Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the technical development officer of the library MAN 2 Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the school in improving the quality of library staff, to find out what are the constraints faced by the school when doing development on the library staff.In this study the researcher uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Collecting data is done through interview, observation, and documentation in the library MAN 2 Pontianak west Kalimantan.In the results of this study indicate that efforts to improve the quality of the library staff through the development of insight in the form of seminars and training held by the central government, the constraints faced at the time of the development of the quality of the library staff is the age of the officers who are already in the productive again. Results to be achieved from this development is to produce officers of the library which can run the job in accordance with the vision and mission agencies. Keywords: Quality improvement, library officer

Abstract

AbstractThe method that used on this last assigment are descriptive method with qualitative approach. Also the data that provided on this article was achieved from observation,interviews,and documentation. The result from this research are developing a services based on automated system over stmik pontianak library was really needed,because this services will help every library user to find the appropriate subjects that their needed. According the case writer can ensure that automated system was very important and useful due to improve the library function and more of tha this system can also help librarians to give their services more fast and efficient so the user can be satisfiedKeyword: Services, System, Otomation, University Library
