Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi dan kesesuaian peran terhadap kinerja awak kapal MV Mutawa.103, dengan komitmen kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Industri pelayaran memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi global, di mana kinerja awak kapal menjadi faktor krusial. Kinerja awak kapal dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi, yang mencakup pengetahuan teknis dan keterampilan praktis, serta kesesuaian peran, yaitu kecocokan antara tugas dan kemampuan individu. Komitmen kerja dianggap sebagai faktor mediasi yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara kompetensi, kesesuaian peran, dan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan sampel 31 awak kapal MV Mutawa.103. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja awak kapal MV. Mutawa.103, di mana kemampuan, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan para awak memainkan peran kunci dalam efektivitas dan efisiensi tugas di atas kapal. Sebaliknya, kesesuaian peran tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara individual, menandakan bahwa meskipun penting, faktor lain seperti kompetensi atau lingkungan kerja lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja. Namun, secara simultan, kompetensi dan kesesuaian peran bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja awak kapal, menegaskan bahwa keduanya saling melengkapi dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberhasilan operasional kapal.

Abstract

This research establishes the research object at the Education Office of Nabire Regency, focusing on the Policy of the Indonesia Smart Program at the SMA/SMK level. This study aims to understand and analyze the Implications of the Indonesia Smart Program Policy at the SMA/SMK level in the Education Office of Nabire Regency. This type of research employs a qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) in Nabire Regency exhibits a strong correlation with government policies aimed at improving access to and the quality of education. The positive impacts observed from the implementation of the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) in Nabire Regency include improved access to education, increased family welfare, and enhanced community awareness. Meanwhile, the challenges faced include delays in fund disbursement, a lack of community understanding, inadequate infrastructure, and the potential for fund misuse. The Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) has made significant contributions to student participation at the SMA/SMK level by alleviating the financial burden of education for students from underprivileged families. The Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) is a strategic step towards creating more equitable and fair educational opportunities, contributing to human resource development, particularly for school-age students in Nabire Regency.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation are crucial to ensure that existing facilities and infrastructure operate optimally. This study aims to understand and analyze the Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation of Elementary School Facilities and Infrastructure at the Nabire Regency Education Office in 2023 through periodic monitoring and evaluation. This study establishes the research object at the Nabire Regency Education Office. This type of research is qualitative. The results of this study conclude that Monitoring facilities and infrastructure at the Nabire Regency Education Office is an essential step in improving the quality of education. With a systematic approach involving various parties, the Education Office can identify needs, implement appropriate improvements, and ensure quality education for all students. This activity is expected to support sustainable education development in Nabire Regency. The Nabire Regency Education Office faces complex challenges in monitoring and evaluating elementary school facilities and infrastructure, including human resources, infrastructure, budget, data, and community participation. However, the Education Office's commitment to taking responsive steps is expected to increase the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation and positively impact the quality of education. The results of this evaluation are essential to formulate an action plan to overcome shortcomings and improve infrastructure to support a better and sustainable education process in elementary schools.
