Abstract

In this era of disruption, the development of technology is accelerating, and people's habits in accessing information have changed. Initially, people accessed information through newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and so on. But over time, information can now be accessed through social media and online networks. So this is a big challenge for print media companies that are transforming to online media to survive and compete with other companies work creativity is an important thing to be applied by media companies, one of which is Radar Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy, empowering leadership, and proactive personality on work creativity in Radar Sukabumi employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sample technique where the entire population is sampled. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on work creativity, then empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on work creativity. In addition, proactive personality also has a positive and significant effect on work creativity. This shows that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media variables, Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Competence on MSME Performance in Chicken Porridge MSME Actors in Sukabumi City. The method used in this study is an associative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Chicken Porridge culinary sector in Sukabumi City. The population members studied were 166 members registered with the Sukabumi City Diskumindag in 2023, using the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. This study uses IBM SPSS Version 25 software as a data analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between Social Media on MSME Performance with a t-value of 2.994> t table 1.658 and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, Entrepreneurial Characteristics on MSME Performance with a t-value of 2.706> t table 1.658 and a significance value of 0.008 <0.05, and between Entrepreneurial Competence on MSME Performance with a t-value of 3.434> t table 1.658 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Thus, Social Media, Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Competence affect MSME Performance.

Abstract

The study used Entrepreneurial Orientation variables as variable, Market Orientation as variable, Social Media as variable, and Competitive Advantage as variable Y. This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation and Social Media variables on Competitive Advantage in Chicken Noodle MSME players in Sukabumi City. The method used in this study is an associative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 157 members registered at Diskumidag Sukabumi City in 2023, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. This study used IBM SPSS Version 25 software as a data analysis tool. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between Entrepreneurial Orientation on Competitive Advantage with a t value of 2.887 > t table 1.658 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, Market Orientation on Competitive Advantage with a t value of 2.034 > t table 1.658 and a significance of 0.004 < 0.05, and between Social Media on Competitive Advantage with a t value of 2.018 > t table 1.658 and a significance value of 0.046 < 0.05. Thus all variables are in very strong criteria.
