Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, dan sering menimbulkan kerugian besar. Peran teknologi edukasi digital sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang upaya mitigasi risiko banjir di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis tematik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi efektivitas platform seperti aplikasi seluler, simulasi Virtual Reality (VR), dan gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat. Hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hal tersebut, khususnya dalam menghadapi akibat dari perubahan iklim dan pesatnya urbanisasi. Dengan adanya teknologi digital, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi tentang kesiapsiagaan banjir melalui berbagai platform pembelajaran online, aplikasi berbasis lokasi, aplikasi media sosial, dan simulasi interaktif. Selain itu, aplikasi yang menyajikan peta risiko banjir, panduan persiapan, dan simulasi banjir dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Terlebih lagi, penggunaan media visual seperti video edukasi dan infografis dapat membantu memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat tentang tindakan yang harus diambil untuk mengurangi risiko banjir. Penggunaan teknologi edukasi digital bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan sikap waspada dan kesiapsiagaan di masyarakat dalam menghadapi banjir, sehingga dapat mengurangi dampak kerugian baik dari segi materi maupun korban jiwa. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana teknologi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang risiko banjir dan langkah-langkah mitigasinya. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang mungkin muncul, seperti keterbatasan akses internet atau kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi, serta memberikan rekomendasi agar teknologi ini bisa digunakan secara maksimal.

Abstract

E-commerce is a method of selling and purchasing goods and services over the Internet. E-commerce is part of e-business, and refers to a broader scope. Not only buying and selling transactions, but also collaboration with business partners, customer service, human resource recruitment, and so on. Apart from web network technology, electronic commerce also requires other non- computer based technologies such as database technology, electronic mail (email), product delivery systems, and payment methods. The opportunities for e-commerce in the business world are still very large, especially in Indonesia, considering that the available market is still wide open. This research aims to develop an E-commerce system that facilitates the sale and ordering of Flower Bouquets and Acrylic Boards, complete with detailed product information and ordering guides. This e-commerce system was built using the HTML and PHP programming languages, as well as Bootstrap to beautify the appearance. It can be concluded that the resulting system is able to simplify the sales process, convey product information, and the product ordering process according to consumer wishes.Keywords:e-commerce, market place, HTML, PHP,Bootstrap

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has highlighted the limitations of manual check application and ordering processes, which remain time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient. Such conditions may hinder the bank’s operational performance and negatively impact service quality for customers. To address these issues, an automated system that simplifies, accelerates, and streamlines check ordering is required. Therefore, this study aims to design a rule-based digital check ordering web system for Bank Sumut KCP Binjai, enabling a faster, more accurate, and well-structured application process. The proposed system automates each step of the check ordering workflow based on predefined rules, including data verification, request processing, and order recording. A rule-based approach ensures consistent operations aligned with standard procedures, reducing reliance on manual tasks and minimizing the risk of human error. Additionally, the system is designed to improve data accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and facilitate efficient information management related to check orders. The main objective of this research is to develop an effective and efficient rule-based web system that supports digital check ordering processes. With the implementation of this system, banking services are expected to become faster, more accurate, and more aligned with sustainable digital transformation efforts, ultimately improving overall customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
