objective: This study aims to determine the synergy between the Civil Service Police Unit and Customs in eradicating illegal cigarettes in Tegal Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative using the synergy theory by Najiyati and Rahmat (2011), with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation from various sources, including Civil Service Police Unit and Customs officials, business actors, the community, and related documents. This study uses data analysis techniques, starting from data collection, data reduction and data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results/Finding: The results of the study indicate that the synergy between the Civil Service Police Unit and Customs in eradicating the distribution of illegal cigarettes in Tegal Regency is not optimal. The indicators that are the benchmark for the success of the synergy have been implemented and measured well, but there are still obstacles or barriers both from within the organization and from outside the organization. Conclusion: The synergy between Satpol PP and Tegal Regency Customs is still not optimal. Therefore, future illegal cigarette eradication operations need to be considered more comprehensively, by considering various related aspects

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of buildings that do not have permits. The large number of violations triggers the need for enforcement of Regional Regulations (Perda) to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Enforcement of PBG carried out by Satpol PP is very important due to the high number of violations related to building permits. This study aims to examine the enforcement of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions, especially regarding Building Approval (PBG) by Satpol PP of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that public awareness is still low regarding the obligation to obtain PBG, although Satpol PP has made efforts to enforce the rules, its effectiveness is hampered by the lack of socialization and community participation. This study recommends strengthening synergy between agencies, increasing legal socialization, and increasing the capacity of Satpol PP so that law enforcement is more effective

Abstract

Smoking behavior, which still occurs frequently in public spaces, poses a potential health risk to both active and passive smokers. Despite the existence of regulations to reduce smoking prevalence, many people continue to smoke in public areas, further deteriorating public health. Purpose: This study aims to analyze and describe the efforts and challenges in enforcing Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2013 regarding Smoke-Free Areas in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency and to identify the obstacles encountered during its implementation. Method: This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach, based on Soerjono Soekanto’s law enforcement theory, which includes five key factors: the law itself, law enforcement officers, facilities, society, and culture. The informants in this study include Satpol PP, the Health Office, business owners, school principals, and local communities. Results/Findings: Enforcement of the Smoke-Free Area regulation in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency has not been maximized. The main challenges identified include the lack of PPNS personnel, limited facilities such as warning signs, and low public legal awareness. However, efforts to improve coordination between agencies and ongoing socialization are showing positive results. Conclusion: Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2013 regarding Smoke-Free Areas faces challenges, particularly in human resources and facilities. Strengthening inter-agency coordination and raising public awareness are crucial for the successful implementation of this policy

Abstract

Permasalahn pokok penelitian ini adalah ada pada indikasi bahwa kondisi Kawasan wisata Senggigi sampai saat ini belum optimal pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan Kawasan wisata pantai, Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penertiban pariwisata di kawasan wisata Senggigi Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hambatan dalam penertiban pariwisata di kawasan wisata Senggigi Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan Menganalisis model penertiban pariwisata di kawasan wisata Senggigi Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan Metode menggunakan teknik Rasch Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Keamanan publik di kawasan wisata Senggigi: perlu sinergitas antara pemerintah masyarakat pelaku usaha dan masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal penyiapan keamanan, amenitis di lokasi kawasan dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya partisipasi mereka dalam mendukung keamanan dan ketertiban pariwisata kawasan Senggigi : Keberadaan aturan: aturan yang diterapkan pada tata kelola pariwisata sudah cocok dengan kondisi masyarakat setempat, Pemberian Sanksi. Humanokrasi: harus ada strategi, inovasi dan pelibatan seluruh stakeholder pariwisata.

Abstract

Problem (GAP): Drug abuse is one of the serious problems faced by Indonesia, especially in the City of Palangka Raya. From the graph of drug cases from 2015-2023, it is stated that there has been a high spike in drug abuse. Purpose: To explain the efforts made by the Palangka City Government Raya handles and prevents drug trafficking from a community protection perspective. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, documentation. The theory used is the Prevent Early Detection Theory by Eva Eviany & Sutiyo 2023. Results: That Kesbangpol is still having problems in preventing drug trafficking due to the lack of public awareness of the dangers of drugs. Conclusion: The conclusion is that Kesbangpol has attempted various programs, namely continuous socialization and the establishment of the Bersinar Village to be good at preventing the circulation of drug abuse
