Abstract

The study has purpose to analyze the role of actors in the social representation of Covid-19 control. The study uses a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design. The results shows that there is a positive influence on the role of actors on the discipline of health protocols in controlling Covid-19 in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), each pentahelix actor participates well. Higher education as a consulting actor provides input, views, and academic legitimacy. Academics criticize policies scientifically so that they can be accepted and have an impact as an alternative problem’s solving. Pharmaceuticals accelerate the production of domestic drug raw materials and to fulfill the realization of national drug raw material independence. BPBD NTB coordinates with the Indonesian Red Cross provides basic disaster management training for government officials, communities, businesses, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders. Community helps the government's task of reducing any potential threat of threatening disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at PT XYZ., partially and simultaneously uses an associative method with  a quantitative approach, using a sample of 82 people. Collecting data using questionnaires techniques and tools. To find out the description of the respondents' answers and distribution of data using descriptive data analysis techniques. Data processing uses application Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. Based on the leadership T test (X1) with employee performance (Y) the t value is 2.240 > t table 1.990 with significant 0.028 <0.05 indicating a significant influence of leadership on employee performance and emotional intelligence (X2) with employee performance (Y) obtained t count 3.744 > t table 1.990 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 indicating a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. There is an influence of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously or jointly on employee performance as evidenced by the results of the F test obtained Fcount 19,442 > Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Leadership, emotional intelligence on employee performance has a contribution of 31.3% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The side of the government bureaucracy to the political power or the dominant group makes the bureaucracy not sterile. Many viruses continue to irritate it like; impartial service, far from objectivity, too bureaucratic, etc., as a result they feel stronger themselves, immune from supervision. The descriptions above may be concluded that the neutrality of the bureaucracy will always be associated with political elements and political power; in this case the political element is defined as the power to make decisions, while the political power is all political aggression in the form of political parties. With the issuance of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN, in which the law has been regulated and determined in the form of restrictions and sanctions that will be received by a member of the ASN Public Servants and Government Employees with this Work Agreement (PPPK). By looking at the phenomena or opinions above, the writer tries to give a little review of the various impacts that will occur on the roles and functions of civil servants ASN and PPPK if they are not neutral in bureaucratic services as follows: 1. Community interests are distorted, 2 Services are not optimal, 3. Position placement tends to see the involvement in the election, 4. The position of the bureaucracy is filled by incompetent civil servants. That in order to maintain the neutrality of ASN in the election, it is very necessary: There is a strengthening of the ASN Code of Ethics with clear and firm limitations, There is a guarantee of protection in maintaining the neutrality of ASN; Collaboration with BKN is established to provide administrative sanctions in the form of not being promoted to ASN, Construction of KASN cooperation, Regional Civil Service Agency (BKN) with Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) as a source of information in the regions, and Bawaslu to oversee the election and election throughout the Republic of Indonesia. Access to reporting or advocacy on issues of centralization in all parts of Indonesia, as well as guarantees for reporters;

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi deteksi dini, respon pemerintah, dan model penataan konflik sosial antar kampung di Kota Mataram, khususnya antara Kampung Monjok Culik dan Karang Taliwang. Konflik berkepanjangan yang sering terjadi di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk perbedaan sosial, budaya, dan agama, serta masalah komunikasi antar kelompok. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas strategi penyelesaian konflik berbasis kearifan lokal dan intervensi pemerintah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian konflik memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik, mencakup peringatan dini, mediasi, dan pendidikan multikultural. Selain itu, kearifan lokal, seperti tradisi dan nilai-nilai budaya, berperan penting dalam menciptakan perdamaian yang berkelanjutan. Pemerintah daerah memiliki peran signifikan dalam menyediakan kebijakan yang mendukung pencegahan konflik melalui penguatan regulasi, fasilitasi dialog antar kelompok, dan pembentukan satuan tugas terpadu. Studi ini merekomendasikan model penataan konflik berbasis kearifan lokal yang menekankan pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah, tokoh masyarakat, dan kelompok lokal untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial di Kota Mataram.
