Abstract

AbstractThis study aims : (1) school social climate of State High School 01 Sungai Pinyuh Mempawah Regency, (2) the economic learning attitude of social studies students at State High School 01 Sungai Pinyuh Mempawah Regency, (3) the influence of the school’s social climate on the economic learning attitudes of social studies students at State High School 01 Sungai Pinyuh Mempawah Regency. The research approach used is quantitaive in the form of a survey. The sample of the study used a sample random sampling technique, totaling 71 respondents. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire technique to the research sample assited by google form. The data analysis of ths study used simple linear regression assisted by IBM SPSS 23 with the results of the study showing that: (1) positive and conducive school social climate according to the students perception is included in the very high category with the interpretation score of 85.59%; (2) the learning sttitude of students is very good and positive with the interpretation score of 79.56%; (3) there is significant positive effect of the schools social climate on students economic learning attitudes as indicated by sig.alpha 0.000<0.05 and the coefficient of determination is 0.397.Keywords: School Social Climate and Learning Attitude

Abstract

AbstrakThe purpose of this study was to identify and describe the stages and processes of mentoring creative industry players in the craft and fashion fields by the Dekranasda of Pontianak City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that; (1) The preparation of assistance consists of; Recruitment of fostered craftsmen; data collection on the status of craftsmen; data collection on product availability at the UMKM Center in Pontianak City; Identification of problems, needs, and potentials; Develop a work plan or mentoring program; As well as making and submitting activity proposals to the Mayor of Pontianak to get grant assistance. (2) The implementation of assistance consists of; Assistance in improving product quality and competitiveness through production and processing training; Assistance in access to capital from the government and banks; Promotion and marketing assistance through the Pontianak City UMKM Center, Facebook and Instagram, regional, national and international competitions and exhibitions, receiving visits from institutions or agencies and tourists; regular meetings every month; As well as business consulting services. (3) The evaluation of the mentoring program consists of; Evaluation of results and evaluation of processes. The results of the assistance showed that in some craftsmen there was a change and increase in knowledge, creativity and skills, motivation and independence, capital, as well as productivity and business sales. However, in the implementation and achievement of the results, benefits, and objectives of the mentoring program as a whole, it has not been optimal.Keywords: The Role of the Pontianak City Dekranasda, Guidance, Creative Industries in the Craft and Fashion Sector.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted on The Malay community of Mempawah. The purpose ofthe research was to know the people's rational behavior among the community on someaspects such as tradeoff, opportunity cost, marginalism, and incentive. This researchwas qualitative with the phenomenological approach. The samples were 14 peopletaken using the snowball sampling technique. Based on the result, the aspect of tradeoffoccurred in some cases such as the consideration of participation on robo-robo andbuang-buang, the gift selection in the wedding party, and the yarn's option for kaintenun awan berarak. In the robo-robo, the opportunity cost was the cost of sound systemrental. The cost determination was the opportunity cost of the wedding party, and theopportunity cost of kain tenun awan berararak was the cost of the yarn. Themarginalism aspect, for robo-robo the aspect was the additional cost of sound systemrental, in the wedding party was the increased cost on the box rental and the purchaseof toana tools. The incentive aspect of robo-robo was on the economic improvement for society. The incentive of wedding party was on tarop's making, and kain tenun awanberarak was the participation in the training as the reward.Keywords: Incentive, Marginalism, Opportunity Cost, Tradeoff.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Kecamatan Kapuas, Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Thepurpose was to determine the morality economic behavior of the Sanggau KapuasMalay community seen on imperative criteria, generalization, symmetry, intrinsicmotivation, and internalization processes. The research approach used isphenomenological qualitative research. Ten informants were determined usingsnowball sampling. Techniques of data collection used interviews and directobservation. Research findings are as follows: 1) Imperative criteria shown in localwisdom; (a) Paradje through Tolak Ajong ritual; (b) Marriage customs through SirihKocik and Sirih Bosar deliveries; (c) Kalengkang embroidery for the observance of theuse of motifs; 2) Generalization criteria shown in local wisdom; (a) Paradje heldannually; (b) Marriage customs through Pengarik rituals; (c) Kalengkang embroideryon how artisans promoting clothes; 3) Symmetry criteria shown in local wisdom;(a) Paradje still held during the pandemic; (b) Marriage customs through placesconsideration; (c) Kalengkang embroidery on equal rights of prices clothing; 4)Intrinsic motivation criteria shown in local wisdom; (a) Paradje regarding sellingpermits; (b) Marriage customs through Somah Ta'zim ritual, and 5) Internalizationprocesses demonstrated through paths; (a) Formal education by providing contextualexamples in schools; (b) Formal education by training; (c) Informal education throughparental roles.Keywords: Economy, Malay Society, Moral Behavior
