Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the close relationship between learning motivation with learning outcomes of 1th grade of social class students in sociology in senior high school 8. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research. The data source of this study was the 1th grade of social class students in sociology in senior high school 8 and the data is the result of the mid-semester assessment of the grade of social class students in sociology in senior high school 8. The results showed that students' learning motivation in class 1th sociology subjects in Social Sciences at State senior high school 8 Pontianak was very high, with an average achievement of 82.98. Based on the results of the percentage of intrinsic motivation of students in class 1th grade of social class students in sociology in senior high school 8, with a percentage level of 93.12% and extrinsic motivation is high, with a percentage of 80.49%. There is a significant relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes in class 1th grade of social class students in sociology in senior high school 8 with a strong relationship with a correlation of 0.736. While the contribution of the influence of motivation with student learning outcomes by 54.2% and the remaining 45.8% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Relationship, Motivation, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract The title of this research is "Madura Ethnic Persession in Continuing Education in Higher Education Children (Study in Wajok Hulu Village, Sianatan District)". The method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The data source of this research is the people who are in Wajok Hulu Village, Jalan Parit Baru, Siantan District. Data collection techniques in this study are through interviews, observation and documentation, while the data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides and documentation tools. The analysis in this study was presented in a descriptive qualitative manner using 6 informants. The results of this study are: 1. Madura Ethnic Perception in Wajok Hulu Village in Continuing Education in Higher Education Children is good and very important, this is based on the Madurese Ethnics in Wajok Hulu Village, Jalan Parit Baru, Siantan District, already know that currently education is very prioritized especially in the field of work but also for the future of their children. 2. Ethnic Madura in Wajok Hulu Village, Jalan Parit Baru Siantan District, already know and see firsthand that graduates from their teacher faculties are becoming teachers in various schools. Abstract

AbstractThe title of the study "Analysis of the Role of Teachers in Overcoming the Delinquency of Class X Students in Learning Sociology at MA Matla'ul Anwar Pontianak" Helps Teach Teachers' Role as Guides, Role of Teachers as Guides at MA Matla'ul Anwar Pontianak. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data sources of this study were Sociology teachers and Social Sciences class X MA MA Matla'ul Anwar Pontianak students. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has facilitated overcoming the delinquency of students in class X IPS I. The role of the manager is that the teacher creates a conducive class before learning begins. The teacher also helps students who provide guidance to students who do delinquency. Then, the teacher also acts as a motivator, namely the teacher provides motivation and encourages motivation for students who commit delinquency. Keywords: Teacher Role, Sociology, Learnin Student Delinquency
