Abstract

The Community Service Program of STIE Al-Madani in Waylunik Village, North Lampung, focused on improving household economic skills through Determat-Based Liquid Detergent Making Training for 20 housewives. This training is intended to overcome long-term problems and meet basic household needs while creating independent business opportunities. The method used is a demonstration followed by the practice of making liquid detergent and an interactive discussion of the effectiveness and safety of Determat-based materials. Participant evaluation was carried out through observation and questionnaires to measure the understanding gained and the potential for application in everyday life. The results of the activity showed that all participants were able to mix liquid detergent using easily accessible and economical ingredients. Post-training assistance through online discussion forums is expected to encourage the sustainability of the program and encourage the development of community-based business models. Thus, this activity not only contributes to household economic empowerment but also educates and fosters innovation in managing household food needs.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of electronic word of mouth and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of fashion products by Shopee consumers in Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach method. The data used are primary data, the source of data obtained comes from the results of the questionnaire. The sample in this study were Lampung people who used the Shopee application and had done impulse buying. Data collection was carried out with a questionnaire distributed to 140 people. The statistical method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing of the t-statistic test. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth and hedonic shopping motivation have a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan perbankan digital mengharuskan bank untuk memperkuat loyalitas nasabah melalui aplikasi mobile yang dapat diandalkan. Penelitian ini relevan menyusul diluncurkannya aplikasi Byond by BSI sebagai pengganti BSI Mobile pasca gangguan sistem pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-trust, e-satisfaction, dan e-service quality terhadap e-loyalty pada pengguna Byond by BSI di Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan eksplanatori kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan pada tahun 2024 dari 100 pengguna aplikasi aktif. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas elektronik (β = 0.397; t = 3.074; p < 0.050), dan kualitas layanan elektronik juga secara signifikan memengaruhi loyalitas elektronik (β = 0.357; t = 2.676; p < 0.050). Sebaliknya, e-trust menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap e-loyalty (t = 1.003; p > 0.050). Model ini menjelaskan 60,5% dari varians dalam e-loyalitas. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah dan kualitas layanan elektronik merupakan faktor penentu utama loyalitas terhadap aplikasi perbankan digital Byond by BSI, sementara kepercayaan membutuhkan peningkatan strategis lebih lanjut.
