Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the learning outcomes of students are less than the maximum because there is no variation in the learning process of sprint running. This study aims to improve learning outcomes of sprint running using the playing approach in SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. This research is a classroom action research / classroom action research. This study uses several stages, Cluster Sampling used and asessment .namely pre-cycle and then continued with cycle I and cycle II. As for the cycle, there are steps the researcher takes, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class VII A in SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. The research results obtained in the first cycle were 34.48% or as many as 10 students who were declared complete or scored above the KKM. In the first cycle as many as 65.52% or 19 students were declared unfinished. Because in the first cycle did not meet the success indicators of the study, which was 75% of all students who scored above the KKM, this study was continued to the second cycle. In the second cycle research, 82.76% or 24 students were declared complete or scored above the KKM, while 17.24% or 5 students were declared unfinished or had grades below the KKM. So it can be concluded that this class action research stopped in the second cycle because the achievement of the indicators of research success has been achieved that is equal to 75% of all students scored above the KKM.Keywords : Sprint Running, Approach to Play, Games

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study was whether there was the influence of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in the learning game of soccer in SMP 10 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in soccer game learning at 10 Pontianak Junior High School. The research was carried out by descriptive qualitative method involving two variables, namely the independent variable operant conditioning and reinforcement theory and the dependent variable which was the result of inner foot passing learning in the learning of soccer games. The subjects in this study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak, totaling 36 students. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the results of inner leg passing. The conclusions in this study were that there was an increase in passing of the inner leg in learning soccer games through the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory to students of class VIIA Pontianak 10th Middle School Keywords: operant conditioning, reinforcement theory, passing.

Abstract

AbstractThe research problem is how to improve the passing of volley ball by using auxiliary media in class V SDN 25 BatuAmparKubu Raya. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of increasing passing under volley ball by using media aids in class V SDN 25 BatuAmpar.This study uses classroom action research which is the basis for improving the learning that will be produced, with the following steps: 1) Planning; 2) implementation; 3) observation; 4) reflection; Subjects in use as many as 23 students. Data were collected by questionnaire / questionnaire and test each cycle.From the results of the research In the preliminary test before the action was given that the average value of grade 66.38 and the number of percentage of classical completeness only reached 34.78%. In Cycle 1, shows the average learning outcome of 74.49 with classical mastery 65.22%. While the results of analysis of data cycle 2 obtained average learning outcomes 76.81 with classical completeness of 82.61% and the value of student activity observation the better.Keywords: Passing Bring, Mini Volley Ball, Media Help

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is how the basic skills of playing futsal and the physicalcondition of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak are. the researchmethod used is the test and measurement method with tests of basic futsal skills andfutsal physical conditions consisting of 20 extracurricular participants. ”: 7 players orequal to (35%), “medium” category: 6 players or equal to (30%), “less” category: 5players or equal to (25%), and “very less” category: 1 player or equal to (5%). Fromthe overall data, the basic skills of playing futsal at SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak are inthe "Good" category. The physical condition test of the futsal extracurricularparticipants at SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak showed that the players in the "very good"category: 2 players or 10 percent in the "good" category: 5 players or 25 percent inthe "medium" category: 5 players or equal to (25%), “less” category: 7 players orequal to (35%), and “very less” category: 1 player or equal to (5%). With theseresults, the skill level of playing futsal of futsal extracurricular participants at SMANegeri 6 Pontianak is declared to be in the "Less" category.Keywords: Basic Futsal Technical Skills and Futsal Physical Condition

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-hand coordination and agility on the backhand ability of table tennis students who take extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA N 9 Pontianak. The study was conducted in August 2020. The research subjects were 15 students of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak extracurricular table tennis, sampling using all members of the population was used as the sample. This research technique uses measurement. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques which were then interpreted qualitatively. The results of data analysis were obtained based on statistical calculations, Fcount = 18.08> Ftable = 3.89, so the results of this study can be concluded that in general there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and agility with backhand skills in table tennis for students. who took extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. . Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is a lack of interest and motivation of students who follows the football extracurricular in SMP Kemala Bhayangkari I Sungai Raya. The purpose of this research is: to knowing and define how high the interst and motivation of students which following the football extracuricullar in SMP Kemala Bhayangkari I Sungai Raya. The research design used is descriptive-quantitative with survey method and data colletion technique used is questionnaire. The population of this research is grade VII, VIII, IX students of SMP Kemala Bhayangkari I who registeredin football extracurricular amounting 34 students of which 10 students were class VII, 18 students were class VIII and 6 were class IX. Sample of this research is 28 students of which 10 students from class VII and 18 student from class VIII.Sample selection using purpossive technique sampling. The results showed an interest of 28 students who participated in football extracurriclar in general is moderate. The following are: in a very low category amount 2 students (7.14%). In low category amount 3 sudents (10.71%). In a medium category amount 13 students (46.43%). In high category amount 6 students (21.43%) and in a very high category amount 4 students (14.29%). While the results of the motivation of 28 students who participated in football extracurricular in general is very high. With the following details: in a very low category amount 1 students (3.57%). In a low and medium category each amount 5 students (17.86%). In high category amount 8 students (28.57%) and in a very high category as many as 9 students (32.14%).Keyword: Interest, Motivation, Football Extracurricular

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the accuracy of the short service badminton backhand which is relatively inaccurate due to the lack of variation in training and the lack of specific training to improve the accuracy of short backhand service. The purpose of this study is: to determine the effect of target games training on improving the accuracy of short backhand badminton service. This study uses the form of Pre-Experimental Design, namely one group pretest-posttest design to determine the effect of actions on a group with 12 treatments. This design has a pre-test and posttest to compare the conditions before and after being treated. The subjects in this study were all badminton extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 7 Sungari Raya with a total of 16 people. The test in this study used the SPSS 25 T-Test. Based on the results of this study can be concluded as follows: There is an effect of Target Games training on the accuracy of short service badminton backhand with a Sig 0,000 <0.05, then the target games training method can be used as an effective training program to improve the accuracy of short backhand service Keywords:  Target games exercise, accuracy, backhand short service
