Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the forms of emotion contained in the novel Rumah Rain by Dewi Ria Utari. Theories used in this study include: Emotions, types of emotions, novels, behavioristic psychology, learning literature in schools, and lesson plans. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form that uses a behavioristic psychology approach. The data source used is the novel Home Rain by Dewi Ria Utari in the form of data on positive emotions and negative emotions in the form of quotes, words or sentences. The data collection technique used is in the form of a documentary study and the tools used are the researchers themselves. Techniques to test the validity of the data in the form of adequacy of references and triangulation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is in the form of content analysis. The results of this study about the emotions of the characters in the novel in the form of (1) positive emotions including happy emotions, amazed emotions, love emotions; (2) negative emotions include sad emotions, angry emotions, hate emotions, fear emotions, revenge emotions; (3) implementation of learning, namely designing lesson plans from the aspect of curriculum, learning objectives of literature, selection of teaching materials, and readability, learning media, learning approaches, and evaluation of learning.Keywords: Characters Emosian, Novel, Literature Psychology

Abstract

AbstractDescription of symbols and meanings of healing spells in the Padang Tikar Village Community in Kubu Raya Regency. The method used is descriptive. The form of this research is qualitative. The symbol and meaning of the data in this study is a healing spell in the Padang Tikar Village which was spoken by an informant in the Padang Tikar Village, Kubu Raya Regency. The technique of collecting data by means of observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques and recording techniques. Based on the data as a whole, the symbols and meanings of medicinal spells in the Padang Tikar village community in Kubu Raya Regency consist of 20 symbols. This research is related to the 2013 curriculum for Indonesian language subjects in grade VII SMP odd semesters which is suggested as a reference for old poetry text material (mantra) for teaching and learning activities in schools. Keywords: symbols and meanings, semiotics, medicinal spells.

Abstract

AbstractDescription of moral values in the folklore of the Dayak Bakati Riuk community in Sango Village, Bengkayang Regency. The method used is descriptive. The form of research is qualitative. The meaning of the data in this research is folklore told by informants in Sango Village, Bengkayang Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, and recording techniques. Based on the overall data, the folklore of the Dayak Talenti Riuk community in Sango Village which was analyzed amounted to 31 data. This research is related to the 2013 curriculum for Indonesian language subjects in class X SMA in odd semesters which is proposed as a reference material (folklore) for teaching and learning activities in schools.Keywords: Oral literature, Moral Values, Folklore

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency, describe the results of the analysis in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri and design a lesson plan for analyzing moral values in the Indonesian language learning process at the SMA/MA level. The method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The approach used is the sociology of literature approach. The data source of this research is the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of observation, interview, recording, recording and data collection tools used are notebooks, pencils, HandPone (HP). The technique of testing the validity of the data uses observation persistence, triangulation and reference coverage. The results of this study are about the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency. The moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri are moral values seen from the relationship between humans and God, moral values are seen from human relationships with humans, and moral values are seen from human relationships with the natural surroundings. The implementation of the moral values contained in the Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansiri, Garu Village, Landak Regency for learning Indonesian in terms of curriculum, learning objectives, selection of teaching materials, and in terms of legibility is appropriate as learning material for students in class X SMA/MA.Keywords: Folklore of the Origin of the Name Bukit Mansir, moral values, sociological approach to literature.
