Abstract

AbstractThe problems found in this study are the lack of varied teachers in teaching, students who are less active and student learning outcomes are low. Conducting this research to overcome these problems by using snowball throwing learning models in PPKn subjects in class X IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya with a descriptive method of class action research approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya in class X IPS 1 with a total of students of 31. Data collection techniques used were slim observation techniques, measurement techniques, and documentary study techniques with data collection instruments namely observation sheets, learning achievement tests and documentation. Data collected uses average and percentage calculations. This research was conducted with II cycle. In the first cycle, most of the students 'scores were 73.22, in the second cycle, students' learning values changed, namely 83.87. From this data analysis it can be shown that there is a development in the value of student learning by applying the learning model that has been mentioned. Abstract

AbstractThe study is titled Cultivating Citizenship Skills Through Intra-High School Student Organizations Taman Mulia Kubu Raya High School qualitative research method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and study documentation. Research result. Strategies for inculcating citizenship skills in student council activities at Taman Mulia Kuburaya High School. The strategy of implementing citizenship skills in student council activities at Taman Mulia Kuburaya High School, gives an example first, The teacher is not just concerned with academic values, but appreciates the efforts of students by giving awards and good grades to students who are responsible for the assignments, as well as giving sanctions to reprimand students when making mistakes without scolding them, teach students to obey school rules, instill the value of honesty in students, motivate responsible attitude embedded in students. Constraints faced by the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in inculcating citizenship skills at Taman Mulia Kuburaya High School. The teacher instills responsibility in school by setting a good example, and providing direction to students that character education is important to support good personality in students such as going to school on time, obeying school rules, shaking hands when meeting older people, speak good manners.Keywords:, Citizenship skills, (Civic Skiils), Planting skills, Student Council.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was using descriptive research method with the form of quantitative. The Source of this research is Students of X IIS 3 and the data collection tool is questionnaires. The content of the questionnaires frankly enclosed the questions about Instagram users and cognitive data results of Students’ exam in first semester, the research also conducted by doing the interview of Pancasila and Civic Education teacher and X IIS 3’s students. The result revealed that the calculation and data processing showed the value of R as much as 0,620. The conclusion that we can take from the research is Instagram as social media affected the grade of students, although the value of effect is  strong. Based on the table shown in the research, the researcher got the value of R Square in 0,620 or 62 % which interpreted as the effect of Instagram is only 62 % toward Students’ grade of X IIS 3 in SMAN 7 Pontianak in PPKn, the rest of numbers that are not mentioned are affected by other factors which give effects toward Y variable. Based on coefficient of Determination’s calculation, It clearly explained that Social Media Instagram gave “a strong” effect on Student’s grade. Keywords: Instagram, Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn ), Social Media, Student’s Grade, Student.

Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled analysis of factors affecting learning difficulties of students of class X IPS 2 Pontianak MAN 2 against subjects of PPKn. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the learning difficulties of students of class X IPS 2 MAN 2 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data source of this studywass class X IPS 2 MAN 2 Pontianak. The data collection tools were observation sheets, interviews and also documentation with students of class X IPS 2 MAN 2 Pontianak. The results showed students had learning difficulties in PPKn subjects due to several influencing factors, then the results of this study would also refer to how efforts to overcome these factors that affect learning difficulties of students of class X IPS 2 MAN 2 Pontianak. The results of the discussion showed students have learning difficulties due to internal and external factors, which are included in internal factors, namely factors that originate from within students including biological and psychological factors while external factors are factors that originate outside of students such as factors from the school and family environment . The results of the discussion that showed the efforts made by the teacher in overcoming learning difficulties by asking students about unclear material, helping to improve student learning habits and conducting evaluations to determine learning difficulties. Keywords: Factors, Learning Difficulties, PPKn
