Abstract

Abstract Learning researcher for teacher learnig in Economic in learning implementation 2013 curriculum at SMAN 2 Pontianak. This type of research was a type of qualitative research. The research subject was the teacher in the field of economic studies. The data analysis technique in this study used  was descriptive analysis. In this study, data collected from interviews and direct observation. The results showed that the teacher corrected several factors in the implementation of the 2013 learning at SMAN 2 Pontianak. The implemented of the 2013 curriculum has been implemented, but there were several difficulty factors faced in the process of implemented the 2013 curriculum. From the results obtained through interviews with economic teachers who concluded: 1) from the results of interviews and observations made by researchers at SMAN 2 Pontiana, can be simplified the learning process of the 2013 curriculum running well. 2) in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the teacher corrected a number of difficulties, the socialization provided by the government inthe 2013 curriculum changes and the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure were processed. Approved facilities and infrastructure, namely, prefer projector 9infocus), lower textbooks, and lower approved fans. The makes the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 2 Pontianak less affective with maximization. 3) Efforts made bye teachers are to use existing facilities and infrastructure as possible. In addition, the teacher also gave advice to the principal to make a budget for improving facilities and insfrastructure in the school of SMAN 2 Pontianak.  Keywords:Curriculum 2013, Factors Difficulties Teachers, Implementation of Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis study almed to defermine the factors which influence purchasing delisions by consumers in the supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak. The research method used in this study was descriptive analyzes by qualitative research. Source and research data is a consumers do the shopping process in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontiana meanwhile The data is year end documents collected by The person  in charge. The result showed That purchasing decisions by consumers in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak factors such as : 1). Fixing of prices given by ligomitra which is standardized and considered capable of competing from the post until now. 2). The company’s location is very strategic and a large parking area. 3). Neatly arranged store layout easy to take so it does note make consumers go round and round. 4). Sales person are friendly and sprightly in providing information. 5).product excellence that can not be doubted and 6).promosi carried out by Supermarket and which is hild every month, durring the holiday and when company birthday. Because Supermarket Ligo Mitra considered capable of fulfilling some factors from there consumers make the decisions to buy at Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak. Keywords : Purchasing Decisions, Marketing Management

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to find out how the application of role playing models to student self-efficacy on economic subjects in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Ledo. The research method was quasy experimental design with nonequivalent control grup design The Subject of this research is X IPS 1 as controlled class and X IPS 2 as experiment class which the total is 54 students. The technique of data collection were done by direct observation techniques and analayzed by percentage descriptive analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research, the percentage of student self-efficacy using role playing learning models in class X IPS at the first meeting amounted to 66.32% sufficient category and at the second meeting 78.06% in the good category. The percentage of  student self-efficacy without using the role playing learning models was the conventional learning model in class X IPS 1 at the first meeting of 50.55% in the less category and at the second meeting 62.09% in the sufficient category.  The value of effect size is  1.13 and inclued in the high catogey. This shows that the application of role playing learning models was more effective in increasing self-efficacy of student learning on economic subjects than conventional learning models. Keyword: Role Playing, Student Self-Efficacy
