AbstractThis research aimed to know the result of pretest posttest with using and implementation of Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review (SQ3R) method. The purposes of this research were to know: 1. The implication of SQ3R method, 2. The implementation of SQ3R method on general ledger material, 3. The result of before and after using the SQ3R method. The research method used for this study is an experimental research in the form of one group pretest posttest experiment. The source and subject of data derived from 10th grade students of accounting 2, with giving out test sheets of pretest and posttest on general ledger material of merchandising company by implementing of methods treatments are two times. The The result of this research showed there is a different influence between before and after the implementation of Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review (SQ3R) method. The average score result of pretest is 52.70 and posttest is 75.00. Keywords: SQ3R Method, General Ledger, Merchandising Company

AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning activities by applying the Quiz TeamType Active Learning method and the lecture method. This type of research is anexperimental research method. This study uses three stages carried out. Collectdata, analyze and calculate percentages. The result of the percentage of the lecturemethod in the first meeting was 30.55% and the second meeting was 38.325. Whilethe Active Learning method for the Quiz Team type, the percentage of meeting 1 is58.88% and meeting 2 is 68.88%. Thus there are differences in student learningactivities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that research usingActive Learning learning type Quiz Team further enhances student learningactivities in class X Accounting at SMAN 3 Pontianak.Keyword: Active Learning tipe Quiz Team, Student Learning Activities

AbstractThe research were to determine the intensity of the emloyment of social media within the students of the Economic Education Study Program of University Tanjungpura, the consumptive behavior of the scholars of the Economic Education Study Program of the University of Tanjungpura, and the influence of the intensity of the employment of social media on the consumptive behavior of the scholars of the Economic Education Study Program of the University of Tanjungpura. This study used a quantitative approach to causativ forms. The population was students of standard Economic Education Study Program A with a sample 65 students and uses a form. The results showed: That the intensity social media use of Regular Economics science Education Student A was categorised as high with a share of 65.2%. The level of consumptive behavior of standard Economic science Education Student A was categorised as high with a share of 69.60%. The coefficient of determination of 0.215 indicateed that the intensity of the use of social media has an effect of 21.5% on student consumptive behavior and the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other variables. AbstrakThe purpose of this study was to identify and describe the stages and processes of mentoring creative industry players in the craft and fashion fields by the Dekranasda of Pontianak City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that; (1) The preparation of assistance consists of; Recruitment of fostered craftsmen; data collection on the status of craftsmen; data collection on product availability at the UMKM Center in Pontianak City; Identification of problems, needs, and potentials; Develop a work plan or mentoring program; As well as making and submitting activity proposals to the Mayor of Pontianak to get grant assistance. (2) The implementation of assistance consists of; Assistance in improving product quality and competitiveness through production and processing training; Assistance in access to capital from the government and banks; Promotion and marketing assistance through the Pontianak City UMKM Center, Facebook and Instagram, regional, national and international competitions and exhibitions, receiving visits from institutions or agencies and tourists; regular meetings every month; As well as business consulting services. (3) The evaluation of the mentoring program consists of; Evaluation of results and evaluation of processes. The results of the assistance showed that in some craftsmen there was a change and increase in knowledge, creativity and skills, motivation and independence, capital, as well as productivity and business sales. However, in the implementation and achievement of the results, benefits, and objectives of the mentoring program as a whole, it has not been optimal.Keywords: The Role of the Pontianak City Dekranasda, Guidance, Creative Industries in the Craft and Fashion Sector.

Abstract This study aimed to determine how the purchasing decision-making process needs in managing students pocket money of Islamic Boarding School Of Mathla’ul Anwar Pontianak. The method of this research was applied by qualitative research approach. The subject of this research was the students of Islamic Boarding School Of Mathla’ul Anwar which consisted of 12 students. The technique of collecting the data of this resarch was applied by observation, direct communication, field notes, and documentary techniques. While the data collection tools used interviews, observation sheets, and field notes. For the data management technique it was applied by qualitative analysis technique. The results of this study was obtained from interviews and observations. For the indicators purchasing decision making it can be concluded that the Students of Islamic Boarding School of Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak can in reach their needs through several steps, which are : (1) Needs Introduction, (2) Information Search, (3) Evaluation Alternatives, (4) Purchasing Decisions, (5) Post-Consumption Behavior.Keywords: Decision Making, Money Pocket, Needs Purchasing

AbstrakThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation management in improving the physical development of Seponti Jaya Village, Seponti District, Kayong Utara Regency, which includes planning and monitoring of village fund allocation management. This research uses qualitative methods in descriptive form. Data collection tools used observation guides, interviews, and documentation. The results showed; 1) the village government of Seponti Jaya has implemented a village fund allocation management plan in accordance with the regulation of the North Kayong Regent regarding technical guidelines for the use of village funds in Kayong Utara district in 2018; 2) the supervision of the management of the Village Fund Allocation is not good due to the lack of supervision from government officials and not including legal officers in the management of Village Fund Allocation; 3) planning for the management of the Village Fund Allocation has been effective, while the supervision of the management of the Village Fund Allocation is ineffective. The physical development of the village has increased with the Village Fund Allocation every year, the Seponti Jaya Village government plans the physical development of the Village to facilitate the activities of the Village community.Keywords: effectiveness, Village Fund Allocation Management, Physical Development

AbstractThis study attempts to ascertain whether there are the influence and how big the influence of social competence they think of the motivation to study grader XI student of accounting of SMKN 7 Pontianak. The form of this research is quantitative research with the kind of research ex-post facto. Samples to this research is student of grade XI of accounting of SMKN 7 Pontianak the school year with the number of 64 student. A method of the sample collection too was Stratiffied Proportional Random Sampling. Data collected by the questionnaire that has been tested validity and reability. Data analysis technique that is used is the program SPSS volume.18. The result of this research shows that after do linear regression simple on the variables of x and y be said that competence social have a negative influence on the motivation to study the student with the regression equation is 23%. With do the hypothesis and obtained value significance of 0,000<0,05. So that it can be concluded that ( h0 ) will be rejected and (ha) were received which would mean there are the influence of social competence between “they think of the motivation to study students” Keywords: Social competence teachers, The motivation to study students

AbstractThis study focuses on knowing the effectiveness of learning outcomes in basic accountingclass X AKL at SMK N 1 Muara Pawan Ketapang by using the Moodle learning mediaapplication. The method applied in this study is a quantitative method with a Pre-Experimental Designs approach where the data collection tool used is by using tests. Thedata sources of this research were students of class X Accounting which consisted of 17women and 9 men. The data is the results of the answers to the pretest and posttest of basicaccounting class X AKL at SMKN 1 Muara Pawan Ketapang. The research data collectedwere analyzed using the normality test and n gain, then the research data was processed todetermine the learning outcomes of the basic accounting pretest and posttest scores. Thenthe results of the stratistic calculation show that the use of Moodle learning mediaapplications is effective on basic accounting learning outcomes with the magnitude of theeffectiveness that can be seen by comparing learning outcomes with the KKM and the resultsof the calculation of the effect size, which is 2.08 which is categorized as a very large effect.Keywords: Moodle, Learning Outcomes

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation toward UPKAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee job satisfaction, either insimultaneously as well as partially. The research method which used is descriptiveresearch by means of relationship studies form. The data source in this study isAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee of which the sample is 31people. The sampling taking technique used the cencus sampling technique. And it’sdata used a questionnaire that has been validity and reability testing. The dataanalysis technique which is used to answer hypothesis that multiple regressionanalysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of analysis datashow that : (1) workload take positive effect and significant to job satisfaction by tcount of 2.321 and a significant value amounting to 0.028; (2) compensation takepositive effect to job satisfaction 2.717 and a significant value amounting to 0,011;(3) workload and compensation in together way take positive effect and significantto job satisfaction by t value amounting to 7.205 and significance to 0.003. Thecoefficient of determination r2 amounting to 0.340 and can be interpreted that 34%job satisfaction be affected by workload dan compesation while the residual is 66%be affected by other variable outside of this research.Keywords : workload, compensation, and job satisfaction

Abstract: This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Primary Financial Performance of Regional Police Cooperatives (POLDA) of West Kalimantan." The problem in this study is "What is the Primary Financial Performance of West Kalimantan Regional Police Cooperation (POLDA)?". The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the level of liquidity is 930.73%, 1.056.09%, and 748.1%, given a very not ideal criteria with fluctuating developments but tends to decrease, the solvency ratio is 1,888.76%, 317.92%, 487.54%, given criteria not very ideal with fluctuating developments but tended to increase, profitability ratios were 50.74%, 38.71%, and 38.84%, given very good criteria with fluctuating developments but tending to decline, and ratios activity was 101.96%, 115.41%, and 101.44%, given very effective criteria with fluctuating development. In the fourth component of the ratio there is no change in the level of health of the financial condition, but changes occur in the value of the ratio. In 2015-2017, the increase in current ratio was due to a rise in current assets of 121.33% and current liabilities of 95.1%, a decrease in solvency due to an increase in total assets of 61.29% and total liabilities of 858.2%. 68% and an increase in gross income of 39.84%, and an increase in the receivable turnover ratio due to an increase in the number of sales of 88.17% and the total receivables averaging 66.25%.
