Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh latihan senam SKJ pelajar 2022 terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular di SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen serta desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitan ini ialah pre-exsperiment groups pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu bentuk tes, instrument yang peneliti gunakan yaitu pacer test, sampel yang digunakan ialah peserta didik kelas VIII pada SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak yang berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan presentase (%). Hasi analisis data menunjukan bahwa didapat thitung 16.752 > ttabel 1,692 dengan taraf α= 0,05 adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan senam SKJ pelajar 2022 dengan daya tahan kardiovaskular dan persentase kemampuan sebesar 39,78%. Jadi keseimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan senam SKJ pelajar 2022 memberikan dampak terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak.

Abstract

Background Problems: Physiological demands are very important in supporting both martial arts training and competition. Building on previous research exploring the physiological demands of competitive sports, this study delves into the specific characteristics of Shorinji Kempo athletes, particularly focusing on Randori. Research Objectives: This study aims to examine the physiological characteristics of shorinji kempo randori athletes in West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted on 14 male athletes and 12 female athletes who served as samples in this study. Physiological characteristics are divided into anaerobic performance, which is represented by leg and arm power variables, which are measured using the vertical jump (cm) and medicine ball test (m) instruments, respectively. Then, for aerobic performance, maximum oxygen uptake, or VO2Max (ml/kg/min), is used, which is measured using the multi-level fitness test. This study used quantitative descriptive data analysis, which is seen from the average of each characteristic, both anaerobic and aerobic performance. Findings and Results: The results of the descriptive statistical calculations show the average score of each variable. Each variable is assessed by categorization, so the results are in good and poor categories for several variables. The t-test was conducted to see the difference in the average variables between genders. All variables show a significant difference between male and female athletes (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the results of the Pearson correlation indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship for each variable (p < 0.05). Conclusion: We suggest taking a lab-based test instead of a field test in order to gain more specific data about those physiological aspects. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for trainers in creating programmes based on the physiological characteristics of sports and for contributing to the literature on Shorinji Kempo, especially on Randori.

Abstract

 Abstract:research aims to understand the influence of a method of play of the results of the learning relay races on school tuition smpn 05 singkawang .A method that is used is research methodology the act of class .The subject of research in this study took the whole grade students viiif smpn 05 singkawang a total of 21 students .Data analysis was done using a descriptive analysis. The research results obtained the value of planning learning run relay using (APKG) 1 with the results of the average value of 3.75 in kreteria good, the value of learning implementation run relay using (APKG) 2 with the results of the average value of 3.90 in kreteria good, average yield learning run relay on grade VIIIF SMP 05 Singkawang has increased between cycles. For the average prasiklus value 64.02, cycle 1 average 71.82 and cycle 2 the average value of 107.5. Overall the results of the research that has been done with regard to the improvement of the learning atletic. material run relay based on the results obtained by ketuntasan students, namely as a whole is 66.66% amounted to 14 students with criteria are. Key words: Method Play , Increased Learning Relay Races

Abstract

The lack of ability of football players in mastering shooting techniques, makes theshooting carried out inaccurately towards the goal. Players focus more on kickingspeed so they can shoot quickly without paying attention to foot movements whenkicking the ball into the goal. It is necessary to do special exercises, for example byapplying a variety of exercises to increase the accuracy of players in shooting. Thepurpose of this study was to examine the effect of training variations on shooting atgoal in a soccer game. The research method used is quantitative with primary datatypes. The population in this study is the Mensungai United Football Club, SambasRegency. The collection of samples using total sampling technique and obtained asample of 18 players. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that theaverage value of the pretest was 10 while the average value of the posttest was14.3 with a difference in the average increase of 4.3 or 43%. T-test was used fordata analysis in this study. The calculation results from the T-test showed thatthere was a significant effect between the initial test and the final test. Thesignificance value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. As for the testscarried out, the results obtained that tcount (11,428)> ttable (2,109). From theseresults, it is known that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means thattraining variations affect shooting at goal in the football game at MensungaiUnited Club, Sambas Regency.Keywords: Variation, Practice, Shooting

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study was whether there was the influence of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in the learning game of soccer in SMP 10 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in soccer game learning at 10 Pontianak Junior High School. The research was carried out by descriptive qualitative method involving two variables, namely the independent variable operant conditioning and reinforcement theory and the dependent variable which was the result of inner foot passing learning in the learning of soccer games. The subjects in this study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak, totaling 36 students. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the results of inner leg passing. The conclusions in this study were that there was an increase in passing of the inner leg in learning soccer games through the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory to students of class VIIA Pontianak 10th Middle School Keywords: operant conditioning, reinforcement theory, passing.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the formulation of the problem, namely how the ability of basic badminton techniques for beginners at Asjad Club Pontianak. The goal to be achieved is to determine the basic technical ability of badminton in beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method in the form of survey research. The sample used in this study were 30 beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the value of 30 athletes for long service obtained an average value of 46.47, while in the good category as many as 22 athletes with a percentage of 73.33% and 8 athletes can be categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 26.67%. The backhand short serve value obtained an average value of 52.33 and from 30 athletes all of them could be categorized as good with a percentage of 100%. The average value for the basic technical ability of badminton over lob obtained an average value of 52.37 with a good category obtained by 26 athletes with a percentage of 86.67%, a sufficient category with a percentage of 6.67% with 2 athletes and for the very good category a percentage value of 6.67% with 2 athletes. As for the value of basic smash ability, the average value is 56.70 with a sufficient category obtained by 2 athletes with a percentage of 6.67% and a good category obtained a percentage of 93.33% with 28 novice athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak. The results of the research above can be concluded that the overall basic technical ability of badminton in 30 beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak can be categorized as good.Keywords: Basic Technique Ability, Badminton Strokean

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is that students do not understand the basic technique of basketball, namely shooting, students cannot shoot basketball correctly and students cannot understand the material presented by the physical education teacher. This research is a classroom action research. First cycle and the second cycle. As in the cycle, there are steps the researcher takes, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. In this study, the subjects used were students of class XI MIA 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya which were taken from the cluster sampling method and the instrument used in this study was the rubric for the assessment of the basketball shooting test results. The results of the research obtained from students where it can be seen that those who got a score above the KKM in cycle I were 47.12% or as many as 17 students, then increased in cycle II by 72.22% or as many as 26 students. This classroom action research stopped in the second cycle because 75% of the research success indicators had been achieved.Keywords: learnings, shooting, audiovisual

Abstract

Abstract The general problem of this research was "How were the motivation, discipline and learning outcomes of students who take sports extracurricular activities at vocational high school 5 Pontianak?. This study aimed to reveal: motivation, discipline and learning outcomes of students who take sports extracurricular activities at vocational high school 5 Pontianak.The research method used quantitative types with descriptive methods in the form of surveys. The population of class X students was 343 with a sample of 186 students. Data collection tools were questionnaires, observation and documentation.The results of this study can be concluded: 1) Learning motivation of students who take extracurricular sports at Pontianak State Vocational High School was  categorized enough with a percentage of 61.83%, 2) learning discipline students who take sports extracurricular at Pontianak State Vocational High School were  categorized less by percentage 58 , 89%, 3) the learning outcomes of students participating in sports extracurricular at Pontianak State Vocational High School were the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 65 with the average students' learning score of 74.27 including a good category with completeness of 39.24%. Keywords: Discipline, Learning Outcomes, Motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research was to know whether there was an influence of the cooperative learning model of jigsaw on learning gymnastic handspring skills on students at SMAN 1 Teluk Batang Kayong Utara. This study aimed to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of jigsaw on learning result of gymnastic handspring on students at sman 1 teluk batang kayong utara.The method that had been applied in this research was an experimental method. Moreover, the design of this research was pre-experimental design and for the research plan used one group pretest-posttes design. The research population in this research was 20 students in grade XI (IPS 2) SMAN 1 Teluk Batang Kayong Utara in academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this research was 20 students with Handspring test for the technique of data collection. Data analysis was analyzed descriptively using  -t test ( effect test )From the result of the research, it can be conclude that there is significant effect of cooperative learning model type of jigsaw on learning gymnastic handspring skills to students at SMAN 1 Teluk Batang Kayong Utara. The result of analysis -t test showed that the calculated value (9,211) and table (2,093) or (9,211> 2,093). The percentage of the impact that is obtained by using cooperative learning model towards gymnastic handspring skills on students at SMAN 1 Teluk Batang Kayong Utara was 39.62%Keywords : model cooperative learning , jigsaw gymnastic handspring.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect to passive stretching exercise on bridge up ability using passive stertching exercises and conventional stretching exercises for students of the University Physical Education study program. The sample of this study amounted to 36 students (male). Data collection techniques using pretestposttest. The results shower that there was a significant effect of passive stretching exercise on bdridge up ability from the calculation of the value (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there wa a significant difference in the results of bridge up ability between passive stretching exercises and conventional stretching exercises. The average posttest of the experimental calss (passive stretching exercise) was 59.56 swhile the avarage posttest of the control class (conventional stretching) was 55.17 the results of the floor exercise ability of students of Phhysical Education study program at Tanjungpura University and the effect pf passive stretching is 15%.Keywords: Gymnastic Bridge, Passive Stretching, Physical Education.
