Abstract

This study was conducted to assist Parties PT Bank BNI 46 Cash Office Plaju Palembang in improving service to customers who wish to apply for credit, by providing a Mobile Credit Application By Customer At PT Bank BNI 46 Cash Office Plaju Palembang, so that the customers who apply for credit can determine the filing status of credit that has been submitted. The development method used Prototype method this is because the prototype method is suitable for making an application system know that yet, which will be no adjustment to match the input both from the PT Bank BNI 46 Cash Office Plaju Palembang as well as from the customer. Stages of the prototype method is used, among others Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype and Deployment delevery & Feedback. Abstract

Abstract: Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah founded in 1972 is located Langkan vilage. Guiding and structuring continue to be developed with the reform in the field of education, methodology, development of infrastructure and expand the functions of the cottage as a faith-based educational institutions and public. Student who learn from different regions, namely South Sumatra, Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau, West Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung and Jakarta. With a diverse area of origin of students, as well as the many activities in addition to education, the financial management of the students and the cottage needs to be improved. Therefore in this study have been developed e-finance using Extreme Programmimg. Where in the e-finance have a payment feature, the financial statements and reports arrears in payment of fees. Abstract

This research wasdone to makethe software E-Human Resources Regional Office of Religious Affairs of South Sumatra Province. In this research, E-HR software can manage the data generated work routines include activity data consists of SK activities, KDP activities, treasurer of activities, number of activities, speakers, participants of the activities, the moderator, the cost of activities, presence, SPPD and reporting. E-HR software is made also to address the needs and transparencyin every activity performed. In software development E-SDM using software development Rational Unified Process (RUP) model. In RUP, there are four phases of work manship Inception Elaboration Construction and Transition.

Abstract

The development of science and information technology supports activities carried out by individuals in using technology, to support operational and management performance. Such as Mobile-based e-Samsat Service to serve vehicle taxation with two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles, especially the people of Palembang. Mobile tax payments that can make it easier and closer to densely populated locations or caused by busyness. Information systems help service income tax factors of successful application and use of information technology are user factors. The level of readiness of users to receive information technology has a major influence in determining whether or not the application of the technology is successful. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence users in using the mobile-based e-Samsat Information System in the city of Palembang. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS (Statistical package for the social science) with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) software which is a technology acceptance model that will be used by technology users. By evaluating e-Samsat, it is to find out whether the system has served motor vehicle tax payments properly and has met service quality standards. Abstract

Palembang adalah salah satu kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Saat ini Kota Palembang telah mendapatkan piala Adipura setiap tahunnya. Sesuai kondisi tersebut pemerintah kota saat serius dan konsen dengan urusan keberishan dan keindahan kota. Keseriusan tersebut dapat dilihat meningkatnya jumlah armada pengangkut sampah dan petugas kebersihan laiinya. Namun dari semua usaha yang dilakukan terdapat kendala dalam bidang pengangkutan sampah di lingkungan rumah penduduk baik pada bak sampah maupun pada rumah pribadi penduduk. Untuk itu perlu partisipasi masyarakat untuk memberikan laporan jika kondisi tersebut terjadi agar kebersihan dan keindahan kota tetap terjaga dengan baik. Untuk itu di dalam penelian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi sebagai media bagi masyarakat dalam melakukan pelaporan kepada pihak terkait terutama Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kota Palembang untuk dilakukan tindakan. Proses pengembangan aplikasi digunakan SCRUM model dengan tahapan pengembangan product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint dan working increment of the software. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memiliki hak akses mulai dari masyarakat, admin dan petugas Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kota Palembang sehingga proses dijalankan dalam pelaporan dapat dilakukan secara baik. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan juga memiliki dua jenis antarmuka yaitu berbasis mobile bagi pengguna masyarakat dan petugas dan web bagi admin Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kota Palembang, kondisi akan mempermudah dalam menggunakan aplikasi dalam proses pelaporan maupun tindakan.Palembang is one of the cities in South Sumatra Province. At present the City of Palembang has won the Adipura trophy every year. According to these conditions the city government when serious and concerned with the affairs of the beauty and beauty of the city. The seriousness can be seen in the increasing number of garbage transport fleets and other cleaners. However, of all the efforts carried out, there were obstacles in the field of transporting waste in the neighbourhood of the resident's house both in the trash bin and in the private residence of the population. For this reason, community participation is needed to provide a report if these conditions occur so that the cleanliness and beauty of the city are well maintained. For this reason, in this study, application development was carried out as a medium for the public in reporting to related parties, especially the Office of Environment and Cleanliness of Palembang, to take action. The application development process uses the SCRUM model with the stages of developing a product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint and working increment of the software. The resulting application has access rights starting from the community, admin and officers of the Palembang City Environment and Sanitation Office so that the reporting process can be carried out properly. The resulting application also has two types of interfaces, they are mobile-based for community users and officers and the web for ad-min Palembang's Office of Environment and Cleanliness, conditions will facilitate the use of applications in the reporting process and actions.

Abstract

The Social Service Office of Palembang City is a government institution that is responsible for carrying out development in the field of social welfare, which covers all programs and activities that are intended to realize, foster and maintain, restore and develop social welfare carried out together as the responsibility of the government and society. In conducting data processing to determine the capable and underprivileged people as recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) with a process that takes a long time, given the large number of population data to be selected, especially in the city of Palembang. Then it can be raised into the research, namely "Implementation of Data Mining for Healthy Indonesia Cards for the Underprivileged Community Using the Clustering Method". Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan pembangunan di bidang kesejahtraan sosial, yang mencakup semua upaya program dan kegiataan yang ditunjukan untuk mewujudkan, membina dan memelihara, memulihkan dan mengembangkan kesejahtraan sosial yang dilaksanakan bersama sebagai tanggung jawab pemerintah dan masyarakat. Dalam melakukan pengolahan data untuk menentukan masyarakat mampu dan kurang mampu sebagai penerima Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) dengan proses yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, mengingat banyaknya jumlah data penduduk yang akan diseleksi, khususnya diwilayah Kota Palembang. Maka dapat diangkat ke dalam penelitian yaitu “Implementasi Data Mining untuk Kartu Indonesia Sehat Bagi Masyarakat Kurang Mampu Menggunakan Metode Clustering”.

Abstract

Information technology is currently developing very rapidly and affects various aspects of life and the profession, one of which is in the field of health services, in various places, be it health centers, clinics or hospitals. The party will definitely record in detail the medical results of someone who is receiving treatment, that is what is called a medical record. Some of the puskesmas in the Musi Banyuasin district, especially the Tanah Abang puskesmas, are located in the district. Batanghari leko still doesn't have a decentralized database which means it doesn't have centralized storage. Web service itself is a liaison that allows various systems to communicate without being affected by platform differences. Web services also provide existing services on the old system to be able to communicate with the new system without making changes to both. This study was simulated at Tanah Abang Public Health Center and Bukit Selabu Public Health Center in the Musi Banyuasin Regency with the aim of making it easier for doctors and health centers to obtain patient medical records in the shortest time.

Abstract

School is institution that provide educational services to the community formed by the government in the form of organizational means to educate the nation's life. To guarantee the implementation of good education and in accordance with regulations set by the government, each school or school educational institution must follow accreditation. The spread of school locations certainly makes it difficult to access for assessors when they are going to do an accreditation assessment. In addition, other constraints experienced by the unavailability of school location information can be used as a reference for assessors in the accreditation assessment process. Under these conditions, it will certainly cause problems or obstacles in the accreditation process such as (1) the accreditation assessment process is not on schedule, (2) inaccurate assessment of the schedule, and (3) the quality of the accreditation assessment itself. Based on these conditions, in this study the development of a school mapping geographic information system can be used as a means of information for assessors in conducting accreditation assessments. the results of research that has been done show that geographic information systems can provide information on the distribution of schools both middle and upper levels. The information system can also function properly based on test results

Abstract

Abstrak— Palembang Guide merupakan perangkat lunak penyedia informasi sarana pendukung pelaksanaan Asian Games XVIII yang berisikan informasi venue olahraga, fasilitas transportasi, objek wisata, restoran, toko (mall), hotel, tempat pengisian bahan bakar, fasilitas kesehatan, pos kemanan, kantor pemerintahan dan institusi pendidikan. Perangkat lunak ini dikembangkan sesuai dengan instruksi presiden Republik Indonesia tentang persiapan pelaksanaan Asian Games tahun 2018. Untuk menjamin perangkat lunak Palembang Guide layak untuk digunakan oleh pengguna akhir maka dilakukan pengujian antarmuka menggunakan instrumen system usability scale (SUS). Pengujian antarmuka dengan instrumen SUS telah dilakukan secara terstruktur dan terukur secara akurat menggunakan 10 pernyataan sebagai tolak ukur penilaian. Hasil pengujian antarmuka perangkat lunak Palembang Guide dengan instrumen SUS memperlihatkan skor penilaian berada pada angka 83 yang berarti perangkat lunak Palembang Guide dinyatakan dapat diterima (acceptable) dan termasuk dalam grade A dan B dengan rating excellent. Dengan demikian perangkat lunak Palembang Guide dapat dijadikan salah satu alternative alat bantu bagi masyarakat dalam mencari tempat tempat sarana prasarana pendukung yang dibutuhkan berkaitan dengan Asian Games XVIII di Kota Palembang. Kata Kunci— System Usability Scale, Antarmuka, Asian Games XVIIIAbstract— Palembang Guide is software that providing information for supporting Asian Games XVIII which contains information about sports venues, transportation facilities, tourist destination, restaurants, store (malls), hotels, refueling station, hospital, police, offices, and education. Palembang Guide is developed based on the presidential instruction of the Republic of Indonesia on preparations for the Asian Games 2018. To ensure the Palembang Guide is feasible to be used by users, it needs to test using usability scale instrument (SUS).Testing Palembang Guide interface with SUS instrument has been done in a structured and accurately measured using 10 statements as a benchmark assessment. The Palembang Guide interface test result with SUS instrument shows the scoring score is at number 83 that means Palembang Guide is declared acceptable and classified into grade A and B with an excellent rating. Based on the testing result of Palembang Guide can be used as an alternative tool for the community in searching for supporting infrastructure related to Asian Games XVIII in Palembang.Keywords— System Usability Scale, Interface, Asian Games XVIII

Abstract

The focus of this research is to design and implement a small medium industry database for the Palembang City Government. The database needs of small and medium industries due to the unavailability of data quickly and accurately when it requires information by the Department of Industry in policy making. The design and implementation of the IKM database has stages carried out starting from the needs analysis, database formation, information modeling, dashboard manufacturing, to testing. The resulting dashboard can provide data in the form of graphs and tables relating to small and medium industries either through the criteria of the region or type of industry. The layout and presentation of the data has been validated using a heuristic evaluation approach involving three experts. The validation results show that all experts agree that the results of the design and implementation of small medium industry databases do not have usability problems as evidenced by the results of the average expert testing giving a value of 0.Keywords—Database, heuristic evaluation, industry, IKM
