Abstract

Early childhood education has a crucial role in forming the basis of child development. This article discusses innovative strategies for increasing insight into early childhood education through the application of outdoor learning. This research aims to explore the potential of outdoor learning as a means of stimulating children's creativity, physical abilities and social-emotional development. Through this approach, it is hoped that children can learn in a more holistic and enjoyable way.

Abstract

In communicating, language is a very important component. Language acquisition in early childhood is clearly related to the continuity of children's lives both now and in the future. Many children at an early age have communication disorders in language acquisition. The aims of this research are 1) to determine the stages in language acquisition in early childhood, 2) to determine the influence of the environment on language acquisition in early childhood who experience communication disorders. The methodology used in this research is literature or library research. The results of the research show that the stages of early childhood language acquisition include acquiring vocabulary in the form of basic vocabulary including verbs, adjectives, nouns, number words. Apart from that, young children also begin to acquire derivative vocabulary, for example prefix affixes, suffix affixes, infix affixes and confix affixes. Environmental influences on early childhood language acquisition include parents or the family environment, school, and living environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apakah permainan marching bell meningkatkan Keterampilan Koneksi Matematis, (2) mengetahui efektivitas permainan marching bell terhadap Koneksi Matematis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksprimental Design. Adapun bentuk desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal 02 Todanan Kabupaten Blora Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 18. Analisis data meliputi langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) uji normalitas data, (2) uji homogenitas, (3) uji t, dan (4) uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian: (1) Keterampilan Koneksi Matematis anak setelah menggunakan Permainan Marching Bell pada anak usia 5-6 tahun : (1) keterampilan Koneksi Matematis anak kelas B pada pre-test rata-rata 60,90 dan sesudah Penerapan Model Pembelajaran menggunakan Permainan Marching Bell  pada post-test rata-rata 86,82. Terjadi kenaikan skor sebesar 22,92; (2) Keefektifan Permainan Marching Bell terhadap keterampilan Koneksi Matematis pada anak usia 5-6 tahun: (1) Berdasarkan Uji t, hasil t hitung 17,165  > t tabel 1,69 (df 34)  dan tingkat signifikansi t hitung 0,000 < 0,05 dengan arah positif membuktikan bahwa Skor Keterampilan Koneksi Matematis kelas B berbeda signfikan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dengan Permainan Marching Bell; (2) Hasil uji N_Gain untuk analisis keefektifan peningkatan Keterampilan Koneksi Matematis kelas B diperoleh rata-rata peningkatan gain sebesar 0,59, artinya peningkatan Keterampilan Koneksi Matematis kelas B berada pada pada kategori sedang yaitu nilai gain 0,3 < g ≤ 0,7.   Kata kunci: permainan; marching bell; Keterampilan; Koneksi Matematis   ABSTRACT           This study aims to: (1) determine whether the marching bell game improves Mathematical Connection Skills, (2) determine the effectiveness of the marching bell game on Mathematical Connection.           This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design research. The form of quasi-experimental design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population and sample in this study were 18 children in group B at Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal 02 Todanan Kindergarten, Blora Regency, Semester II, 2024/2025 Academic Year. Data analysis includes the following steps: (1) data normality test, (2) homogeneity test, (3) t-test, and (4) N-Gain test.           Results of the study: (1) Children's Mathematical Connection Skills after using the Marching Bell Game in children aged 5-6 years: (1) the Mathematical Connection skills of class B children in the pre-test averaged 60.90 and after the Application of the Learning Model using the Marching Bell Game in the post-test averaged 86.82. There was an increase in score of 22.92; (2) Effectiveness of Marching Bell Game on Mathematical Connection skills in children aged 5-6 years: (1) Based on the t-test, the t-count result of 17.165> t table 1.69 (df 34) and the significance level of t-count 0.000 <0.05 with a positive direction proves that the Mathematical Connection Skill Score of class B is significantly different before and after learning with the Marching Bell Game; (2) The results of the N_Gain test for the analysis of the effectiveness of increasing Mathematical Connection Skills of class B obtained an average increase in gain of 0.59, meaning that the increase in Mathematical Connection Skills of class B is in the moderate category, namely a gain value of 0.3 <g ≤ 0.7.
